We've been twice. Our first time was AWESOME. Our server was Rachel and she is phenomenal, very sweet and inviting, we'd go back for her every time. I'm not going to go into the food because it was great, Hooters has always been pretty consistent from my experience so it wouldn't be productive. We went back after our great time with Rachel and she wasn't there. Our server the second time wasn't impressive. At all. She wasn't very friendly or attentive. A manager came by and asked how our experience was and I had no major complaints for him but I had an empty glass in front of me that he didn't even notice. Im so glad I caught this before I ate a bite of my food. My and my friends went to Hooters yesterday and as our food was served my friend is giving me a crazy glare. I ask what and she points out a COCKROACH. When I tell you NO waitress fid anything at first. One came over and said "oh I dont do bugs" and left, she brought someone else and they threw it away then asked if we were okay. When we explained that we would not be eating anything we were told that the roach may have been on the table but not in the food so we had to pay. I've been to this location a few times. The first two times I went the service was slow but I assumed it was because it was a new location and kinks had to work out. Now they just have more kinks. We came in as a group of 7 and were seated in the high tables. It took a while for our waitress to come by and take drink orders. Once she did it was a good ten minutes before we received our drinks. Once the drinks arrived I ordered two appetizers for the table and ordered food. The appetizers took over 20 minutes to come out and the restaurant was really not that full. There were literally two other parties in the whole place. Another twenty five minutes went by and the food still hadn't come. Our waitress only checked on us once and we went for long periods of time without water refills. Finally, after 45 minutes the food started to trickle out. It was very odd they brought one plate at a time. One of the sandwiches we ordered looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for the whole 45 minutes. A salad was brought with no dressing, and took a whole 15 minutes longer to get any. Wings were brought with no fries. It was just odd how items came out. My party received their items and I continued waiting. By this time almost an hour had gone by. The waitress didn't come to check to see why I didn't have food and it was obvious she hadn't put my order in. I asked her to please box it up and she was very blah and never apologized. The manager walked by and I started to tell her what had happened and she CUT ME OFF and was like "ok so what did you have??" I told her and she said she would bring it right out. Another 10 minutes went by and she brought a to go order. I went to open the box and she assured me that everything was in there, offered me extra ranch, and gave me a coupon for free wings. I was annoyed, but figured it was better than nothing. I was getting over it when I got to my office to eat my food: MY ORDER WAS WRONG. I could have screamed. I took my hubby here to check it out. There are plenty of TV screens everywhere. So if you like to watch games, this is the place to be. I ordered the hamburger sliders and curly fries. They were a bit on the dry side. We also got the onion ring tower which was great! Not greasy or too salty. It comes with two dips but I enjoyed them best with catsup. My husband had the honey Chipotle wings. They had a kick to them but are pretty big in size. As for the waitstaff, they were helpful like you would expect in any restaurant. However, I found they lacked that little extra TLC that you might expect out of a Hooter girl. I can only reference a visit to the Hooters in Pasadena where they were really sweet and just a bit flirtatious enough to make even me feel well cared for. I've been coming to hooters Pearland since it first opened. Nice cool environment. I'm a regular there and they have outstanding staff. Fefe and Jas are bad ass bartenders. The hooter girls are on point especially Lily. She is full of energy and always has a corny joke to tell. She gets all the orders the first time and is always making sure you're taken care of. I should have been taken the time out to write a review but I always try to give this place the benefit of the doubt but after today I have had enough!!! The only reason I go here often is because of the convenience in location and the time that they close but every single time I order take out it's always something. Well today literally took the cake. I placed a order online at 12:00 they said it would be ready for 12:53. I go to pick it up at 12:48 they say they didnt have an order for me. I told them I ordered online. David the manager found my order and asked me what time I placed it, as if it doesn't show on the system what time the order is placed. I told him I placed the order 40 min ago. He then went to say the kitchen never got my order and they were already closed for the night. As a manager that is the worse costumer service you could possibly give to a paying customer. I am in the service industry, I work for Tilman FertitTA and no isn't an option to our guests. We strive on great customer service and it's honestly what keeps people coming back to us. It's no way I should have walked out of there with no food for your mistake. Stopped at Hooter's Pearland for dinner! Not happy with the service at all, slow period. From the time I sat down till I received my food felt 30m or more. Wait staff was nice. The restaurant was fairly empty so the service should have been good! I've been to this place several times since it opened, I can honestly say less than a handful of times was I satisfied with the service. I was over there on March on the patio porch with a simple glass of lemonade when my waitress was chatting away with 2 other customers for much longer than she should be. I'm ready to pay, and yet she still kept chatting, never taking a break. I would give this location zero stars, but it won't let me. We were seated at a table with our 2 young children, 1 being a 2-year old. We literally sat there for 10 minutes without anyone saying ANYTHING to us. No orders, no drinks etc. I politely waved my hand at a waitress that was flirting with a single guy that we needed attention and she ignored me multiple times. Maybe she was designated to us, but still could have at least asked me what I needed. Clearly ask the hostess not to be seated anywhere where the game was being televised and I'm seated in front of the big screen TV! Stupid, plainly said "stupid!" They have really gone downhill! We used to go about three times a month. Wings are inconsistent either too wet or dry. Last time we were there, our waitress was playing a board game with the other waitresses and a host. She took a long time to bring our drinks then went back to playing.
