I don't know about y'all but I have gone to some dental offices where it's like pulling teeth to get an appointment Not here! The receptionists are so nice and I have never had problems with my appointments being lost or cancelled for like no reason. They do call you one day before your appointment to confirm, which I find super comforting. My husband found this location and he liked their transparency with pricing and that they explain in detail, what procedures they are doing and when the next follow up needs to be. I've gone here a few times and I have had pleasant experiences. The dentist is detailed with his cleanings and really takes his time. Is he gentle ? Emmmm not in my opinion but I think it's because I forget to floss so he has to work a bit extra, sorry Doc....I'm working on it I believe I have cigna dental ppo or something like that.. Hope dental with young doctor Thavisab, proved not all dentist are there to rip you off with not needed dental expense, honest, compassionate, direct to the point, he tells you what is your problem and the different treatments they can give you depending of what you can afford, you take a informed decision when choosing your treatment. This is a great dentist office, my son is currently getting orthodontist treatment here and has not had any issues, hasn't complained about the brackets hurting him or anything. My husband, kids ages 6 to 14 and myself are patients here. The staff always makes you feel comfortable. Very clean office with movies for the kids in waiting room. I had root canal treatment done here and I have no complaints, I had no discomfort throughout the process and was given pain medication subscription for after, which I was able to fill at the pharmacy downstairs which was very convenient. I usually add my appointments to my calendar on my phone, but it's great that they call you to remind you about an upcoming appointment which is great for those times that I forget to add my families appointments to my phone. My daughter had her cleaning today! She did so well after a traumatizing experience at another office ! She's only 4 and she was very brave taking her x rays and handles her cleaning very well! The dentist is always a tricky appointment service for children so young but I truly appreciated the patience and friendliness of the staff ! They made my daughter feel very welcomed, safe and even allowed her to choose a treasure from the treasure box for her sister who wasn't there ! Simply excellent! Had two crowns replaced and the cost was way below anything I've experienced and I don't have dental insurance. Staff is professional and exceptionally well organized, plus they all have a great attitude. I was very comfortable and well pleased. Not only have I worked here, but I have great things to say about Dr. Noy and staff. I left the office because I relocated with my little family, but am still seeing him for my cleanings and treatments. He does an amazing job, patient, will explain why a treatment is needed, and is very efficient with his work. Julie is the office manager, as well as the treatment coordinator, and there is never any pressure to have treatment done. If you are looking for a dentist in this area, with or without insurance, I recommend seeing Dr. Noy. This is a review I should have left 10 years ago. Dr. Noy only had film x rays. He performed 4 fillings on me, and left decay behind which 3 years later caused me to NEED root canals. My new dentist showed me on the digital x ray where the filling was performed and how the decay was left behind. I've gone through years of pain because of this. Some became infected. I remember when all of this happed initially: I had so much pain in the tooth he performed a filling on. So I went back to his office and he "re-filled it." Then I went home and when the pain meds. Went away? My pain level was x10!!! I went to ER for stronger pain meds and an endontist (specialist) after for a second opinion, that was when they showed me the left over decal from the filling. The incomplete filling. It's been a borrow. Here I am 31 years old, and still dealing with the issues. He's a sweet man. And his staff are so sweet. But please make sure he upgraded his x rays to digital before doing a filling. I WARNED YOU. And I tried going back to get it fixed but because I didn't have insurance, they were talking thousands of dollars.. read more

This place is great. I cant believe no one has reviewed this place... Cause there ain't no yelpers in Menifee.... Whatever. I told all my coworkers to go here and everyone thought I was trying to get them to go to some dental pyramid scheme or something. If your dental PPO pays for more than half of your bill, you don't have to pay them a dime. So my coworkers thought this place was some kind of TJ dental place. Its professional, decorated in a newer dental sort of way (whatever that means but go to it and you will see that it doesn't look like a 70's dental office) The staff is ultra friendly and personable where they don't treat you like just some mouth that they are going to dig into and Dr Noy is really cool. Don't lie to him and say your flossing everyday though when your'e not. He can tell when he does that gum space test.... 2,3,2,3,3,4,3,4,2,3,2,3,4,3,2,..... Bad gums! I love this dentist. I've been going here for about 3 years now and have never had a problem. The staff, the assistants, and Dr. Noy himself are all very friendly. I recommend this place to everybody I know who is looking for a dentist. I currently don't have insurance and they give me great cash prices.
