Feels Counterintuitive sometimes giving a towing company 5 stars, but my new brudda Willie deserves 6. Fast, professional, friendly, very skilled, I couldn't believe he was able to get my 4Runner hooked up, let alone rapidly hooked up. It was a masterclass on physics! Got these guys through Geico. Showed up about 1.5 hours late, but that is fine I was at home (about 3.5 hours from request time). The guy who came didn't say much, but spent a total of about 30 seconds (literally) trying to jump my car, and then asked me to sign a paper and left. I called a mobile mechanic who took 1 minute to tell me my battery is dead, but was able to jump it on the FIRST try with his jump starter. After waiting for 3.5 hours, I feel frustrated that the guy who came didn't spend more than 30 seconds. If the mobile mechanic (who I ended paying $150 to see) could do it so quickly, it is frustrating that Honolulu Towing guy coudln't get it going but more frustrating that he didn't spend any time and barely talked. read more

Honolulu Towning is LEGIT! They can tow just about anything. My car is modified and lowered and can be difficult to tow. I have had tow companies turn me away because my car was too low. I am writing this review based on the service I received from Willy Willy has helped me on numerous occasions Some mundane car stuff, and ... the tricky motorcycle stuff. On all occasions, and there has been many, he was always conscientious about properly handling the tow. These are big bikes Triumph Rocket 3R (biggest displacement production bbike at 2500cc, Kawasaki ZX14, HD Road King). The bikes were transported safely and he is so very careful not to cause even the slightest cosmetic damage On top of that, he is very personable and someone who is genuinely concerned with providing excellent service He is punctual and call ahead to advise you of his ETA. Willie is incredible...my car was in a 6'6 clearance garage almost right up against a column with the row ending in a dead end and he skillfully attached the hauling system, picked up the Subaru, and maneuvered it out of the garage like it was nothing. Today I had to have my car towed from the Hilton Hawaiian Village to Kapolei. My car was in the parking garage on the 4th floor. I called 15 tow companies before I found a tow company that had a vehicle low enough to fit into the parking garage. Willie gave me a call to verify which garage I was in and after I explained he headed over. He was so friendly, professional, helpful AND careful with my car. The parking garage is super tight and he was very cautious about the turns and even backed up to give more space on the side to avoid damaging my car. He also gave me the name of a place that could possibly fix the issue I had. When he dropped the car off at my house my daughter who's 5 was asking him questions and he was even friendly with her--- I know kids can be a little annoying at times especially when you're in a hurry but we didn't feel rushed at all. I had a wonderful experience with Honolulu Towing Company. I'm pretty sure it's the same company I used when I had an issue after parking on the grass on Camp Smith (but that story is for another time). Just in case I need a tow again, I saved them in my phone as My Towing Company because they are my "go-to" for towing now. ALSO, the price was not too crazy compared with other companies. One company told me it would cost $525, but Honolulu Towing Company charged me $300. If it's not clear yet, I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HONOLULU TOWING COMPANY. read more

Honolulu Towing - Efficient and Caring Service! I can't say enough good things about Honolulu Towing. My car broke down on the Pali Highway, where there was no shoulder lane, and I was blocking the right lane. It was a scary situation with cars speeding by and changing lanes quickly. For those who know, this was about 1/4 mile before the Nuuanu Hiking Trail entry. I used the GEICO app and they dispatched the closest company, I think. Honolulu Towing called to ensure my safety and dispatched Willy, my tow guy, who was incredibly quick and responsive. He called HPD to assist with blocking traffic, making the situation safer for everyone involved. Willy arrived within 20 minutes and got me picked up and towed to my repair shop within 45 minutes of my initial call. He was quick, funny and made me calm down from a super stressful situation. My car had a flat tire and I left it over night some where I wasn't supposed to and to my surprise the next morning it was gone! It was in a parking garage underground. I was really nervous to see if there was any damage to my car. We have all experienced and/or heard negative stories about getting towed. Once I got to the location my car was in the same condition it was in the day before. I'm so thankful they were careful with my car! Also the driver that towed my car from there to the tire place was so nice! We even got there 10/15 minutes before the shop opened and he waited with me.
