Came here for a quick late night dinner and was craving wings. I don't frequent hooters as much as I used to, so was happy to come for the atmosphere, beer, wings, fries and chill place. I ordered some wings and fries and for some reason, the fries are always cold!!! I don't know why, I don't know what it is, but if the wings are hot, make sure the fries are too! The wings were good, garlic parm is still my fave go to here, and the beer was light, cold and refreshing. Went to Hooters tonight like we do about once week. Ordered the Buffalo Platter which comes with 6 Bone-in Wings, 6 Boneless Wings, and 6 Buffalo Shrimp. Wife and I split it so we always have them give us 12 Bone-in but this time they wouldn't do it. So I asked what they charged to take off the Boneless and add 6 more Bone-in. It used to be a good place. Until I was a victim of blatant hostility once. It might had been only one or two employee (I cannot put all of them in the same sack). Unfortunately, I do not feel like going back. I am not a person that spreads negativity or believes in exposing it. However, when a person or entity is in the hospitality business is being exactly NOT that (hospitable), then you bet we have an issue. I am not an unruly patron by any means and I just go to chill, distract my mind, or sometimes even work. I do not create any trouble for anyone. I only like to pick where I seat (what table) most of the times I used to go there (about twice a week) and that is my only "thing". But on the night of 02/11 I got refused to sit where I wanted, and the Hooters girl seating me insisted and confronted me. I said that there was never, ever, a problem, even when she sat me a few times. But she became pushy and with a hostile and a terrible attitude, said that I have to sit there (she said because she had to seat me with Al*** but I have no idea why). I asked to speak with the manager and explained the situation. She claimed to be the General Manager, but I don't think she behaved at all like one. Instead, she performed like a friend of the girls there. She said: " I will talk to the girls and I will make sure this will never happen again". Ok, but that did not do anything for me. Obviously, that is the bare minimum: let the girl at the very least know, and then everyone else too of the incident as a way to discuss customer feedback. I do not want to get anyone punished or fired, but again, there was not a real apology at all there at the very least. I know when someone is honest and care as much as many people can also tell, and I can tell she was just trying to passive-aggressively get rid of me. I explained that I felt like not going back (because that is the way I felt) but then she repeated the same thing. Sad. Maybe if I was one of their "type of customers", they will be listening more. Maybe I am only one little portion of their sales and they do not care. And honestly, I do not feel like going back (which is a bummer because I used to like my chill time at Hooters). But if a problem of attitude and hospitality arises and then they are going to act like clowns, then I will stand by my position. You lost me. Again, not all managers or employees (almost all of them aren't) are like this. I could congratulate many of the people that work there. But hostility in the hospitality business is like mold in your cheese: got a little in one small corner, and you would seriously consider to get rid of all the whole piece. I could forget late drinks or food, burnt fries, mistakes, accidents, and more. But bad attitude, I will not. read more

Absolutely not! That 2 stars is solely based on our waitress. She was SO MEAN and not friendly AT ALL. Her attitude towards us was straight up STANK! When we sat in her section she told us her name and didn't even make eye contact while taking our order, event when we got our food she didn't even come to check and see if we needed anything. Sticking to tailgaters and 242 grill for better food quality and service. There are only 5 tables with customers in our side of the restaurant. Came here on a game night so the wait was expected I got the Nachos and the Wings and both were great! The wings were crispy and lightly breaded which gave it a nice bite. The legendary hooters sauce combined with the cool ranch made the perfect combination. Drinks, the waitress stared at four times watching them sweat before realizing it was her order to pick up. Ordered 10 wings for two people and it took over an hour and a half to not show up. When we told the waitress we want our ticket magically our order was ready. If you ever make it out to any Hooters, you must must must must MUST get the clam chowder - oh, excuse me, it's CHOWDA. It's a giant bowl of gravy. It's literally the best chowda I've had anywhere; even the finest seafood restos have nothing on Hooters clam chowda. As for the service, the girls are great here. No hoodrat, hoodrat hoochie mamas. And they have more than just one AA female which adds a star (if you fstw about that, shrugs it's reality cause most of the ones I've patronized only have one if that) The wings are hot & delicious though the hot really isn't all that hot. And the 3 mile is way too hot so I'm going to need them to find a better middle ground. Love the curly fries though they need more seasonings....and I'd pass on the new regular cut fries they are offering. Though neither are fancy or plentiful enough to warrant the $3 price tag. TVs galore, bathroom was clean though cramped and dated with only one working sink. The really big plus side is I saw one of the girls used a paper towel to open the bathroom door as she was leaving. So I rate Hooters like I do most chains, against their standard and note anything else. This Hooters is one of the newer remodeled ones. So, for me, they have one of the best smoked wings anywhere. And that's what I have. Very good. Beer is good n cold. They don't have all the craft beers some others do, so they lack in that area. The staff is great. I have been coming here for years. The wings are always so good! Never had an issue here. I used to always get the wings breaded. Recently started to get the naked wings ( no breading ) I like the naked wings ! I recently got a philly cheesesteak and it was very good! Kind of small but good and full of flavor. I pretty much like the entire menu. You cannot go wrong here. Desserts are good too! The wings are always big and fresh and that's what I like. Not sure if Hooters is going to make it. Went in to support this location as it's close to work and we used to go all the time. Love the atmosphere at Hooters. When I got a $35 lunch tab for 2 people that included 8 boneless wings (no fries) 1 philly cheese steak (w/fries) and 1 pitcher of beer, I was shocked. I refuse to pay $40 (tip included) for lunch. They used to have a great lunch menu but I'm not going to bail them out of this Covid mess with $40 lunches. read more

I don't have any standards for the service at hooters so I'm never disappointed with it. I was a little surprised at how dead it was here on a Saturday night. There was nobody in the place except guys who looked like they were watching or waiting for their GF's to get off work. Hooters does have some pretty decent food so I'll give them that. I always go for extra crispy if I do anything fried. Their cheesesteak was fairly decent to. The drink menu, esp what they offer for beer is still stuck in the early 2000's. They have cocktails but it's mostly just a bunch of sugar bombs. I ran through a couple of drinks options with the bartender and she didn't know how to make any of them. So I stuck with something I would have ordered back in 2001. I have to say it was a strange experience, nobody seemed to want to be there and quite literally nobody was. I mean it written on the ticket what the selected menu items are. Cmon! It's not rocket science. Do I need to go up there and hand write an equation for for the staff to correctly develop an order? If you are reading this, let me give you some advice. Once you place the order, call the establishment and confirm the order with a staff member. Decided to get a to-go order from Uber eats. Once again it was wrong and missing items. This is the third time in a row they cannot procure a correct order. 3 orders of ranch were missing and I guess they decided instead of chicken sliders that chicken strips would suffice. I will give them that the food is pretty good. We love our wings. I also love to dip them in ranch. I would equate missing ranch to having your car washed and then not rinsing the soap off. Total fail and ruins the meal. It is a simple tasks to read orders, please be better. You are close to losing a long time customer. Wesley was the manager on duty and did refund the order, but still a total flop on some good Hooters food that I've been use to in the past.
