Our food was SO GROSS. We got a to-go order & after waiting a while for it - it was sloppily put together (the cheesesteak was missing cheese, half of my wings had no sauce) & even after waiting our fries were stupid cold & disgusting. Not to mention they completely forgot an order of fries I had paid for. Worst take out I've gotten in a very long time. I threw out the fries and part of the food because it was inedible. Both the appetizer and the wings were burnt when we got them. The waitress nor the manager were helpful and did not offer to replace our food. Charged us full price! I said I would never go back. My husband eats here he's a Hooters guy! This has never been my favorite location but after today neither of us will go back. We walked in at a few minutes after 11 first ones in the door. They have a special for 15 wings and a pitcher for $15. I ordered an unsweetened tea and my husband asked for the special with Yuengling. The server said you have to have two people to order a pitcher. Well me and my husband make two so I said there's two people sitting here bring two glasses but I still want my unsweet tea. Then the attitude came. He had his ID and I didn't and she got shitty and refused to serve him the special because I didn't have my ID. If they don't want you ordering the special then why have it! Every time we go in there the attitude is awful. The bartender at the bar is about the only decent human being in the place. dined in at 12:30pm. Not many customers there, and it took 30 minutes to recieve food for my Solo dining event. When I finally recieved the roder, the order of 10 hotwings were room temprature, dry, stale, and practically Burnt, and the cooks did not even use sauce on them. I looked at everyone elses wings and they had sauce on them and had got theirs in half the time it took toget mine. I requested a side of Celery, and got 4 tiny 2 inch pieces and some watery ranch dipping sauce. The consistency was as if 3 tablespoons of water was mixed into one tablespoon of ranch dressing and was so diluted, it woudl not stick to food. The Waitress took me from a good mood to a bad mood when she asked if I was in a Bad Mood. I had only one bite out of a single wing out of the plate of 10, and didnt touch them after that. It was so bad, I just Paid my 9 dollars and left. I was ready to leave. I do normally allow a Resturant to fix any issues as I know there can be mistakes, but I just couldnt wait an hour or more to get my food after sitting down and having my initial order taken. There are Severe issues that need to be remedied at this location. I dont know if it was because I was initially theonly female customer in the resturant, but i swear, I was sat back in the farthest place possible from the other customers, and treated like I was an outcast. Came in late on a Sunday evening and sat at the bar. Holly(?) waited on me and was very personable. Got my drink very quickly. She recommended the steamed shrimp. Passable, but had no flavor. They just shook a bit of old bay on top of the shells. I'm not sure they were even cooked in a boil seasoning. Served with butter sauce and lemon. Butter? Seriously? How about cocktail sauce? I can't quite put my finger on why I like coming to this place so much, but I DO! I hadn't been to a Hooters in well over a decade (with my dad) and just decided to pop in here. The service is ALWAYS super friendly and these ladies know how to do there job very well. I always order the Philly Cheesesteak, because, well, that's what I order if I can, and theirs is pretty darn good. It's not an authentic Philly Cheesesteak, but to my knowledge there isn't one in TN, so there's that. They butter and toast both sides of bread, the steak doesn't taste too bad and the onions are good. I like coming to Hooters. read more

Only giving two stars because I feel really mean leaving one. We waited a few minutes to sit as the waitresses all just kinda looked at us like who's gonna sit them? We were seated in a booth beside a large table that had yet to be bussed. There was trash on our table from the previous customers but we were hungry and were sat in the mostly empty restaurant. We did however have our eventual waitress bring out a trash can right in front of our table for her to bus the table, but it just sat there before she bussed the table. Super appetizing. We waited another 10 minutes for our waitress to take our order and I even said nicely, oh I thought you forgot about us!" My husband ordered our food and my food came out rather quickly but his didn't come out for another 10 minutes at which that point I had finished my food. Our waitress checked in on us twice total. The restaurant was dead but all of the girls there were more interested in speaking to each other or the tables with guys (I was the only non employee female there). My experience in the past has been super friendly waitresses who are super attentive and I felt like baby if I wasn't there my husband would have gotten better service. Went to Hooters last night because I have been craving Oysters for a little while now. so I ordered that plus there tater tots, the Oysters were so-so I wouldn't call them great. but it did take care of my craving, next up was the tater tots which I didn't finish but I loved the toppings on them, they came with cheese,Bacon,sour Creme and chives. The service was good and they gave me plenty of time to place my order. Usually typically a decent sports bar to eat at, but this location, their service SUCKS. Constantly a new manager, constantly new waitresses, who apparently don't know anything about the food they are serving. I worked in the food industry for 7 years and any server knows that FOOD PRESENTATION IS EVERYTHING. Serve food that looks gross=angry customer. Simple concept right? Adriana at the Hermitage location served us, we had to send it back, and the final time it was right, the side of sauce (Hot Sauce, which is normally thick and hearty) was served where something, grease maybe, had risen to the top of the sauce and there was just a layer on top that clearly looked different than the rest. Adriana claimed it was because the hot sauce was butter based, although we've been told in the past that only the mild and medium are butter based. Either way, it was an all-around unpleasant experience. We will never be sat in her section again, as this has been the second time we have been unhappy after being waited on by her. read more

I frequent this location and the service is average. The girls are typically great waitresses. On April 8, 2016, I came in for happy hour around 4:30 pm. My waitress was fantastic. I let her know we were heading outside and would return to finish up and pay the tab. I had left my tab, sodas and my rain jacket at the table while my friend I stepped outside to smoke for about 15 minutes. Then things turned for the worse. As I returned to the table I noticed that the table had been busted and my JACKET GONE! I asked the waitresses what happened to it but they didn't know. Then they asked the table next to us if they had seen it. Nothing. Which I'm pretty sure they took it out the exit side door. The managers never addressed me but rather I had address them. The main store manager didn't know how to handle the issue AT ALL so the manager from the Antioch location stepped in and was very helpful. I still felt robbed in a restaurant that I frequent and had no other choice other than get the authorities involved. We all "attempted" to review camera footage. Their cameras are worthless. Only one out of 10 worked and definitely would not be of any helped because the color was wrong and angle was useless. Bottom line don't come here by yourself if you don't feel like getting robbed while you go to the bathroom or outside to smoke because they don't give two shits about their customers nor staff. I mean what happens if one of the girls gets insulted? There's no camera footage of any of anything to prove it so HEADS UP ladies you're not protected in this store. If you want to feel safe and eat chicken go next door to Zaxbys or chic-fil!! The End! read more
