I looked at my tire they repaired and balanced. I saw a weight on the outside of my rim. It should be inside of the rim like most vehicles today. WTF that's improper work. I don't believe it.

I called the dealership, the salesman (G.L.) I spoke to gave me a hard time about getting it fixed. He wanted me to go to a private auto body shop to get an estimate. I did what he asked & got the estimate but really why did I have to do that, shouldn't the dealership have done so? The salesman I was dealing with kept repeating to me that getting the vehicle fixed was above his pay grade. I am over 70 years old, I did not need the stress. I have never been treated this way by any other dealerships I have dealt with. They eventually fixed the bumper after about 6 weeks, but not without me calling them almost every day. I will never buy from this dealership again. If you buy from this dealership - be forewarned , cross your t's and dot your i's.

Do not buy a vehicle from this establishment. We bought a truck there for $7,000 cash. A few days…read moreafter we got it the engine light came on. We had to get the entire front end and steering fixed less than a month later, and a month after that the engine went out. We tried calling on multiple occasions and never got a phone call back. Once we got the engine replaced, the mechanic noticed that bolts and parts had been removed. After the engine was installed, we found out the transmission was completely shot too. At this point we had invested so much we had no choice but to fix it. Long story short we have put 9,000 back into a truck that we paid $7,000 cash for. The man who owns this business is a complete crook. This will not be the last you hear from us. Please save yourself the grief and money and do not buy from them under any circumstances. I wish I could give this company no stars. First of all I arrived on a day the head owner was not…read morethere. The employee that helped me that day agreed with me on a price of a 2001 pontiac grand am. The employee also told me that I was allowed to take the vehicle to a mechanic to get it checked out. It was near closing and I told him I would be back the next morning to take it to AAA. It was all great and I felt comfortable until the next day. That next afternoon the head owner was there and was very short and rude with me. He told me that the employee I spoke with the pervious day was new and did not know what he was talking about. So I did not get to take the car to my mechanic and the head owner tried to pull the price up by another $500. He said that I was only able to drive it down the street. I also asked for the Carfax and he said they didn't have that but that he would have someone send him a paper statement of the cars history (which never came). I basically had to argue with him to at least let me go to the Autozone near HWY 52 to do the system check they do. Autozome was first shocked by how clean the engine was so that drew a red flag. Also there was a problem with the check engine light, Autozone said that those repairs were not that bad and that I could wait a while until I needed them repaired. I took the benefit of the doubt and went back to purchase this vehicle. I paid around 2900 for the vehicle. Later to find out it was a piece of scrap metal. Also the process to get the title and plates was a nightmare. I am not sure if the owner forgot about doing his job or if he was lazy. He said that my plates and title would be in the mail around 2 weeks. I called 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and finally over a month went by without my plates or title. I finally went back to this company and demanded my money back for the title and plates and went to the DMV to do it myself. I was furious!!!! Since the purchase in March I have put in over $1500 in repairs. I replaced all tires which were bare ($400), had to get a tune up and fix my oxygen sensor problem-spark plugs replaced-coolant exchange-3step fuel system clean... which was over ($800), both front window motors ($50), The suspension rod was broken and needed to get it aligned ($300), headlights and windshield wipers ($40), and the shocks on the rear replaced ($100 for the pair). This has been the biggest mistake I have made buying a car and I would love to help prevent everyone else from making that same mistake. Again I hated this place and it is a scam! Don't buy from Universal motors!

I work at a dealership as well, so I dont get off til they close. They was able to work something out with me and get me approved. I went this morning and did the paperwork. They were SUPER helpful and super nice from the time I called to the time I left! The car was everything I expected and much more! I am very pleased with Gene and the finance manager, Eric. They both was joking with me, laughing, just a great atmosphere in general! I definitely recommend them!
