That was not true. When I tried to cancel, I was told I missed a 3-day window that was never disclosed--and I was even blocked from canceling sooner because they don't process cancellations on weekends. Staff was rude, dismissive, and took zero accountability. After reading other reviews, it looks like this is a pattern. I've escalated this and will be filing formal complaints if it's not resolved. Plus, I'm a caregiver for my Dad because he's crippled. Those people have no pity, no remorse, and absolutely no Christmas spirit. My advice to others is to not trust the YMCA. Because I was denied to play as Santa Claus just to make some extra money for my family. Maybe a lump of coal in their stocking can help them see the error of denying an autistic adult an opportunity for the holidays.

I wish there were more around because I moved out of the area and don't go here anymore. I felt very safe and comfortable and met wonderful individuals during the late nights of working out when I couldn't sleep. It was helpful and a great. I will say that it can be a bit intimidating and the fact that I've been confident and know what I'm doing made things easier.
