I'm updating my previous post which gave this place 4 stars - now l'm giving it only 2! The reasons are: 1 - Management there only cares about 1 thing - the size of your tab! 2 - Management treats the servers like crap! Extending shifts for arbitrary bull&$&t like " rolling silverware ". They don't care that the tips there are ridiculously low (average tip less than 10% - if they get tipped at all... 3 - Customers for the most part are deadbeats. Some come only to complain enough to get their meal free - and then NOT tip at all. In spite of all this, I visited this place regularly for the last 2 plus years. I finally have had enough! VERY laid back and friendly. It was afternoon when we went. Had a good time, although the music is way too loud in the afternoon with a half full house. Our waitress was wonderful, extremely young and attentive and professional. The food was excellent. Period. I really loved the meal--dry rub wings, smoked, are now a new favorite thing. The manager comes by the table and I let him know the situation and he tells me that he is short staffed, so I look around( my table has 6 people) there's 7 people in the restaurant not including us. I don't think that I have EVER been so disappointed with a restaurant's waitstaff, as I was when we dared to step foot into Hooters. The host, Khari Reid, was VERY polite and accommodating, and ensured that we were seated in an ideal location for the game we wanted to watch while dining. As he walked away, THIS is where the entire level of service took a DEEP nosedive. Waitress after waitress sashayed by us, giving us the "side-eye" if even a glance, as they proceeded to other patrons. My guest and I then witnessed two waitresses consuming soda and iced tea at the drink station, as well as another who was actually seated at one of the "high-tables", as if she were one of the diners. After 17-minutes of being treated as though we were completely invisible and STILL had not been offered, at the very least, a teaspoon of water, bread crumb or even leftovers from a past diner, we gathered our things to leave. I asked the host, Khari, if he would kindly summons his manager, and in moments, was greeted by Jayce. As I respectfully explained to her the lack of hospitality and service that we had been provided outside of our initial interaction with Khari, and this is what has prompted us to not only leave early, but never return again, I again, was shocked at the unprofessionalism of the waitstaff. During my conversation with Jayce, twice she had to interrupt me in order to turn around and tell a waitress that she was busy speaking with a patron, and she needed to excuse herself. Admittedly, Jayce expressed sincere regret over the displeasure we felt due to the lack of service we'd received, and went as far as offering to pay for our dinner, which we politely declined. I'm sure that at this point, many people are wondering one or all of the following: Why wouldn't we just tell someone we need our order taken and wait? Why wouldn't we accept the manager's offer to buy us dinner "on-the-house"? Well, I'll tell you why. 1. I'm not an impatient person, but within 5-minutes of a patron being seated by the host/hostess, at least their drink and appetizer orders should be taken as they peruse the menu further; 2. As a patron, I should NOT be the one to have to tell YOU how to properly do YOUR job. I'm coming to YOUR establishment, because I want to treat myself to a day-off of doing what you're getting paid to do ... by ME, the paying customer. So NOW you've lost me; 3. Although I stated that the "free dinner" gesture was appreciated, I didn't trust the waitstaff to provide genuine customer service at that point, as ALL of them were guilty of the lack of professionalism already exhibited, which also made me fear for the quality of the food I would receive. Additionally, we came in there to spend money with GREAT tips for matching service ... I wasn't coming there for a "free giveaway". At this point, the matter was merely about principle. Needless to say, after thanking Khari for his exceptional service and Jayce for her time, we took our party to another place that I frequent quite often, and ultimately enjoyed ourselves in the end. This place could be cleaner. The plates are always dirty when I get them. When I visit, I always get breaded North Dakota... I think that's what it is called. I know the flavor was named after a place. The service makes up for the lack of urgency from the cooks. I have only been to this location once. The roomie and I stopped to get some wings, but we didn't want any sauce on them. We got the strangest look from the hooter girl. Once we explained to her 3 times that we just wanted the wings cooked like they cook them and then omit/avoid the hot sauce/wing sauce she was able to get our order placed. Worst Hooters I have ever been in and I have eaten in Hooters all across our great nation. Food was ok but atmosphere was horrible. I bet I heard the "N" word used by a black employee 50 times during my meal and he was no shy about using it!! The Absolute WORST Hooters in the United States. On 12/14/15 I visited this store and accompanied by a co-worker, his very 1st visit to Hooters. I wanted to make a great impression. Hostesses was great. It was Monday night football and the first set of Endless Wings were great. The second, took 25 minutes, the third took 35 minutes and were not eatable. After asking for another waitress for our waitress, because she was hugging and kissing her male friend in clear sight of the customers, she finally came and I asked for our check. After looking at our check, which should have been around $50, she attempted to charge me $109 for 2- orders of Endless Wings 1- sweet tea and 1- 25oz beer, I was amazed. She "Kelley" explained that she would remove this charge and correctly amend my bill. She showed me receipts of the corrections and we left even leaving a 20% tip. Much to my amazement, while she was correcting her mistakes, the waitress " Kelley " charged my card again on another persons bill for an additional $79.35. Unbelievable right? It gets even better...... I talked to the Manager Mike the next day and he explained that it would be handled. I explained that the second charge wasn't me. He then tried to tell me that maybe I allowed someone to use my card at the same time. I replied, " Are you serious?" So, if you'd like to have a great atmosphere, terrible service, over cooked food, watch your waitress make out with her boyfriend, attempted to get ripped off, correcting that issue, then Charge on your credit card SOMEONE else bill, then having to attempt to resolve these issues with an incompetent Manager then this location is just what you're looking for. I was lucky enough to be on of the chosen individuals to be accepted into a Buzz Agent Mission to try the new Hooters smoked wings for free. This was my first time at this Hooters location and my second time at any Hooters so this time i was really impressed. I on Saturday April 9, 2016 and was greeted and seated immediately. i i ordered a Passion Fruit margarita and it was strong and tasted so good. My waitress Kierston was super sweet, i mentioned to her i was here to do a review on the new smoked wings and she was excited for me. she was not aware that you can order the smoked wings and get one of the 17 sauces on them. I Ordered half Texas BBQ and half honey chopolite. The wings can out in a reasonable time and they looked and smelled great. My guest ordered the jerk and the lemon pepper. You could see the seasonings on the wings and they were so juicy, not burnt. I preferred the dry rubs on the smoked wings the sauces were just ok on them. I would also like to give a shot put to Mark which was his last day, he was a very good manager and i can tell that he will be missed. Thanks to #BzzAgent I got to try the smoked wings for free and they were really good! I opted to try both the Garlic Habanero and the Jerk Rub. Omg, the Garlic Habanero was so delicious and I enjoyed the heat that it was giving from the sauce. I also appreciated that fact that my breath didn't smell heavy of garlic afterwards. The garlic flavor was there but not overpowering. The Jerk Rub is good too. If I had to choose which one I liked the best, I would go with the Garlic Habanero! read more

Never went to hooters. I was under the impression it was just a gimmick to gawk at half naked women. With the exception of butt cheeks everywhere, I was wrong. Surprisingly the food was really good! Our server was a sweetheart and was very accomodating. We tried the smoked wings for free thanks to Hooters. I would reccomend these to anyone. They were so juicy and full of flavor.
