He was extremely professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. I did end up needing some work done, and they were able to take care of it right then and there. Bre came back in to explain what needed to be done and walked me through the process, including setting up a payment plan. She was so helpful and made everything stress-free. My appointment ended up taking longer than expected, but Dr. Tran stayed after to make sure everything was done perfectly and that I was fully taken care of. That meant so much to me. I went to this dentist expecting a routine visit and left completely distraught. They told me I had stage one periodontal disease with bone loss, that I needed two cavities filled, and required a deep cleaning. The total cost after insurance was over $2,700, with the deep cleaning alone costing $900 after insurance -- even though my insurance stated it should only be an $80 copay. I left that appointment anxious and unsure what to do, genuinely worried about my oral health. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion. I switched to a more local dentist, and after a full exam there, I was told I had no signs of bone loss, only one cavity, and did not need a deep cleaning at all. My teeth were healthy -- they only recommended a fluoride treatment and a regular cleaning. My total out-of-pocket cost? $128. This experience was completely egregious. To falsely diagnose gum disease -- something so serious -- just to justify inflated charges is unacceptable. No patient should be made to feel scared or taken advantage of for the sake of profit. I had crowns on my 2 front teeth from another another office that I absolutely hated. The shape, size and color were all wrong. She had them remade and her office staff was so patient, making sure every detail was right. They even made my temporary look amazing. The staff in the office did an amazing job. I've never had the experience I had at this dentist. Your front desk is absolutely rude and disrespectful, with my own eyes they were absolutely rude to an elder who barely hobbled in asking for his chart. I had an oral procedure done by the oral surgeon that comes in twice monthly. I had a concern a few days after the procedure and Briana and Stephanie were not helpful she brushed me off and told me to go to the emergency room which I wasn't even dealing with any of the complications she was stating. I saw the Hygenist, Alicia, yesterday for a Deep Scaling and Root Plaining. I was concerned, anticipating an unpleasant treatment. I am so beyond over this place. I have been going here since I was a child. As soon as I turned 18 in 2018, I have had nothing but problems with them trying to run me for my money. They told me that since I am no longer under the age of 18, I can't receive cleanings for free anymore. After having my mother contact them they said oh no that must've been someone new, we just don't offer fluoride for free after 18. My last few visits they continue to try and get me to do a deep cleaning that is roughly $900 and I tell them that I can not afford that and they say oh we will take off a couple of things that aren't as necessary and make it more affordable. Why do they offer the "unnecessary" things in the first place?? Is it because I am young and they think they can convince me to pay because I MUST be naive? I am also pregnant and filled out this information in my questionnaire days before my appointment. They told me that they cannot treat or clean my teeth without a medical release form from my doctor. Why couldn't they email or call me to inform me of this? Instead I waisted my time and drove 1 hr away to get there for them to tell me that. I understand that some things can't be done without doctor's approval, but they were still able to preform x-rays. To me x-rays are more detrimental to baby than a teeth cleaning?!?! AND on top of all this, I am missing a molar and have been since I was 13. Every time I go they HOUND me to get an implant which at my age I cannot afford sadly. But regardless, at my most recent visit the doctor said "We like to say that the time frame to get an implant is like pregnancy, you only have a couple of months". If that is the case why am I constantly getting told to get an implant if I have been missing this tooth for 11 years? I will not be returning here ever again and neither will the rest of my family. Stay away. They're only after your money. I came here for a check up and routine cleaning. I have never had problems with my teeth and have great hygiene. After the exam they told me I need a deep cleaning and another $1800 procedure that I've never heard of, that my insurance doesn't cover. I declined the procedure but regrettably did the deep cleaning, which frankly felt no different than any other cleaning I've had at other offices. This may not be a big deal if this were an isolated incident, but ... they tried the same exact thing with my wife when she went in! She declined both the procedure and the deep cleaning, and asked for a routine cleaning that is covered by insurance. She was escorted out of the office! I came in as a new patient because I saw the ad for $59 that includes cleaning, exam, & digital x-rays. I don't have dental insurance so I thought it was pretty good deal. I go to my appointment and the receptionist confirms that it would be $59. I finish the x-rays and the doctor tells me I don't need a deep cleaning, and that everything looks good. 5 minutes later, a woman walked in the room and said that the doctor told her that I do need a deep cleaning and that it will be $470+. Whatever you do RUN don't walk away from this dental office. I was a patient about 13 months ago. On my initial visit they took Many X-rays and afterwards I saw a dentist who promptly told me they could not do any dentistry at all because I am unable to open my mouth wide enough. I returned twice for one cleaning. The treatment listed above cost me over $1000.00 dollars. Because I have no dental insurance and I have only Social Security and a small pension I was forced to pay for this through a third party. Thirteen months later I asked for a small amount of wax or cement to cover a tooth that was missing a crown and was told that they could not help me because that product requires a prescription. This isn't my first rodeo so I know they could have helped if they had wanted to. They could have told me with a brief examination 13 months ago that they could not do any dentistry BUT they would not have been able to charged me a thousand dollars for my initial visit Because I would have left after the dentist acknowledging that he couldn't do any further work.
