Then she said that she couldn't have known if it was ours and basically blamed it on us because she said her staff didn't have hair like that. She did not apologize, but she did say she would "take it off the check but she had to take it off of the table." So she blamed it on us and acted like we placed it there on purpose. No one in my group even had curly black hair. She was very rude to us just because we were teenagers. I'm sure she puts up with a bunch of stuff on the daily but we were very nice and gave her no reason to be rude.
