I work super close so I finally decided to try. The price seemed OK for six wings and mozzarella sticks, except the wings were dry and they didn't give me my ranch that I paid for, or the marinara sauce. The receipt on the bag says no dressing for the mozzarella sticks, but I double checked on my order and it does say marinara. They were not busy at all so yeah it's a no for me.

We've been here several times and the high quality of food and service is remarkable. As longtime fans of Hooters, we were excited to see some of our favorites on the Hoots menu, especially after many of their Socal restaurants closed down. This location shares the space with Blaze Pizza with plenty well-kept tables. It's not too crowded on weekdays for lunch and dinner, and dine-in orders take 8 minutes on average. Hospitality is top-notch, and the manager is happy to accommodate special requests. Having tried about half the menu, the food is on par with what you'd find at a Hooters restaurant, but at a much more affordable price. Wings and shrimp are deliciously sauced, fried pickles crispy and succulent, and the chicken sandwich juicy and moist. My only complaint is that the curly fries portions are a bit small, but they are otherwise perfectly cooked. Love this place!

I had such a good experience here recently, so I decided to come back! Just like last time the wings were ready when I arrived, the young lady behind the counter was friendly when she handed me the bag, and the wings were delicious (better than the wings at the full service restaurant). I hope the franchise owner opens another location in Burbank. We have a hooters restaurant that closed down (the space is still there with furniture inside if he wants to take over) in Burbank and I'm sure the locals miss the wings close to home. Nevertheless, keep up the good work and I'll keep coming back!

First time trying this location as it just opened and I grew up on going to Hooter's for the wings. Honestly I was a little disappointed by the food. We ordered a 30 Party Pack Roasted Bone-In wings and the Chipotle Honey flavor and the 3 Mile Island Flavor were great but the Buffalo Hot was bland. I wish they added more sauce onto them. The curly fries were not even curly and the fried pickles needed to be a fried a little longer. Wings were still good as they contained a good amount of meat but I don't think I would pay $45 for this again. Service was a little slow even though they weren't busy but it was hard to hear the cashier as they share a space with the Blaze Pizza. They initially brought out all my food in trays and I had to clarify that I had said To Go. The manager tried to say I said Dine In but there was no table available. After seeing this they packed my food and I was on my way. Honestly it is so loud inside with the TVs going off, people ordering pizzas on one end and people ordering wings on the other. Hopefully they can get it together but it gives WingStop or Buffalo Express vibes. It's the same concept of ordering wings or sandwiches and taking them to go. It isn't anything like Hooters used to be since they have a very limited menu.

Delicious breaded wings-hot Buffalo sauce, lemon pepper dry rub, and Cajon dry rub. The potato wedges are so good and crispy.

Staff is always helpful, delivers excellent service with a smile. If you aren't sure about what to order, they will not disappoint you with their suggestions.

Smoked Lemon pepper

It was my 1st time here, and honestly, the Smoked wings were AMAZING, something you can't get anywhere else. Chipotle Honey and lemon pepper are definitely my favorite. The cashier was very helpful, she explained the menus and gave me suggestions. Definitely coming back.

The food is Hooters. Love their wings! Not salty like WS and more flavorful than BWW. Fast and friendly service. Small location with plenty of parking. Def will be coming back!

Fast friendly service. I placed my order online and it was ready when promised. Traditional Wings were great. I took them to a July 4th party and they were a hit. I wish I had gotten more as they ran out quick. This store shares space with Blaze Pizza. So don't be confused if you can't find the front door.

Many flavors

Amazing location with many flavors to choose from, the service was awesome and really friendly. They have many sports channels to watch while enjoying their wings

The good: The people working at the counter were very friendly and welcoming. We took a while to order, and they were patient and courteous. They gave our kids free little light up chick toys that they absolutely loved and kept them entertained while we waited for our food! The bad: - The reason it took us so long to order was because they were seemingly out of half of their menu items. Everything we wanted to order was out of stock, so we settled on boneless chicken with fries and chicken gyoza - Something very important to note is that they primarily serve dark meat for the boneless chicken. Dark meat can have a pink/red color even when fully cooked. We had several pieces that looked so red that we didn't feel comfortable eating them because it just looked unappetizing how red it was and I didn't feel fully certain it was cooked because I don't carry around a food thermometer lol. But no one in our party got sick, so I assume it was cooked? I honestly don't know. -When we arrived, they were playing very loud, very explicit hip hop. I love hip hop myself and it would have been fine if our kids weren't with us, but with kids it was just kinda weird to be listening to very explicit lyrics at 10 AM lol. It wasn't just normal hip hop, it was like the extra explicit cut of some SoundCloud rapper. Eventually they changed it to very loud country music. Just weird vibes either way

I only ever order takeout from this location and there's definitely things that could be improved. The location is on busy Colorado so parking is a nightmare. The workers here have absolutely no sense of urgency. Often I've been the only customer picking up and the speed of service could only be described as "meandering" to find and hand me my order. As previously mentioned, there's no issue with the food. It's juicy and flavorful. But there's inconsistencies like sometimes I get the side radish and utensils but other times not at all. The attitude of the workers you interact with are that of someone who has absolutely no pride in their work and are simply tolerating customers. It would go a long way to improve this location if workers were trained to do everything as efficiently and quickly as possible. The cost is also astronomically high for chicken. A whole chicken is $31 before any taxes or fees. It's not competitive with other Korean fried chicken places and you have to imagine part of the cost is due to the location. I would be sad if this branch closed, since it is closest to where I live, but it wouldn't be a shock that it did close. There's a lot of low hanging easy changes that could be made. Better training from management, more local deals, and focusing on customer service.

The customer is next to you how can you not look at them...lol After almost an hour I got my food only to find that pickled radish was spoiled. Luckily I added an extra so it saved me. When I took out the container it was already full of gas and about to explode. When I opened it, smelled horrible like raw food left in the garbage disposal for weeks. (You can see how cloudy the juice is from the picture) Over all, I understand that this location has the worst review among other bb.q chicken in SGV, I'd choose other place next time. Food was good so 3 stars for that.

Absolutely delectable. Chicken was juicy and tender with perfectly crisp skin. Seasoning was just right. Fried plantains were best I've ever had. Lightly fried with a moist and lightly sweet interior. We also tried an order of Papas Huancaina. The potatoes were perfectly tender, and the sauce had a nice little kick without being too much.
