Excellent service! Very nice ambience and family, friendly! Very welcoming and everything we ordered was very delicious! We love the campfire sauce! We absolutely loved our server the man!

    Deluxe Burger

Location is Kennewick, Tri Cities Passing through we'd heard how good this restaurant was. it did NOT disappoint! We ordered the deluxe hamburger with tots and fries: I am a hamburger and fries connoisseur. The patty was good and didn't seem like it was a frozen patty it tasted fresh! The bun was absolutely delicious tossed with butter and I believe it was Hawaiian. The fries tasted freshly cut with a delicious tempura batter. Came so hot and crispy. The sauces were good they had a fry sauce and a campire sauce that we all loved. My sister had a huckleberry lemonade that was bottomless. Family had the fish and chips and loved and my brother had the Western bbq burger. He really enjoyed it. In fact he's been there before and that is his usual. THE TOTS WERE LOVED BY ALL! The experience was fabulous and our server was really amazing and top notch! We had a lot of fun! When he first came to our table he said I'm going to treat you like kings and queens and that is exactly what he did!!!! He was always smiling! The experience was a 10 and our server DAN THE MAN was so authenticall, genuine! The world NEEDS MORE DAN THE MANS!!!!!!!! Please, PLEASE HONOR THIS MAN AND HIS EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! Do not bother ordering from here online for pick-up. Products advertise as coming with certain items on their menu. When you get home nothing is on the burger except patty and bacon. When you call they say you have to pay extra. Complete false advertising. While they then offer to remake it, with added cost for the cheese that is shown in the image of the product on the menu, that doesn't work at all when you are only allowed a certain amount of time for lunch from work and can't really go back. I guess they have lost this business.

    Hops and Drops chicken club

I ordered a chicken club wrap and what I received was definitely not that. I received a tortilla wrap with chicken and a couple shreds of lettuce.....no bacon, no Swiss cheese, no tomato, and no red onion. It was absolutely disgusting and very disappointing, we will not be ordering from Hops and Drops again!

If you're doing a proper tour of the Tri-Cities and somehow miss Tapp'd in West Richland, you…read moredidn't just take a wrong turn... you skipped one of the best stops on the map. Tapp'd hits that rare sweet spot where it works just as well for a date night as it does for a full blown game day hangout. The headline feature is the self serve tap wall, which is basically permission to become your own bartender without the awkward small talk. When your glass runs dry, you don't wait around, you pivot. Try something new, double down on your favorite, live a little. And if beer isn't your thing, the bar staff can mix a cocktail that reminds you why bartenders exist in the first place. Now, the food. This is where people get blindsided, in a good way. The Quesabirria Tacos, Asada Street Tacos, and Taquitos de Pollo aren't just "good for a bar," they're flat out legit. The kind of food that makes you pause mid conversation and reconsider your priorities for a second. Service deserves its own shoutout. We were there on a Sunday night, and our server didn't miss a beat, checking in, keeping things moving, and somehow making it all look effortless. Worth noting: same ownership as Tri-City Taps, which explains why the formula works so well, great drinks, great food, and service that actually cares. Bottom line, if you're local, this should already be in your rotation. If you're visiting, this is one of those "don't leave town without it" spots.

Then food was ordered. The server went around the table, but again had to be reminded that she did not take orders from everyone. About 30 minutes after the order was placed some salads came out, but not all of them. Then entrées started to arrive again for some people, but not all. The last three individuals to get their food were served around an hour and 15 minutes after the order was placed. I ordered the chop salad and the bruschetta appetizer. The chop salad had very little salami or cheese as described on the menu. The bruschetta was actually bread slices, not toasted, with a soft cheese spread and raw mushrooms. It was not very appetizing. My husband ordered the pasta carbonara and both of us, after one bite, described it as incredibly salty. We are huge carbonara fans and have ordered it at restaurants and made it at home many times. He picked out the guanciale and left about a third of the pasta because the salt level was off the chart! If we had not waited so long for our food already and been just the two of us, we would definitely have sent the pasta back. Much better restaurants in the area. Hopefully they get their act together because the location is awesome.

I asked for medium rare and it was a perfect cook. Came with seasoned fries. My s.o. had the steak salad which was largish and very fresh mix of arugula and romaine and butter lettuce. Service was good even though the mgr/owner was training a new hire. Just an elevated cafe but miles apart from carts or fast food. This cafe could clone itself in other parts of Tri-Cities and do well.

My wife recently ordered the "signature" Fish Tacos from 3 Eyed Fish, and to call this a "fish…read moretaco" is a massive stretch. In reality, it's a raw cabbage taco with a hint of fish essence--or perhaps a cabbage taco with a fish surprise, if you're lucky. After she gave up and ate just one, she brought the rest home. I actually measured the piece of fish inside: a staggering 1.5 inches by 1 inch. That was it. One single, tiny nugget per taco, buried at the very bottom of the shell. Because of this, you have to choke down several mouthfuls of completely raw cabbage before you finally reach your single bite of fish. To make matters worse, that one bite of fish was terrible. They apparently brine it in a way that leaves it aggressively, unpalatably salty. While the menu claims the taco comes with "slaw," it is just heaps of dry, raw cabbage. There was so much of it that you couldn't even see the three corn tortillas until you went digging through the vegetation. The sheer lack of seafood in a "signature" fish dish is appalling. Save your money--unless you really, really love overpriced plates of shredded cabbage.
