this was my families first time in Hawaii together and our first time snorkeling for my sister and I. We booked this trip through the Go City pass and it didn't disappoint. My ultimate goal this trip was to see some sort of wildlife like a turtle. The crew who had Holly, Lex, a brunette male driving the boat and one other girl who I do not remember the names of were amazing and took us right to Turtle Canyon, sort of off Waikiki Beach however the boat ride was about 10-15 minutes to actually get there. They gave us good condition snorkeling gear and even banana floats if you are worried about floating. I did get a bit of a broken mouth piece to bite down on but it was still working fine. When we got to Turtle Canyon, they provided us anti fog spray in our goggles so that was great. we jumped off the boat and it was a bit of a swim to get to where the turtles were, but we saw at least 5 of them and some really cool fish and sea urchins. This spot was busy with other snorkeling companies however it was very clear on where to be and where to go and stay. After coming back onto the boat after about an hour and a bit out in the water my family did get a bit of a stomach ache so I do recommend either bringing or taking a gravol or some motion sickness medication. We went on a snorkeling excursion with Holly and Moose and had a great time! The water was a pretty good temp even though it was in February! We saw turtles and lots of fish! I appreciated Holly teaching us about the fish, showing us the good spots to see the turtles and teaching us how to protect them so they stay healthy ( don't touch the turtles!) Holly is very friendly and fun! The turtles came up for air really close to us ( we kept our distance as much as possible but they don't see very well so sometimes they surprise you when they come up for air!) Even though it was a little winder than I would have liked, apparently the water is more clear at this time of year so it was worth it:) Bring a towel and warm clothes for when you get out of the water! read more

The location is easy to find, great check in process, loads of help and communication! I rented a GoPro and needed help with my Google Pixel to download the photos and videos. Meesa helped me out with this and it was awesome! They turned out so good out im the boat we had a team of 4. Aiden was helpful, and funny. Holly was great at leading us through the snorkel yelling Lola when needed to get us back on track. The captain and other crew member were amazing as well. It was fun to see their team work and great attitudes. Definitely helped out experience be fully enjoyable all around. Me and the wife visited for the first time for our 15th anniversary, great experience, from the young crew who operated like they have 50 years of experience, to the amazing sights of turtle canyon, this was a 10/10 experience by every metric, over 2 hours on/in the water, felt like we were being watched the entire time, which is good! Went on 2 snorkel adventures with this company, both were so much fun! Captain Moose (quiet but did an excellent job taking out to the correct spot to see turtles) did a great job getting is home safely!!! We had a wonderful time on our snorkel cruise today. I can't believe how many turtles we saw. Really great deal we got with our Go City pass. The crew was amazing, I had my parents who are 70 and my kids 7 and 10. Anyone that wants to have a great experience with a friendly and outgoing crew should definitely book with them. The company was very good to add us to the trip when for some reason our reservation showed the following week. The crew and staff were wonderful. We enjoyed scuba diving and seeing fish and a few turtles up close. One of the guys even told my wife how to get her mask working by moving her hair up and out of the way. As we were snorkeling, the crew kept a close eye on all of us and helped those who were nervous about swimming patiently. Had a great time out with the crew, they were a great combination of playful but serious when it came to safety, there was one person in the group who had never swam before, they accomodated and secured him so that he had a great time. My group went on a turtle snorkeling tour. It was great, the crew were awesome. Captain Moose, Johnny, Maribelle, and Daniel made the trip as good as it was. They were funny, chill, and knowledgable. Turtle canyon was super busy with a bunch of other boats, but that isn't something this company can control. We still saw a number of turtles and had a good time. I would recommend them. read more

I went on a tour today with a Honolulu snorkel company. The crew all did amazing Johnny captain Moose ,Victoria, kalani, and Anna in the office. The ride out was so much fun and the crew took such good care of us in the water, I brought my pregnant girlfriend on and they made sure to see to all of our needs. OMG Aiden was amazing. He interacted with all of the guests on board and showed the sea urchin. I was so nervous about being in the water, and he helped me a lot. Aiden was especially helpful. he assisted us by taking a photo of my family with Diamond head as a back drop, offered suggestions for local events and things to do, and he even helped us move our photos to our phone from the go pro we rented. all around amazing service.
