Parking on the right side of their building when there parking lot is filled is what I like many others including truck drivers have done since they've been open. NO POINT IN ORDERING, THEY WILL JUST MAKE WHATEVER THE WANT YOU TO HAVE! I ordered food from this Hooters location through Uber Eats for my family after a long day at the hospital. To only received half of the order (16 wings to be exact) and was charged over $80. Upon calling the restaurant I discovered that the order was not checked for quality or accuracy. My understanding is that Hooters is responsible for preparing and checking the food and then the Uber driver should be double checking as well, this step was missed by both parties. The Uber driver was not very fluent in the English language and only handed us our food and walked away to his car. **Upon calling the restaurant at the time of receipt I was told that I needed to call Uber Eats. I also was told that the restaurant did not have Smoked Wings. I was able to speak with a manager (DeAngelo) and was told to call back or come into the restaurant on the following day. Upon arriving at Hooters the next day, I spoke with the General Manager (Jordan) I explained what happened and he immediately cut me off to tell me that this was an issue for Uber Eats. There was no accountability taken for not receiving the wings we ordered (all flats/upcharged), and also not to mention the 2 orders of all flat smoked wings. This didn't not include napkins or wet wipes. Everyone here was very dismissive and couldn't be less concerned with our issue. I don't care for the outfits or overly made up faces of the waitresses but it's Hooters and I'm not their target audience. Every time I go there my service has been excellent and the food good. The only down side is that the food is kind of pricy. Even more so if you order through a delivery platform. They can also drop the ball if you order through DoorDash/ Uber Eats though. We ordered a build your own burger and I ordered a Hooters Original Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The curly fries were good but the chicken was tough rubbery strange texture. My wife tasted it and agreed with me. By this time I had finished the sandwich. When I told the server about the chicken, she discounted the price of the sandwich. And I, Dante G., responded to Hooters located at 2171 Northwoods Boulevard, which is located in the jurisdiction of the city of North Charleston, in reference to indecent exposure. Upon arrival we entered the business through the door located at the A-B Corner of the building. We were met by an unknown female white who ascertained our seating requirements and ushered us to a low four top centrally located on the floor, equidistant from the food service station and the drink station. We were greeted by another female white, identified as Skylar. She took our orders and quickly returned with our drinks. Tom H. ordered his usual, the Buffalo Platter; barbecue shrimp, chipotle honey wings, and garlic parmesan boneless wings. Eating light, I went with ten Daytona wings naked and an order of curly fries. As we waited, Skylar engaged the two confidential, reliable informants in our group. She connected with them and interacted very well. The food arrived a short time later. Despite a considerable time between visits, the standard had not changed. The Daytona still had a little kick and the fries were crisp exterior and warm inviting interior. Skylar easily stayed on top of our drinks, leaving us wanting for nothing. This was my first time at this location. There was a short wait to be seated however we were seated pretty quickly. Ordered the boneless wings, I received a plentiful 10 piece, it was enough to munch on and still take home leftovers. My customer service was really good. The young woman sat down and explained the menu to us in detail. Checked on us during lunch and was courteous. Me and a friend went in on a Monday afternoon. Only 12 customers in the place, so I thought the service would be good ! I was deadly wrong. First, I ordered a drink and after a few sips, I noticed the glass had a chip on the top rim. I pointed it out to the waitress , she took the drink and poured it into another glass and gave it back to me. I then asked, what if there is glass chips in the drink? She just nodded like " oh well ". Then I notice our food was ready in the window. It was 5 min. Until anyone grabbed it to bring it to us. Keep in mind, I counted 4 waitresses and 12 customers.
