So I will make it simple!! When you have to ask three times for your beer, then you go up to the bar and say hey can I get a beer and then the bartender is flirting with customers however did take the time to ask me if I wanted a beer and if it was a tall or short and you say hmm the server should have put in a tall !! Then your bartender looked over at my table where my wife was sitting and her attitude changed, she says ohh well I have tickets that print your order you will have to wait until I go through my tickets. So now you know we are waiting customers from a table you no longer will pour us a beer, however anyone else can walk up and get a beer. Hope your GM is happy to pay for the pound of shrimp and 20 wings that your employees get to eat tonight because we walked out after you refused to pour a beer for my wife!! read more

The several times I have ordered food from this establishment I have been ignored upon coming in to get my to go food. Just this last weekend my boyfriend went to pick up our food and he stood right in front of the hostess for atleast 7 mins watching them hold a whole casual conversation before even acknowledging him and asking if he needed help and not to mention I live 5 mins away and our food was ice cold. Worse one I've ate at. They even had the nerve to forget things we order such as sauces for our wings but by that time we were way too frustrated. If i could give this place -100 stars i would. This place is a joke, where do i begin? First it took 25 mins to get a beer EVERY TIME WE ORDERED ONE- they had 4 bartenders. We would order a tall bud light and a short Miller lite would come and never got the replacement drink. We asked to speak with the manager, he comes over, we tell him we are still missing a bud light and HE WALKS AWAY. He goes to the bar over 3 times...still no bud light came. Gonna give them a 3 as a gift on the assumption they will try to make this right. Been here about an hour. Ordered a burger and side salad. Had to ask for food about 49 minutes in. Salad was brought shortly after, then burger by manager who said she saw it taken off grill. Well someone lied. It had been cooked at least 15 minutes ago. Now they are making new one. Trust all will be week in end but way too long a visit. Moral. Get the wings. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered carry out. Was supposed to be ready at 4:50 pm. At 5:30 pm still no order. We finally asked for a refund. Ordered from Fricker's right around the corner and had our order in 15 minutes. I would think after being open several weeks some of the bugs would have gotten worked out. This is just what you'd expect from a Hooters. Beautiful servers, lots of TVs with sports on them and hoards of young men drinking beer and having a great time. We are glad that a Hooters opened in this neighborhood. It is much easier to drive to than the others in this area. We ordered a couple appetizers. The Loaded Tater Tots tasted fine, except the order was half the amount that we were used to getting. It was just enough for about two people rather than the four it used to feed. My wings were tasty but not hot (temperature wise). The food took a quite a while to get to us, maybe because it was sitting under a heat lamp waiting for it to be brought to us. I was super disappointed when the very nice but kind of inefficient server brought out our wings and informed us they were out of celery! I was really taken aback when they CHARGED me for the celery they didn't have. I pointed it out and was glad they quickly took it off my bill, but this wasn't a good customer experience. It was after this series of mistakes that I thought maybe they should have taken a bit off the bill as a token of good will. But they didn't. Nevertheless, we will go back because we like Hooters. I am still hoping for hot, tasty food, brought to the table a timely manner, with the generous portions this restaurant used to always have! After reading some reviews I expected a really bad experience but Morgan who served me was both professional and pleasant always smiling and answering all my questions. 5 minutes ago Absolutely worse establishment I've ever been in! When we got there they had a medical emergency with one of their workers which I am truly sorry about never would wish that on anyone however instead of management handling that and workers work they were all huddled in the back neglecting the 2 tables in the restaurant. It took 45 minutes just to get our bar drinks and reason we got them is because I went to the bar 3 times to get them. Our food sat in the expo window and got cold by time it got to us over an hour after we ordered it. Spoke to the manager and he said nothing he could do about it. System was down so our bill free anyways. Then when we went to go leave my mother tripped and fell out of the booth bc it was a step down and no where is it stated to watch your step. She fell on the floor and laid on the floor for a couple minutes struggling to get up and not a single worker came over to help or check on her. When I went back in to ask for an incident report they brought back the wrong form and I informed him of that so he went back to get the right one and of the servers who was taking pictures of the booth informed us it wasn't their fault she fell. They proceeded to call the cops on us saying we were drunk and unruly. When all I did was ask for an incident report because that's how things work In a restaurant when someone injures themselves. I am a manager at another restaurant and how that place is ran is a damn joke and needs a major refresh and restaff and better management if I could give them negative stars I would! My fiancé and I came to hooters mason for a late lunch. Sat at the bar and MorgANNE was our bartender and let me tell you, if she's yours, go grab a table.. She took a minute to get to us as she was going through receipts. I ordered a tea with extra lemons and my fiancé ordered a beer. She got the drinkslp in a decent amount of time but no lemons. Then we must ask for food menus. Ask her the market price on the crab legs and oysters and she doesn't know the answer and doesn't seem to care to find the answer. A couple guys come in and I can just hear them complaining about her and how she's not doing a good job. One guy even said "what's it take to get a beer here" and then continue to talk about how women always say men don't listen as he's trying to order more alcohol from her and she clearly just can't handle the small volume at the bar. I think 8 total guest at this point. We order our food (I ask for my lemons for the second time) and continue to just observe. The manager and 3 servers sit at a booth all on their phones paying no attention. About 5 more minutes pass and my fiancé asks for the lemons I ordered 30 minutes PRIOR! Finalllllly I get them, and within 2 minutes my food comes out. The food was delicious. She asked if we needed anything as soon as it came out and I asked for more blue cheese. 10 minutes later I asked again and at this point there's no excuse for her lack of effort in her job. (I'm a bartender and have been a server for many many years). We finish eating I ask for the bill and a small to go box with a lid for the blue cheese. She takes so long (10 minutes or more) and at this point my fiancé walks up to the table of employees and the manager looks up from his phone with a look of annoyance that we're nothing him from whatever the heck is more important thank taking care of his customers or realizing that his bartender can not handle the 8 customers she has. Table of 8, got there at 11:40 and by 12:40 we just started getting our food...all of the tables around us that got there after we did had their food before us. One of the guys even had to pay for his meal before it even came out and get it to go because he had a 1 o'clock meeting...When we asked to speak to a manager he came over and said what do you need? When we told him we thought it was ridiculous we had to wait that long he said well the kitchen is slow. Didn't apologize. Didn't offer to make things right. We asked what his corporate number was, and he said I don't know, google it, i don't carry it around with me. When he finally did offer to comp the meal, he only comped the person who complained's meal...no one elses. At this point we had been there for over an hour and a half (we were on an hour lunch break) we didn't have another half hour to wait for them to fix it. Overall, poor customer service. The food was as expected. All we ordered was boneless wings and fries....definitely shouldn't have taken an hour to make.
