He sent me an email with details of three different models and the pros and cons of each. I made my choice and he ordered the parts and we set an appointment. The night before the install, he sent me a confirmation email and he was precisely on time the next morning. To my utter surprise, he personally came out to perform the install. He was outside in my driveway for around three hours and installed the CarPlay and Bluetooth and a backup camera. He answered my questions patiently and taught me the whole system when he was finished. He patiently answered my newbie questions and didn't talk down to me. He made sure I knew I could call him with any questions in the future.
