I went here on Halloween night with 8 other people. I wasn't impressed with the time it took for the food to come out. I would say it was 1 hour or little more for our food to start coming out. They gave me the wrong beer that I ordered as well. The server was nice and friendly. The wings I got were pretty tasty I must say. I got the 911 home style chicken wings. Little dark in this location as well when you walk in and sit down. Not sure if that's how they do it there or if it was for Halloween. read more

If you need a review explaining Hooters this will not be your review. Its Hooters and it's just like every other Hooters. The building is fairly new, but despite being a newer location there was gum on the bottom of my stool near the bar. Sadly my waitress was about as personable as a pet rock. Other girls were seated at tables with customers and many of the wait staff had no tables at all. When my food was up it sat in the "window" just feet from me begging that I go get it. My waitress hadn't asked if I wanted ranch or blue cheese so I had to ask for it once another waitress got up from the table she was visiting with to get my order for me. I was still able to finish half my meal while waiting on the blue cheese I requested. Oh and like every other Hooters everywhere you pay extra for a side of dressing. On the up side the chicken was too hot to eat when it hit the table and everything tasted pretty good. Crispy delicious chicken, that's what I craved and they delivered. Order at your own risk! My husband and I have ordered from Hooters for the last few months with DoorDash and we've noticed a pattern. If it's any normal weekday (Sunday-Thursday) the food is good. Friday and Saturday, it's terrible and our order this past Friday was no exception to the rule. Past problems have been sauces on burgers we didn't request, food being too dry, food not tasting good and the order we had last night was probably the worst. I got a chicken Caesar salad with four tiny extremely dry nuggets of chicken and the salad drowning in dressing. Not that I could eat it because over half the lettuce was rotten. I suspect that's why it was swimming in dressing, and I've been sick since the few bites of the salad I had before I realized something was off. So my dinner consisted of pretty much nothing and I hadn't eaten much for most of the day, other than a handful of Swedish Fish. I think we're going to be steering clear of hooters for quite a while. I certainly don't appreciate spending money on rotten, dry food. And I don't like spending half the night being sick because of it. read more

Horrible! Worst experience in 23 years of eating at Hooters. Our unsweet tea was basically water with a slight taste of tea. Sent it back. Replacements were just as bad - sent back. Waited 45 minutes for our food. 10 piece hot wings came out and were cold. Sent them back. Seemed like they were taken out of the refrigerator without heating up. Rest of the meal finally came out and the chicken philly cheesesteaks were overcooked/burnt and were missing the cheese. The fries with no salt requested were heavily salted. Replacement 10 piece arrived and was slightly warm. Not much more than the original 10 piece. I asked to talk to the manager who told us they had new cooks and were dealing with issues. Big understatement. The food we kept was barely eatable. Tasted bad. The manager offered to replace our sandwiches but we didn't have time to wait around another 30-45 minutes for our food. Our first clue something wasn't right was when we pulled up and the parking lot was almost empty. Then, when we walked in, all the waitresses were sitting and talking to each other. Didn't see any interaction with the customers sitting around. This was really sad. I've never ever had a bad experience at Hooters. Food is always consistent in appearance and taste. Only restaurant within walking distance of our hotel. Almost didn't go because of so many bad reviews. Went anyways and was pleasantly surprised. Service was very fast and helpfull. I ordered online and used door dash for delivery. I ordered smoked wings with onion rings and cajun wings with onion rings, and 1/2 pound of steamed shrimp. I received the order in a timely manner. Door Dash representative delivered the food with no contact as requested. Once i opened my food, i noticed the wings with cajun dry rub, an order of fries, wings that looked baked or like plain/naked wings, steamed shrimp and another order of fries. i called Hooters at the Lackland location and got Jordan, the manager. I explained the situation and asked if she could replace my food. She said i had to call door dash to get a replacement. I told her i didn't think door dash did anything wrong. whomever made my order at Hooters did not get my order correct. I just want the food that i ordered (smoked wings with onion rings, and cajun wings with onion rings). she insisted that i must go back through door dash for a replacement. Im sure this is not the process but it is fine. Im disappointed because i had my heart set on the smoked wings and onion rings. That's all. Jordan could use some Customer Service Training, as well as training on the process for incorrect orders leaving the building before they are in Door Dash's possession. Jordan didn't even try to LISTEN or MAKE IT right. she talked over me and i had to speak Louder to get her to hear my problem. Just disappointed. A group of 13 had lunch after around 2 after a youth hockey game. The service was slow when our food was delivered there was 5 meals not delivered 10 minutes later 2 of the 5 came out 20 minutes later after everyone was done eating the final 3 meals were delivered. We asked to talk to the manager she avoided us and sent one server back with our checks again we asked to talk to the manager when she came over she claimed all our food was out in 28 minutes and wasn't reasonable. One of our parents raised their voice a little and the manager said she was going to call the law and walked away! Avoid this Hooters there are plenty in St Louis to choose from! read more

Wow came here to get some wings that were always awesome! Apparently going in was a mistake there were more people working that customers but they all were standing around talking we were two of six people in there and still sat watching our food in the window getting cold as they had there conversations at the bar while the kitchen continued telling them hot food was up. On top of that we were given small drink napkins instead of paper towels they said they were out of. food was cold service was terrible I wont be going back even after not having to wear a mask to get in. My boyfriend and I love hooters wings and will occasionally order pick up as a special treat. This location has never burned us in the past, but on this particular venture we were shorted both our queso dip and extra (paid for) dressing. Drive all the way back to pick up the dip (it's not a cheap appetizer), and they were entirely unapologetic. Upon arriving back at home I realized I was given nacho cheese instead of queso, not what I paid for and made the special trip for. I travel a lot and hooters is my place, I just enjoy the food and the fact that the experience is generally the same - it makes me less homesick. THIS hooters I have been to about 10x this year and the experience is always the same - bad. Slow/bad service is #1 on this locations menu. Without exception, When I visit here the manager is more interested in the girls than the customers and the girls are more interested in their "boyfriends" than the customers. Either way, if you are not already dating someone That works here - don't bother - it will take an hour just to get a plate of wings! read more

Came here night on a Monday night for Monday Night Football with friends and it turned out to be the WORST experience ever. I usually don't go to Hooters but I went because my friends picked it and they wanted to watch football. You'd think a SPORTS bar would be more than fully prepared for Monday Night Football. Not only that, Hooters has an All You Can Eat Wings special on Mondays too. You'd think they'd be prepared for that also. But apparently not. I think I'm a pretty reasonable person when it comes to waiting for food at a restaurant. It depends on the type of restaurant and how busy they are too. I once waited an hour and a half for sushi and didn't have a problem with that. But for a sports bar, I think 15 min. for appetizers, 30 min. for entrees from the moment I place my order, is a fair wait time, even if they are busy. Anything over that is ridiculous. We ordered the appetizer first: Sliders (half burger, half buffalo chicken with onion tanglers). Those came out at a good time, and they tasted great. It was my first time having the sliders and tanglers so I was pretty impressed. Usually sliders at restaurants are pretty dry or too big and you have to stretch your mouth to eat them, or everything in the middle is so big compared to the bread that when you pick them up, they start falling apart. If I ever decide to eat at Hooters again (different location of course, but highly doubt it), then I'll remember to definitely get those. We ordered our entrees. Decided to do the All You Can Eat Wings. Our server, Kinzy, told us we had to order them in increments of 10, so we did the naked wings in half parmesan garlic and half hot. We also got an order of the curly fries and an order of the onion tanglers since I thought they were pretty good. Food took over 30 min. to come out. When they did finally come out, Kinzy realized she messed up on the second half of our wings. She gave us the wrong sauce AND they were breaded instead of naked. So after waiting over 30 min. for the first set of wings, we only got 5 wings instead of 10, and had to wait another 30 min. for her to fix her mistake. She finally brought the other 5 wings out. We were munching on our now cold curly fries and onion tanglers in the meantime. Ordered our next set of 10 wings, and those took another 30+ minutes to come out! Our cups were empty. Not one server came over to refill our drinks until we asked and even that took a long time. Tried to be understanding and thought they might've just been busy, but looked around, and they were standing around not doing anything. Looked at the kitchen, and there were only two cooks! Working with no sense of urgency. Our second set of wings came out after another 30+ min., and we hurried to order the third set. We were really hungry and had waited over 2 hours to eat an appetizer, and 10 small wings. Kinzy put in our third order while we ate the second set. 30 min. AFTER we placed the third order, she comes over to tell us that they were out of wings! How do you run out of wings at Hooters knowing that Mondays are ALL YOU CAN EAT WINGS plus MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL?! We were pissed, but were still hungry. Opted for the boneless since that's all they had left. More time went by. Still wasn't coming out. We got pissed and cancelled the order and got our checks. With no apology or hesitation, Kinzy said, "Okay!", flipped around and got us our check. The server or manager didn't even apologize for the long wait or offer to take care of our appetizer or anything! Shortly after we cancelled the last order, literally two minutes after, another server came by to bring the cancelled boneless wings we had been waiting on. We thought, well since it's already done and at the table, even though we cancelled it, the least they could do was let us have those 10 boneless wings as compensation since we waited so long. But technically, it wasn't even compensation since it was still part of our All You Can Eat special which we WERE paying for. We told her she can just set it down. She gave us a dirty WTF look, said no, flipped her hair around, and took it back! I guess another server or maybe Kinzy realized what an idiot that girl was for taking it back, so they put it in a to-go box for us, but at this point we were pissed! We didn't even want it anymore! Waited about 3 hours for one appetizer and 20 small wings with 2 cold sides, and no refills on our drinks. No apology, no compensation, no discount. Cancelled or not, the last order WAS done and they couldn't even let us have our last order without a bad attitude... It was still part of our All You Can Eat special... that we were still PAYING for...that was probably going to get thrown away anyway. If I could give a 0 rating, I would. It's not All You Can Eat wings if you have to wait over 30 min. for each order. Never eating at any Hooters ever again, especially not this location! read more
