We seated ourselves at a table and waited....and waited..... and waited. Until we finally got up and left. On the way out I informed the bartender to let the manager know customers were leaving due to not being served. Her response "did you seat yourself?" Dined in on Saturday night, it was a larger party but we were greeted by Danasia after she put some tables together for all 25 of us including children. She seemed a bit overwhelmed as she explained she was training 2 girls that night but she did an AMAZING job. She cracked jokes with the kiddos and recommended some drinks for the adults. While juggling the job of making sure her trainees were receptive to the things she was teaching them she made sure all 25 of our drinks never went empty and all of our food came out perfect. With bigger parties and seperate checks normally we have a few things missing on each tab but when Danasia brought all 8 tickets over to our surprise everything was correct and she even went over each ticket to ensure it was right. I've been coming to this location for a years now and I haven't seen a server hold it together & teach at the same time with a full restaurant.I'm not sure how she did it but she was fantastic, if you decide on coming in I definitely recommend Danasia and will always ask for her moving forward. read more

If you are looking for a definition of horrible service and food to match this Hooters is it. Dirty tables, filthy floors, and waitresses that are preoccupied in personal drama ignoring customers. By the looks of the waitresses they can make a prison edition of Hooters calendar look bad. Maybe that is why the cooks are so demotivated that food come out cold and tasteless. Went here for dinner tonight and it was awful! We walked in and it wasn't that busy but one of the waitresses said she didn't want us in her section... by the way there was 5 of us in the party and later on when we were finishing up, the same waitress took a party of 6 so I don't know why she didn't want to wait on us. I always go to hooters in Katy and since I was on this side of town this week I decided to stop by for a quick bite and maybe some drinks, but I was so disappointed by the bartender. Other locations have much more suitable women. I don't remember her name but she was on the heavier side with long brown hair and it didn't help that she didn't have an inviting personality like other bartenders. Definitely not used to this when I come into Hooters. The food was great and it came out pretty quick but I ended up not drinking I just ate and left. OK. I admit it. I'm a guy, and I'm a sucker for a cute female smile, especially when it tops a lean body in a tight t-shirt, uber short pants and a bodacious butt. Call me a pig, and that's fine. I'll revel in my piggishness and enjoy the scenery. All that being said, the service here was actually pretty attentive. From the bag of ice in the pitcher, to the extra napkins to the joking and general friendliness, the waitresses were funny, pleasant capable and sooooo easy on the eyes. The place has a bunch of tv's tuned to various sports, so if you're looking to watch a game with a few buds, it's not a bad place to go. The not so good news is the food is, at best, indifferent. It's amazing to watch the pots of wings being cooked in the kitchen, and the volume is so amazing I wonder if there isn't some chicken rescue farm in the Midwest chock full of wingless chickens. I'd feel less guilty with that thought were the wings something to rave about, but they're not. The hotter they get, the hotter they get. Sounds stupid, eh? This is a combination rating for the food, the darling waitress (Callie I think) that put up with us for 6 hours and the Hooters management that allowed us to show the live stream of the Spencer Bell Memorial Concert in Detroit, MI. The concert was a benefit concert to help raise money and awareness for adrenal cancer research, of which Spencer Bell passed away at the age of 20. His friends and band mates put on a concert in his memory and since a group of us in Houston were unable to go, we hoped to find somewhere to watch where we could also take donations. Hooters graciously allowed us to do that. The food was really good; I actually hadn't eaten at Hooters in years and just had cheese quesadillas but they were filled with hot melty cheese and came with sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo and jalapenos! And there were more than plenty for a meal (even though they were listed as an appetizer). I also shared some of my friend's fried cheese sticks and they were hot and fresh! Our waitress served us tea and pop refills all day and never ignored us, although we were there for almost 6 hours! She was a great waitress and a lot of fun!! We started off with the fried pickles and yes, I know it's supposed to be salty, but this was like beyond salty. I think the breading had too much salt bc it left a really bad aftertaste every bite. And then, my bf asked if they tasted salty to which I agreed. I know what fried pickles are supposed to taste like and that wasn't it. Worst service ever!!!! The manager Jason made it worse. This establishment was not busy at all. Outside of our group, it was maybe 6-8 people in the entire restaurant. They started with drinks and they were weak at best... They sucked; liquor and fountain! 2 drinks went back! I guess their bartender was not a mixologist. I settled for the weakest Pepsi in history. The waitresses (1 veteran/1 HOOby) were unorganized and ill-prepared for a party of 9 although one of my coworkers called ahead of time to make arrangements for our group. 1 person in our group did not get her food with the rest of us but received it as we were leaving which was an hour and a half later. The manager "took care" of it for her, she could completely enjoy herself because hunger set in and she became hangry... The fries were cold. Nothing... [NOT... 1... THING!!!] happened simultaneously! Our checks were not brought out at the same time. They did not ask if we needed split checks. Everything was out of order and the manager made excuses for why stuff happened as opposed to apologizing for the forgetfulness of his servers and his poor management skills. This was supposed to be an enjoyable event for. Our fellow colleague's farwell and it was not because the service was subpar. I've eaten hundreds of pounds of chicken wings in my life but until today I had never been served a plate full of wings with the inedible tips attached to every single wing!! Went here for lunch on a Friday with a group from work. I had the chicken sandwich with fries and the hubby had a baja burger with a garden salad. The fries looked and tasted like they were cooked two days ago and the balsamic vinaigrette was congealed somehow so those aspects were unappealing.
