    Excellent outdoor spaces!

Cute signs, clean, ample outdoor seating, great food, service with a smile, and a friendly crowd who all offered to share tables made this a great experience for us, but (like many places in Montauk) go somewhere else, like the public restrooms around the corner to take care of business and clean your hands before you eat. No bathrooms or place to wash up here!

Pretty good spot for some local seafood in Montauk! We went during off-season and experienced a bit of wait, but it wasn't too long! I can only imagine how busy this place gets during the summer. We ordered a lobster roll, fish and chips, and oysters and enjoyed our food on a picnic table outside of the small restaurant. The inside is mostly for ordering and if you wanted to dine there, there were a decent amount of blue picnic tables outside. Food was pretty good, but not the best for the price. Oysters were a bit sandy and the batter of the fish and chips were a bit too thick for my liking, but we were still really appreciative to have a restaurant option with seafood!

Amazing No Frills outdoor seating spot. One of the most delicious meals in Montauk that I've had. It's unpretentious amazing tasty seafood. The chowder soups and lobster rolls are must have here. The service is quick and they are very friendly!

MY MIND IS ACTUALLY BLOWN WOW. I didn't even know that you could do all that with a simple ocean animal. Hooked knows how to get the most use out of a crab, fish, and lobster and it left me genuinely impressed. I don't even love seafood and this place made me seriously rethink why Loved the side options! Enjoyed the portion sizes!

Clean, causal and friendly. Very fresh food! A good variety and with all of the standards that you would expect. There are only picnic tables for dining outside or takeout. No bathrooms and no indoor seating. Perfectly made and fresh food, skip Gosman's and come here!

Came to Hooked for dinner with friends. Seafood was really fresh, love the taste. Cute decorations and lots of seats outside. Various beers and drinks options! Price is reasonable, service was quick!

I came here for lunch on a Friday with my family. They had a good selection of seafood on the menu. There's a few outdoor tables in front. I ordered a lobster roll and it had a lot of lobster so you definitely get the most bang for your buck here. I liked that it came with coleslaw and not fries. My family ordered the clam chowder, the poke, the burger, and the raw clams. The portions were large and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely come back!

Wonderfully fresh seafood, organized service for to-go orders, and the best lobster roll I've enjoyed in a very long time. Their tasty clam belly "boat" came with yummy fries, and the luscious lobster roll was made with just a bit of mayo to hold it together. Casual vacation vibe, reasonable pricing, just excellent overall.

We visited hooked a few days ago while in Montauk in October. I am hoping the experience was because we are in the off-season. Although the food looks delicious in the photo, the lobster roll was $34 and almost flavorless with a very sad condiment cup of Cole slaw. The poke bowl had hardly any tuna and the noodles were undercooked. Service was very friendly, we were the only people there so something felt very off.

I was craving fish tacos when I did a yelp search. This place popped up so I decided to check it out. These may have been some on the top mahi fish tacos I have ever had. It was made to order with a mango broccoli slaw. I also got a side of fresh corn that was even served hot. Outside tables were available this place is a hit.

Staff Extremely Friendly. Menu outside. Cute Blue Table Benches.. Umbrella if you need to open. You will need to go inside to place your order and the staff will bring you your meal once it is ready. We ordered New England Chowder Lobster Mac and Cheese Fish and Chips. and a drink. The Chowder and Fish and Chip were very good. Lobster Mac and Cheese was a bit watery for me with very little lobster bits. Suggest you skip Mac and Cheese. If you are looking for a quick but this is the place to have it. Enjoy!!!

Their award winning clam chowder and lobster salad rolls speak for themselves. Great low key spot for lunch. You can order to stay or to go, but either way you will leave happy.

Lobster roll Tuna poke Kale salad w tangerines or oranges don't remember

Got us hooked If I had to choose 1 place to eat in Montauk, Hooked would be that place. That lobster was impeccable. The poke was ok The kale was insane ! Order it w the fruit etc and add some shrimp. The service is simple but effective. The prices are I guess Montauk prices. The ambience is summery classic American vibe. Not bad. For the success of that place it would help to expand the seating a little in the future. Conveniently located close to the main beach.

Truly, the cocktails and menu at this restaurant are so inventive and flavor packed it feels as if there has to be something supernatural happening in the kitchen and behind the bar. We came here in early May and sat at the bar. Dillon took great care of us, walked us through the menu and made stellar recommendations all around. After having my mind blown by the Everything Bagel Martini, we moved on to share the charred octopus and Leggy's Thighs. The charred octopus was tender, and paired so well with the citrus fruits on this plate, plus the bite of pistachios?! So well put together. Leggy's thighs (RIP Leggy) were literally the best chicken I'd ever had, fall off the bone tender and topped off with flavorful furikake and hot pickled fresno chilis. We also split the Wagyu sando which I'm literally still thinking about. Wagyu on milkbread?! What an excellent idea. Live acoustic music was going on the night we were here which really added to the cozy ambiance. They also have trivia here on Thursdays (Dillon, if you're reading this, we hope your team wins the championship). 10/10 no notes. Come here if you can get a table.

Well it was quite a disappointment! The sauce had no flavor at all and needed a lot of sauce. What makes a shakshukah great is a nice runny yoke! My friend got a semi runny yoke and I got over cooked well-done egg which was the last straw. I ate it and kept my mouth shut but I would not recommend. Not to mention that the dish was very expensive for what it is. My wife's egg sandwich was OKAY, and the only thing that looked pretty good was someone's scrambled eggs and bacon. Next time I'm in Montauk I will be skipping this place.

The tacos were dressed with all the right flavors and additions you would expect from a top sushi joint. Excellent! We also had Moroccan spiced lamb sliders! Wow good! Perfect! Go to the Gig Shack just to get this! 100% worthy the trip. Id say the menu is somewhat surfer-fusion with California taco influence. There are lots of options.
