First time here on a Saturday night and it was great!…read more We tried a beer and a seltzer - both crisp, cold, and refreshing. Blueberry and the raspberry lemonade - perfect on a hot day. Great flavor and so smooth. Food was really great - our table ordered the Buffalo chicken dip (huge portion of chips and the dip was delicious) for an appetizer- I think it arrived in three minutes. Carne asada tacos, fries and farmhouse salad with chicken and the beef sandwich were all super tasty. We had to try a dessert and it was hard to pick just one as they all sounded so good - landed on the apple crisp and it was perfect and the best warm caramel sauce. Food is fresh, good quality and everything was great. Service for drinks was the fastest I've ever encountered in any restaurant- seriously! For as large as this place is, they have it running like a machine with food runners and wait staff choreographed perfectly. It's also a neat atmosphere, lots of tables, full bar and good vibe. We enjoyed our meal and overall experience. Highly recommend.

Do not go here. The owners clearly don't care about their guests or their employees. Today it was so uncomfortable that I--and several other tables--ended up leaving. I genuinely feel bad for the staff and the guests who try to tough it out. While everyone is sweating through their shift, I'm sure ownership is sitting comfortably in an air‑conditioned office somewhere. It's unacceptable, and I won't be coming back.

We went with a group of maybe 10 people for happy hour on a Friday (HH is 3-6:30pm). Bartenders were great. The patrons weren't too rowdy. We played darts and occupied what used to be the smoking room (last time I remember about 15 years ago). Now you need to smoke outside. Parking is mostly in the back. There is some up-front but for security sake I wouldn't park there (break-ins more likely if no one is looking at your car, unlike the back parking lot which always has people outside smoking). Drinks were good. Not too weak and not too strong. Try the "-196" strawberry seltzer in a can from Japan (made by Suntory). I think it was $6? Pretty good and 5.5% ABV. They had a Hazy IPA on draft that was pretty good. Few other taps too (SpaceDust, other domestics). They do not serve food other than bagged potato chips. But, they allow you to bring in food from the outside. You can even get food delivered. We ordered two large pizzas from Pizza on Tap and fed the 10 people we had. We stayed until 8pm and the place was pretty full up by then. Not a bad joint.

Street parking only, but wasn't too hard to find a spot as we came early. The restaurant is very nice and looks new. There is two dining rooms one towards the front near the bar area, and another in the back. We sent in the front for brunch. The menu had a good variety of items, and we decided to go with the chilaquiles and the shrimp and grits. I love Shrimp and grits, and it's not too common on menu's so i has to try it. The dish had pork belly instead of bacon, and shrimp. THe texture of the grits was very good, not too runny or too thick. The shrimp seemed good quality and not chewy or rubbery. I really enjoyed the dish and would order it again. The chilaquiles were an interesting take, not at all what you're normal chilaquiles would be. They come with lamb but we substituted with chicken. They were covered with a type of hollandaise sauce and we both thought they were good. I also ordered a breakfast shot that had bourbon in it, and a piece of pork belly on the top, and a shot of orange juice. It was pretty strong and very good. I would definitely order this one again, and the piece of pork belly they added on top was perfect. I can't wait to go back to check out their happy hour, it looks like they have an awesome menu, and they even do it on the weekends.

It's been a little bit of time since we've been there, but this has always been a place on top of our recommendation if somebody is coming to town it's where we would take them to show them a good meal and when other people ask for recommendations for a nice place for dinner, it's what we would tell them fast-forward now I think a couple years later from the initial opening and we don't come quite often just bc we have some new favorites, but it was Sunday night Labor Day weekend and we didn't know where to go so we ended up here. They admitted when we first walked in that they were shortstaffed totally fine and I'm happy to sit in the bar area. Truthfully, we don't come as often because they got rid of my husband's favorite oxtail Birria burger, but we do bring friends here for brunch. Anyway, we were here for dinner on Sunday night. Service was short staffed like they had mentioned and we sat at a high top in the bar area. We started off by ordering a hard seltzer and a carajillo. My seltzer came out rather slow, but it took probably another 10 minutes for my husband to get his drink and when they brought it out, they brought two like they were confused on how many we ordered so we kept the one and then they ended up giving ours I think to what I'm assuming with some friends the owner at the bar not a problem but one thing that I did notice is that there were a lot of "friends at the bar" it definitely gave that kind of vibe they were doing shots with a patron, gave our incorrect food order to another, were testing a new cocktail recipe I think with some. They were sharing drinks with some patrons. It's probably a nice gig if you're friends with these people and I'm not hating on it. Then we ordered our food. I ordered some Mezcal lime wings, and my husband ordered the grits when my food came out the waitress brought a burger and a salad and we had to tell her that wasn't our food. Then we waited another extra five minutes for my husband's food to come out and it did. I will say the quality of the food hasn't changed. The wings were delicious. They were crispy and they were well seasoned, and my husband really enjoyed his food, but it was the lack of service throughout the meal that really hit home for me that we probably won't be coming back as often and maybe just for brunch. It was such a weird experience to feel like because we were paying we were getting worse service than those who were getting free drinks and such but I can't complain because the food was good if the service was bad and the food was bad I'd be leaving a lower review but I can't give any higher than three stars if there was a 3 1/2 I'd leave it, but I almost never write negative reviews for places, but this really struck a nerve for me. I think because we came a little bit before 7 PM. It's not as if they were closing in 20 minutes. I could understand poor service for that, but I didn't really see why the service was so poor looking around. It's just a bit confusing, I guess.
