Well, I hadn't been to a Texas Roadhouse in 15? 20? years. Decided to live on the edge and go on opening night. I wasn't sure if this was a dumb or smart decision, but the online wait said it was only 10-15 minutes. I wasn't sure if I believed it, but we gave it a go anyway. And what do you know - it was right. Parking was a nightmare though. Wow. We ended up parking in a muddy lot next to it. (That was after we finally found it because it's so new the GPS didn't take us to it. Never fear, they have solid signage up now). Also, it was muddy because it rained. Not their fault at all. There's a lot of construction in the area because it's so new. It'll be tip-top shape soon enough. Okay back to the restaurant. Hmm. Well, prepare to be greeted. A lot. It's not overkill, just very, very friendly. And you'll be hit with the scent of those rolls. Dear god, those rolls. It's like they want you to start salivating the moment you walk in, and you absolutely will. And then you'll see those slabs of meat when you get in. Not good if you're vegetarian but great if you love a good steak. They really have their waiting down pat. They tell you where to stand and you just stand there like cattle in a chute waiting for your turn to go eat those rolls you're dreaming about. Never fear, the wait time you were quoted (or at least on opening night) is accurate. They didn't have their liquor license just yet which was fine for me because I don't drink. My partner ordered a beer. I ordered some sort of flavored coke that was delicious. Food? Gotta go with the steak. Don't forget the cactus blossom! Move over bloomin' onion. You're so last year. Everything was perfect. Can't believe I got me a steak and two sides for $23.99. Won't be 15-20 years before my next visit, but miss me with the saddle on my birthday. That is not my vibe. Service was slow. Waited on our food for almost an hour. Ordered grilled shrimp, that came out raw. Sent it back and came out raw again.

First off, we are fans of Texas Roadhouse and have never had a bad experience until this visit, this restaurant. 1.25 hours to receive our food, the steaks were all cold and all at incorrect temperatures. Overall just not the quality we expect from TR. in addition, the wait staff seemed more interested in chatting and flirting with other customers, than waiting tables for which they were responsible. The floors are a mess throughout the restaurant, and the men's restroom was one of the filthiest I have seen in some time. Hard pass for any future visit. We'll make the trek to Murfreesboro going forward. read more

Well.. I went here to grab a quick curbside pickup. Turned out not be so quick. I had just finished working out so I wanted a quick, light, bite. I ordered the kids meal with grilled chicken with salad as the side. It took about 25 minutes AFTER the quoted time. They didn't appear super busy but I was on the outside looking in. The chicken was overcooked. Salad was good and rolls were harder than usual. I will just say it was an off night. This was my first time visiting this location. First off, I usually love Texas!! I decided to sit at the bar since I was by myself. It was 4pm on a Sunday, so decently busy but not slammed. It was 10-15 minutes until i was finally greeted. I ordered a drink with a kicker, which the bartender forgot. She finally brought it when i asked again. I was never given rolls or even asked if i wanted some. The single lady who ended up sitting next to me was greeted promptly, her drink in the first 2 minutes, and asked right away if she wanted rolls. The food didn't take too long, but when it came out, it wasn't hot and the sweet potato was partially hard. Huge disappointment! At least if the service is bad the food is usually good. The bartenders didn't check on me again until it was time to pay. It's a shame too, I usually tip minimum of $20 even just for myself. read more

We went out to lunch and we were Delighted, the wait staff was excellent! Our Server Amanda could not have been any better, she was extremely Helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend her as a server. The food was Amazing, the steak was perfectly cooked, the ribs were fall off the bone tender, the burger was juicy. The restaurant was neat and clean. My husband and I recently visited Texas Roadhouse and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the bartender, Libby. She initially helped us place our order at the bar, but my salad was made incorrectly. When the young lady brought the salad out, I immediately noticed it was not what I ordered. Instead of making a fresh salad, Libby took the salad back to the kitchen and simply added tomatoes and croutons to the same salad before bringing it back out. I did not feel comfortable eating a salad that had already been handled and sent back. After we addressed the issue, Libby never came back to check on us or follow up. We had to ask another bartender for assistance. Customer service and food handling are very important, and I believe the situation should have been handled more professionally. read more

I doesn't have bacon or it's missing all the ingredients when I didn't as for anything to be removed. We waited over 30 minutes just to pick up a simple to-go order, rolls and cheese fries. During that entire time, no one acknowledged us, gave us an update, or seemed concerned that we were still waiting. When my wife finally went inside to ask about our order, she was met with snarky attitudes and a complete lack of urgency or customer service. There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to make the situation right. To make matters worse, today is our anniversary. We had agreed to keep things simple and not spend a lot of money, so we ordered rolls and cheese fries. After the long wait and poor treatment, we got home only to find that the fries were cold and had clearly been sitting for quite some time. Considering we got an order ready text message. We've eaten at Texas Roadhouse before and have generally had good experiences, which makes this visit even more disappointing. The issue wasn't just the wait--it was the lack of communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy. We left feeling like nobody cared whether we were there or not. The worker at the to go window was annoyed and not concerned about the situation. When my wife first walked in there were 8-10 workers just standing around laughing. While we were outside waiting for over 30 mins on an order that was allegedly done we witnessed about 4-5 workers walk out one right after another doing something in the parking lot. They seen us we seen them see us, but no shits we're given I guess. I love Texas Roadhouse and honestly this treatment was surprising I had always had good experiences until now. Honestly I don't care to ever go back. 30 minutes. I appreciate the extra alone time with on our anniversary, but our two children were also hungry. Food was so good!!! I got the grilled shrimp and filet combo. I asked for my filet to be cooked medium and it came out perfect. The shrimp skewers were so good! I usually don't like grilled shrimp because they are some times charred, but this shrimp came out juicy and perfect! I also got seasoned rice that was yummy and a huge loaded baked potato. The garlic butter that came with the grilled shrimp was also great. ALSO FIVE DOLLAR BEERS ALL DAY EVERY DAY?! AND ITS MODELO?! I think I found my new spot :)! read more

I thoroughly enjoyed myself! It all started with a cold bowl of a Caesar salad. it was very crisp and the dressing was phenomenal. it makes sense that it was made in house because it taste like that. then I got a full slab of ribs and it was more than I can eat! Two of my friends and I were excited for the newly opened restaurant opening that was closer to our houses. We were sat in a section that wasn't opened yet, but another server got us drinks until our sever clocked in. Both Servers were great. The problem came with the food. I got the steak tips ordered medium well which were good until halfway through I bit into one that was rare, the remaining tips were rare, some raw. I was taking them home anyway so I figured they'd cook when reheated so I didn't say anything. Looking over at my friend who had stopped eating. Her steak, ordered medium was rare, the shrimp and fries were so salty that you could see the overwhelming amount of salt on them making them inedible (and she likes salt). By the time the manager came over the other friend and I were done. Manager asked if my friend would like something else, she declined. Instead of removing the $25 meal that was inedible from the bill, the manager gave her a card for a free appetizer next time, refusing to comp her food. This was my friend's favorite restaurant. If we ever eat at Texas Roadhouse again, it will not be at the Antioch location. We'll drive further to the Murfreesboro location. read more
