My older blinds were ripped out during the reno process and the windows were bare for a few months. Ciera kindly offered to order me temporary paper shades to help cover the windows as I waited for our new ones to come in. The install was super smooth. I appreciated that they used shoe covers inside and made sure to vacuum and clean up the best they could. I'm glad I was able to support a local, family-business that sells high quality products. I have used Rod and Budget Blinds for various projects over many years. Recently I had a problem…read morewith one of my blinds. Rather than try to sell me a new blind, Rod bent over backwards to find a discontinued part from the manufacturer to see if we could repair the turning mechanism of an otherwise good blind. He could have easily just told me it couldn't be repaired but instead he took the time to come out and personally look at it and spend a considerable amount of time trying to obtain the needed part. If you want someone trustworthy that stands behind their product you will not regret using Budget Blinds and working with Rod. And they are reasonably priced on top of it!
