He had the tire, which had a cut in it, replaced with my spare. I had to get another tire to replace and I asked him if I should by 2 tires but he told me no, just the one. After the funeral, I dropped the car back off and in a few hours the new tire was placed on the car and the spare back. I was from out of town and I would highly recommend them for the helpfulness and their honesty. Thank you Martin for taking a very stressful day and turning it into so much less.

He admitted he spray painted my hood, bumpers and spoiler to cover spots and stain on hood. Said he was doing me a favor because he thought I was a nice lady,, and I that he didn't charge me extra because there were a lot of bugs which needed to be cleaned out and that it was hot outside working on my car. Spray painting my car damaged the finish. My trunk wasn't even vacuumed and it was empty, and power washing took the top coat of paint off in several spots. The windows were hazy and not clear, etc. etc. etc. I used a Groupon Coupon and paid extra for upholstery cleaning.. When I spoke to the owner and told him that the body shop gave me an estimate of $2,000 to repair the damage, he laughed and said that it would only cost a $5 can of something (I don't remember the name) to remove the paint and to bring my car car back and they would remove it. I am back in Florida and even if I was still in Edgewood, there is no way I would let him touch my car again. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND PROTECT YOUR CAR!!!

I booked an appointment for service to my snowblower. When the tech came, he started working on it…read moreand then told me I needed a new choke switch. Never once said anything about anything else. Got a message saying I needed the choke switch and a new carb. The service PM I was getting was a full service. Oil change, spark plug, carb cleaning, belt inspection, etc. The choke switch was replaced and new carb installed. Tech told me via text that he was done and machine was running good. Upon coming home from work, I started looking over machine. Oil was black, spark plug was rusty (so never changed) and the bolts to the cover were dusty so no inspection was completed. When I sent pics, I was told that he didn't change the spark plug bc the machine ran good. They offered to come back but at this point all trust was lost. I paid for the parts but that was it. Yes, the machine starts good but after using it during this snow, the carb is leaking fuel and it does not throttle up at all so were there any adjustments made. I have to stay in #1 and go very slow. To top it all off, I went back and saved all my ring footage and watched what the tech did. Let's just say that the footage don't match what they told me was done. The owner told me that I didnt need to pay but I wanted to pay for the parts as I'm not that type of person. The reason for the review is because how many others do they do this to. If you pay for service, you should get the service you paid for and not what they think. Now I need to take it somewhere else to get it fixed correctly.

Best car wash on the planet! Ran my car through today to wash all the winter crud off it. I…read morealways get the $20 wash, which is the middle tier one. My car went in the tunnel a complete mess, came out a shining jewel. Attendant told me they're always updating their equipment and I could tell -- they had new brushes against my side windows that worked much harder. Asked the guys to give my wheels some extra soap (they spray it on before you begin your journey) and they came out gleaming. Vaccuum is easy to use, plenty of cloths and spray cleaner to detail your inside. Ask for a spray bottle of the "Tire Clean", they hoard it a little and don't keep it at the stations like the blue cleaner but it makes your tires look like new. I can't recomment this place enough!
