Where do I begin!! This place has scarred me! As soon as I walk in I was not greeted but rather brushed off for a whole 30 minutes before they finally finished up their conversation. I am finally seated and my waitress was an angel in hell!! (Her name was Lexi she definitely should be running that place!!) My waitress Lexi gives me hope that the restaurant is not half bad... Until the food finally arrives... THERES WAS HAIR IN MY FOOD and some little brown thing was also on my plate that definitely was not suppose to be there! We placed an order for pick up.. we were quoted 30 minutes for pickup, so we wait that amount of time and then arrive to retrieve the order. To our surprise there isn't a single soul in the restaurant, not even a waitress, it's 4:00 in the afternoon. After standing at the bar for 6 minutes with no acknowledgement, I pace back over to the host stand, which is also unoccupied. A bartender then emerges from a hidden seat she was in with a customer. She directs over to the "to go section" where I stand for another 5 minutes. While there, I can see numerous hooters girls hanging out in the back, smoking vapes and giggling. I made eye contact with several. No one came to help. One started walking out and did not notice me until almost running into me. We locked eyes for a second, she then immediately turned the other way, passed her vaping device to a friend and disappeared. After making the full circle around hooters to avoid me, she circled back around with a brief, "have you been helped?" This was almost pure comedy. It couldn't be real, could it? I was finally able to communicate that I had placed an order almost an hour ago. With no delay this time, they immediately brought my bill, I figured there couldn't have been a manager present either way with the behavior I observed, so I didn't both addressing any concerns. My wife, who is eating for two, had now been waiting a substantial amount of time so i grabbed the food, paid the bill and left. ONLY to discover the entire order is wrong. I heard her myself repeat the order a minimum of 4 times and yet hooters managed to give us the wrong order, leaving an entire meal off.. but still charging for it. Well unfortunately this was not a so enjoyable lunch. The wings ordered were not saucy like the old school Hooters is known for, I didn't get a refill on my drink that I asked for. It seemed like none of the staff present looked over the age of 21, didn't even see a manager walking the floor asking people how they were or if they needed anything. Customer service was totally lacking. Staff sitting down and on their phones doesn't look good. Everything was 'good'. I originally ordered "boneless wings with garlic Parmesan sauce" I sent them back because they had a "weird" after taste. I opted to get a Caesar salad with chicken. I specified that I wanted a full size salad to-go. When the ticket came I was floored at the damage but nevertheless, When I got home and opened my salad I see they have given me what seems to be a small, soggy, wilted Caesar side salad with brown leaves... the more I sit and stare at this salad the more it looks like something that was left over on someone elses plate. It's just too skimpy and... I'm very annoyed. Mistakes happen but when you've just paid $87.00 you hope you don't get all the way with your food just to be disappointed or pissed off. Hadn't been to Hooter's in years, but I wanted to try the new location in Pearland because it was close to home. This is not the Hooter's I remember! Although I kinda figured that when I saw the trendy facility from the outside. Anyway, plenty of parking spots and easy access from the 288 feeder. The place was packed when I walked in, but the staff was friendly and they got ills seated fairly quickly - no complaints there. I like the open concept. This place seems like it would be awesome for game day or fight night. The menu has lots of options - wings prepared in different ways with various toppings - they have seafood and sandwiches but I go there for chicken! Anyway, the fried pickles were delish. The Daytona Beach wings were just ok... I think I was missing a kick or something. Not sure. I liked the bacon-wrapped wings. I tried the boneless chipotle honey and they were pretty good. I'd order those again. My favorite was the smoked Texas BBQ - definitely want some more of those. So why 4 stars? The wings are very small - both bone-in and boneless, so you have to orde more than normal to get full. read more

If I could give a zero I would. For starters when we walked in no one was at the hostess stand. Took several minutes after another customer going to get someone before we were seated. We got sat at a table by a waitress and waited ten minutes, no one came to our table AT ALL. I got up went over to talk to the waitresses and one of them told me there were only three waitresses working and she'd be right over, mind you it's a Saturday night and there is practically no one in there. When I told my server Grace, she took it back without hesitation and had the cook redo them for me. My daughter had a kids meal chicken tenders with curly fries. We added some BBQ dry rub. Yummy! My husband ordered nachos, which looked just like the photo. I tasted a few from his plate. I thought they were great but he said the chips were a little greasy. This is by far the worst hooters I've been to. It's 6:45 pm on a Sunday and it's completely dead in here yet for some reason we have had the slowest service imaginable. We ordered the loaded tots as an appetizer, there was hardly any bacon on it and it tasted like a grease bomb. Our entrees didn't come out at the same time either. For some reason we were waiting on fries which makes no sense bc that should be faster to cook than chicken wings and shrimp. By the time we got the fries my shrimp and cheese sauce was cold. Our waitress was nice but extremely slow. Not sure if she forgot about us but she took forever to take our cc so we could pay and leave. Again this place is completely dead so it makes so sense. Management needs to step it up bc front of the house and back out the house is dropping the ball. Last time I came to this location, the service was sub-par. However, this time I came in with a couple of friends and our server Karina, gave us EASILY some of the best service I've personally had at a restaurant. She kept our drinks filled and even gave really good food recommendations, as it was one of my international friends first time there. She was very attentive, and friendly! As soon as we walked in there was no hostess at the front. We waited 10 minutes before anyone came out the back. The restaurant looked understaffed and most of the tables had dirty dishes on them. I didn't see a buss boy. We ordered shrimp and hot wings. Hooters normally puts a lot of sauce on the wings. Our wings were bare. No more celery and carrots . Disappointing, all-around. The only compliment I could pay is regarding the building itself, bigger than it looks from the outside and really great TVs for sports viewing. When I walked in there were 5-6 girls standing around the hostess station chatting, loudly. I approached and began to say "I'm just going to sit at the bar", but none of them even turned to acknowledge that I had just walked in. They were cackling and kept talking amongst themselves. No "Welcome to Hooters", nothing. I walked to the bar, had my wings and 2 big beers, settled my tab and left. The bartender was pleasant, but spent every spare second giggling with a guy that I assume was her boyfriend. I love Hooters, but today it did not taste like the usual Hooters that I love . We just ordered typical got wings, fries and dipping cheese . The ranch and blue cheese were watery, the chicken dry, and the wing sauce bland. The fries were cold and absolutely tasteless. We loved the flavor tea ($3.29) and the chocolate dessert cup that we share in our drive home. The black dishes that we were served on were slathered with greasy prints. First I asked for a menu and they said they did not have the paper menu's anymore. I took coworkers to lunch and there were 4 of us. Two of us ordered the shrimp platters and the other two split an order of chicken wings. I had ordered chips and queso which she charged me for, but I never got them $7.99. She charged me for each item on an individual basis, instead of the Shrimp Platter which is $14.99, she charged me $12.49 for the shrimp, then $4.99 for the Waffle Fries, My coworker got the same thing and was charged separately like I was, so if you get the waitress Lily, double and triple check your ticket as she is not looking out for your best interest as a customer of their establishment. I used to have my vendors take me their for lunch, but I don't think I will be going to eat there anymore. I will be seeing the manager today with my receipt and witness to see what corrective action they plan on taking. Once we were finally sat, we ordered food which took an hour and 20 minutes to come out, again, during a dead Sunday night. The place is filled with old people, the energy is dry, the music is terrible and outdated (you have to pay to play PG music from 2010...I thought this was a sports bar...) Worst service ever! 1st red flag was out table was filthy, we had to ask to get it cleaned and the girl refused to spray the cleaning solution more than two times. I had to ask her to spray some more so that I could clean it myself. We had to ask about our food several times. Our waitress went to the back to check on our appetizers after sitting there for 20 minutes and told us the kitchen staff had dropped our fried pickles and had to re make them. I have eaten at more Hooter's restaurants than you can imagine. Do y'all remember their PassPort deal? I filled two of them with stamps from all around the US. So, I feel qualified to rate this joint. This store is not the Hooter's I know. The new style and decor sucks and bares no resemblance to the famous varnished pine wood table, chairs and paneling the brand is known for. Where are the garage doors? I ordered my usual - traditional wings tossed with Three Miles Island sauce and Curley fries. I wasn't sure at first, but they had served my wings with the regular Hot Sauce instead of the Three Miles Island. I asked the waitress if she was sure these were Three Miles Island, and she said it was and offered to bring me more sauce on the side. The color and flavor of the Three Mikes Island she brought me was significantly different. By this time I was down to my last drum stick and when I picked it up to eat, I noticed a big chunk of it was missing. A chunk like someone had taken a bite out of it already. It wasn't immediately apparent it had been gnawed on because the side with missing chunk was placed face down in the basket. My wife ordered the Chili Nachos. Looked like a dogs breakfast. A handful of chips with piles of stuff poured all over. The chips were so soggy, you couldn't pick them up to eat without a fork. Let me start by saying Lauren was awesome!!! Our waitress was great. Extremely kind, attentive, helpful, but not over bearing or annoying. KIDS DO NOT EAT FREE ON SUNDAYS!!! Do not believe everything the internet says. This a franchise store and only corporate stores follow that rule. The food was above average. My kids, yes, my kids enjoyed the sliders and my hubby and I shared medium buffalo wings and teriyaki with a salad. The fried pickles are some of the best I've had in life. Let me also say that the bathrooms were, in one word, immaculate. Will I be back? This review is based on the to go order service . Only reason I am putting this review is because this is the third time I get luke warm wings as if they have been sitting there for a bit. The second time I ordered from the parking lot to make sure I got them hot. Nope. The cooks do their job, but the front end and communication from the time they get cooked and brought out is bad. Each time has been different, first time I was told to go to the bar to pick up, second time I was told to wait in the front and get brought out, third was similar but I had to remind them on my food since I was waiting longer than 25 min. Last but not least check your food before you leave, second time I ordered to go they forgot one of my fries. I'll accept that as my fault for not checking . So yea I'd dine in.
