They selling a vegan burger with no vegan buns for $14 bucks. Really disappointing since I've had their previous burgers for a cheaper price. The pandemic menu is very limited and also disappointing. The regular burger does not come with cheese and it's $8. The service was okay for a curbside pick up. It doesn't tell you that you need to stay in the car and order from there which is why so many people try to go inside to order even if there's a sign outside saying 'please wait outside' I guess this isn't a very good location either since the food wasn't even warm when I got it and the fries were almost hard when I got them. When I brought my food home it was mostly stale and fries were hard. I spent about $60 to feed 3 people. Super disappointed. read more

Hopdoddy is my favorite burger place of all-time and I'm so glad Tarrant County finally opened one this week!! Burgers and fries have same quality taste here as other Hopdoddy stores. You may think it's just another overpriced burger, isn't it? But no. Its a glorious gourmet burger well worth the price paid. Other burger joints in town simply don't match up. If you've never had Hopdoddy, you're in for a treat! I recommend The Goodnight or Magic Shroom. Thinking about adding fries? Yes. 100% yes. Always order Garlic Parmesan Truffle Fries - they're phenomenal!! What sets Hopdoddy apart is their exquisitely fluffy buns&mouthwateringly fresh patties/ingredients. Portions are great here! We were really in the mood for a good burger and some parmesan truffle fries; our previous favorite was a restaurant across the highway that has closed due to the pandemic, so we decided to try this place for take out. Big mistake! While the inside of the restaurant appears to be taking the pandemic seriously, the staff is treating takeout as an inconvenient necessity. Our Burgers, which tasted ok, but not exceptional, were literally thrown together and slapped into their takeout containers. The fries had the right seasoning, but were horribly overcooked, as if the staff just forgot about them in the fryer and then didn't bother to check them before putting them in their takeout containers, extra crispy, dry and in some cases burned. Never again... There are too many places with good food AND caring staff! read more

Great Place! Just keep in mind the long lines they have at peak times. The seating is a bit unique. you're given your table number and a menu to decide what you'd like. I think this is great because 1) You can decide what you'd like while waiting in line 2)You don't have to claim seats. I always get the Impossible burger. The milkshake we tried was the bananas foster very tasty. Only reason for 4 stars is service was a bit slow esp for refills. But they will improve its only been a week. read more

Came here with a group of friends on Monday around 6pm, and we had to wait outside a bit for a table. However, there are a bunch of large umbrellas outside to make your wait tolerable in the Texas heat. In regards to the wait, I felt that this Hopdoddy was inefficient at seating people. I came with a group of 6, and the cashiers basically held up the entire line until we could be seated (sorry to the groups behind us). The interior is also a bit loud and noisy, but that's not really a surprise considering it was happy hour. If you come here, you need to get the parmesan truffle fries because they come with a giant shareable portion (much larger than the fries I had at the Nashville Hopdoddy location). The fries are a bit on the salty side, but pair well with the dipping sauce. However, the burgers are really not that good here. It took a while for us to get the burgers, and it was not worth the wait. I ordered the Llano Poblano, which had a good amount of bacon. Unfortunately, I don't recommend the burgers here because they were very greasy, and the buns were soaked in grease. I was surprised I didn't get a heart attack. If you come here, instead of getting a burger, I'd recommend coming for happy hour to get a drink and some amazing parmesan truffle fries! read more

I have been frequenting the Preston location for quite a few years, and while it has its qualms I found it to be a fairly reliable place for burgers and dubiously labeled local craft beers. This latest addition in the otherwise sleepy mid-cities was very interesting, so I naturally had to put it to the test. Parking is angled and rather limited considering the sheer amount of nearby venues. Inside is nice, new build, but nothing unorthodox or compelling. The bar is the best place in the house as you get the skip the ordering line and receive full table service. Beers came out hastily, however, the food seemed to take nearly 30 minutes. A lady was waiting for takeout in the cubby hole next to the bar, and she waited longer than we did for a noncomplex order. For QSR this isn't really the norm, I would typically expect to receive undemanding items such as burgers and fries within 15 minutes or less. The bartender was very friendly, and while out of her control, she couldn't cajole anybody to get the food out quicker. Fries were somehow not cooked to specification, not bad but also not what I am used to given the price. Also as is typical in the suburbs, Glade Parks already had a fairly similar establishment, CHB Burgers, while I believe Hopdoddy gets the leg up on CHB this area certainly doesn't need two burger, beer, and shake places across the highway from each other. My biggest complaint on this last voyage was the pieces of fat and gristle in the "Kobe" pattie. Two problems with this; there are only a handful of places in the United States that sell real Kobe beef, this would simply be American Wagu, not Kobe. The second issue with this particular pattie is the very coarse grind which made pieces of fat and gristle apparent. The good thing is that this means it's made out of steak type cuts, what's problematic is that if you don't grind it thoroughly or cut the ligaments you'll get texturally juxtaposed particles in your beef mix. I would recommend running the mixture through the grinder again or use a finer setting. read more

I made a point not to go opening week since the hype is still up. 1st time we went was on a weekday AFTER 2pm. We missed the lunch rush, no line and plenty of tables open. Walked in and were assigned a table. I ordered the Magic Shroom burger and sweet potatoe fries. Burgers cost $7+ dollars, fries are separate cost. My husband had an early lunch so he only ordered the regular size birthday cake shake which cost $6. We sat down, his shake came first. He loved it. Great flavor. No complaints. My burger came out I'd say 10-15min later. Everything was fresh hot and tasted great, again no complaints. The small serving of sweet potatoe fries was enough for 1-2 people. So first visit was great. Moving to the 2nd visit in 1 week. I really liked the burger enough to come back in the same week. This time we showed up at 1pm for the lunch rush during the weekday. Mistake #1. There was a line to order and we were told there was a hold on tables. No where to sit and I was not interested in eating out on the patio under the sun. I spent 5-10min looking around for ppl leaving. But ppl ahead of me in line didnt have tables either. A few spots opened at the bar so we decided to skip the line and just cop a squat at the bar. Note: you can sit and order your food at the bar instead of wait in the long lines. My husband and son ordered the strawberry shortbread and smores shake- very good again no complaints. They came out pretty quick, my food on the other hand took awhile. It took long enough for both of them to finish their shakes and look at me and say you havent gotten your food yet? Food is great. I'll just be mindful of when we go and avoid the peak times. 4 stars cause we were pleased with the food and ambiance. The absolute most disgusting burger I have ever had! My wife and I both had the classic burger and split the Parmesan Truffle fries. The fries came first and there was enough minced garlic on them to scare off all the vampires in Transylvania. I ate 2 fries out of a whole basket. They were nasty! Then comes the burger :(( The meat was grey and the taste is really indescribable but I will try. Imagine if you took a hamburger patty (if this was actual ground meat) and threw it into a pot of boiling water to cook it. That's what this burger tasted like. Absolutely and completely DISGUSTING!!!! I took 2 bites and had to force myself to take the second bite . So I had 2 fries and 2 bites of burger for $29.00. My wife managed to eat half of hers until she succumbed to how gross this food was . I wish that there was a way to rate this place with negative stars. I will never go back! We've been going to Hopdoddy for over a year. They have great food, great drinks and great service. What we like most is that they take special care of our gluten free allergy (celiac, 3 of us) order like professional. We have gotten the burgers and most fries amd have never had a problem. They are no longer doing curbside but are doing takeout and dine in. I was disappointed that curbside is no longer available. They wanted me to wait inside for 10 minutes for food but I opted to wait outside. They didn't offer to bring to the car and there was only 1 table of customers. I live with a high risk person so this made a difference to me. Their food is great but I always seem to have an issue when going. Either their too busy, lose your order or the hostess spaces out and ignores you completely. The female bartender is the hardest working in there. read more

Waiting over 40 minutes for an order that has been ready for a while. No one to bring the order 10 steps to the drive up to go space. Also called several times and either no response, or got hung up on. If you are not capable of doing drive up orders...please do not offer it. Very unorganized. The food smells good...but I'm disgusted with the lack of service. If I would have known I had to come in I would have. Instead, I was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt since you appeared busy. I then go in to get my order and it has been sitting for 40 minutes past the time you said it would be ready. The more I think about it, I realize this place​ is a rip​-off​f. Yes, they have interesting burgers, shakes, and a bar, but you can get a bigger burger that is just as good going to a regular restaurant and for a similar or cheaper price. Plus, their hard, crispy shoestring fries don't cut it! The seating situation is silly, you tell them how many people are in your party and they assign you a table. I suppose this keeps people from taking up a table they don't need, but you still have to go order from a cash register and then you're assigned a waiter once you're seated? Look, you're either a full-service​ restaurant or you're not, there's no in-between​. Hopdoddy offers a lot of interesting burgers, but if you're just looking for a regular cheeseburger, I say skip this place and head next door to Thirsty Lion. Ok.... this location is getting a bit ridiculous. First of all, I have tried multiple times to place an order online and their website isn't working properly so it just sits there spinning when I try and add a burger to my "cart". So we called to place the order for pick up ..... since I clearly can't order online! The manager insists I MUST place my order online... even though their site won't let me... or come in and order and wait. Refuses to take a to go order on the phone. Wtf kind of service is this? Also, fare that my favorite burger the buffalo bill but EVERYTIME I eat one I have the runs for a week after. My doc said she thinks it's a virus from the burger So with both of those complaints seems I won't be spending much money here anymore sadly... it's a shame how one person who refuses to help you can make such a difference in wanting to go back! Coming from a family who owns a restaurant, we are very much disappointed with this location. We have been going to Hopdoddy since before the Euless location open and we haven't ever had an issue. Hailey the manager on a Sunday evening was so incredibly rude and handled the situation in a very intolerable way by blaming my family and even accusing us of coming in for free food on multiple occasions? Not what you wanna hear after giving business to y'all for 6-7 years. Totally not acceptable and will not be back. No matter how angry the customer is, the manager should never raise their voice, accuse customers, or simply walk away from those who are good customers. For the record, we used to adore this place with our favorite bartender Karina who was always so gracious and kind. As for Hailey, we expected better. My sister and I brought our dad to have a burger and we were braided before we could get through the door because we couldn't get our maskon fast enough!!! After we ordered we sat down and noticed several other patrons come in the door without masks. They were never confronted about it!!! The wait wasn't too bad, they did have an open bar if you wanted to skip the line in terms of waiting...we wanted a booth so we waited. We were called up to place our orders, the gentleman was very friendly which was great! The drink options were interesting, definitely reminded me of Torchy's Taco drink selection. We didn't wait long for our food. We ordered two different "shareable" fries which indeed are shareable! And two classic burgers, two drinks it came do about $38 bucks. Wayyy more than I wanted us to spend and my burger was a little too on the pink side with no spectacular flavor. The fries were ok, but I've had better. I am completely disgusted with hopdoddy. Have been there several times after the noon rush-hour only to wait too long to place an order. Today my wife and I went about 1:50 PM and there were very few people in the restaurant. There were 4 or5 employees (one of which was taking orders) and two customers waiting. The gentleman placing an order when we arrived did not know what he wanted and took a long time to make a decision. The manager, working the bar area was watching as a line of people built up. We waited 10 minutes in line and not once did the manager or another employee and ask if they could help us with an order. We eventually turned around and walked out and never to set foot in hopdoddy again....I guess. We walked down the street to a pizza restaurant (a competitor) and were greeted happily by the manager. Other patrons were in the restaurant but the wait was just a few seconds. This is stark contrast to our last three or four experiences in hopdoddy. The hopdoddy management (... Corporate) needs to train their managers to be aware that their ability to move customers through the ordering process is flawed. When we arrived home, I looked back over my credit card accounts for the last 12 months and could we see that we spent over $1000 with hopdoddy (formerly one of our favorite restaurants). read more

Food wasn't bad but service was slow, uninformed, and forgetful. I *tried* to order the spicy chicken tenders but the cashier adamantly told me they didn't serve those(I've ordered it at other locations and it's on their menu here); I conceded to the chicken sandwich (plain), but after a long wait, it came with everything on it. After waiting another 10 minutes for the reorder, I was upset to see my same plate with the lettuce remnants on it still and the pickled residual taste remaining on the sandwich (luckily I didn't have an allergy!). The only reason I gave 2 stars is because a worker coming in for mid shift was friendly to me. I'm not sure if it's a cook issue or cashier issue or both, but I won't be returning. If you want my recommendation, just go to lazy dog adjacent to the store (and I don't even love that restaurant). read more
