My oldest children went here throughout the summer while on summer break and my youngest is now the only one that goes with me. I drop them off in the childcare room, Annabelle is awesome, she's very in tune to your child's needs and is so sweet to the children in there. My youngest used to have crying fits but now does great in there! I usually show up with a friend and we stay for about a hour. Haven't gone in a couple months, I've been slacking since school started back up. I took the two free trainer sessions that were offered back when I first joined. I decided not to opt in for anymore because I have a gym partner but it's nice to have someone there to help out with any questions we have. We never have to wait long for equipment, there's everything you need here. It's very clean, music is nice a loud and staff are friendly. Oh and you can't beat their daycare prices, these are the best prices I've found in 10 years!

I came into your gym and cancelled because I moved to Shelton. I was within my right to cancel under these circumstances and there were no issues when I did so. You sent multiple letters asking for my returned business. This is a dead issue as 5 YEARS has since passed. It's time for you to move on and work on ways to maximize profit that doesn't include attacking past members for fraudulent unpaid dues. Good luck to you and your establishment. Misleading sales tactics and terrible customer service…read more I came in for a free pass I saw advertised and was pressured into signing up after being told I could cancel and get some money back if it didn't work out. That was not true. When I tried to cancel, I was told I missed a 3-day window that was never disclosed--and I was even blocked from canceling sooner because they don't process cancellations on weekends. Staff was rude, dismissive, and took zero accountability. After reading other reviews, it looks like this is a pattern. I've escalated this and will be filing formal complaints if it's not resolved. Be careful--get everything in writing. Especially all you new NWFIT members. Careeeeful

Because I was denied to play as Santa Claus just to make some extra money for my family. Maybe a lump of coal in their stocking can help them see the error of denying an autistic adult an opportunity for the holidays.

BEWARE OF AI INTEGRATED GYM!!!! Before I go into why my review is bad of this place, let me say…read morethat this was not always my perspective of this gym. I was so impressed with the gym that I drove up from LACEY multiple days a week, a 45 minute drive one way on average with traffic. I liked the Iso-lateral equipment and some of the body builder stuff. Only to show up this week and see that the owner decided it was a marvelous decision to install an AI vending machine. Billions of styles of vending machines out there, all made to improve the systems and processes of ensuring products dont get stuck and that payments go through correctly. Just so that the owner can make a couple more bucks and provide beverages outside of normally staffed hours. Funny considering there is already on call staff for the phones in case you cant get into the building that live close enough that if you needed help, they could show up. (according to other staff when I was starting at the gym, was said in the tour) they could get a nice, not ai vending machine and just have someone already on call show up to fix it if it got stuck. I am so disappointed that the owner decided to be part of the problem and support these systems that are causing these data centers and water pollution. Obviously a very broad statement but those who understand the problem with AI understand what I mean, and if you dont you should probably start reading up on it more. I canceled my membership over this. Genuinely heart broken over the owners decisions. BEWARE THE AI SUPPORTER

I wish there were more around because I moved out of the area and don't go here anymore. I felt very safe and comfortable and met wonderful individuals during the late nights of working out when I couldn't sleep. It was helpful and a great. I will say that it can be a bit intimidating and the fact that I've been confident and know what I'm doing made things easier.
