Two of the estimated repair costs were TWO separate 200 dollar charges to use the diagnostic tool. Let me clarify that. They wanted 400 dollars in the estimated repair cost JUST to use the diagnostic tool to figure out what's wrong DURING a full and complete 200 dollar inspection that's supposed to tell me what's wrong with my car. I will never ever go to a dealership again for as long as I live. when I went to pick up my car they just gave me a few pieces of paper stapled together with generic vague short details about what could be fixed on the car with a 7,000 dollar estimate. At no time did an "expert" explain to me anything about the process or repair cost breakdown. They really live up the the dealership stereotype. Stealership

They kept us informed throughout the process, coordinated directly with the insurance company, and worked diligently to ensure everything was handled properly. The dealership's service department demonstrated a high level of customer care and commitment to quality. What could have been a very stressful experience was made much easier thanks to their communication, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction. We are truly grateful for the exceptional service we received and would highly recommend both this dealership and its service team to anyone in need of vehicle service or repairs. I just broke 10K miles since i bought it 2 February. I had an appointment and told Mike I'd wait at the dealership because I live in Queen Creek. I was told it was a free service, so they would do a LOF, change rotate the tires, and do a multiport inspection. But... my rear differential needed to be serviced. I confirmed that Honda recommends a fluid change due to machining, which made sense so I had it done. about two hours in, I got this video https://www.autonation.com/my-account/servicetracker/?id=0x1oz8jnr9 which I thought was great! The tech recommended changing the engine and cabin filters, but I had ordered new filters before the service appointment, and fully intended to change them myself. Shortly thereafter, my car was ready, I paid the fee for the differential fluid change, and drove home. As soon as I got home, I grabbed my filters and went to change them, when I discovered that one of the bolts securing the engine filter housing was MISSING. I did an inspection to see if I could find the bolt and had no luck. I also inspected the throat of the engine filter to make sure the bolt hadn't fell inside the filter compartment. I didn't find anything so I called my service rep, and explained the situation. He told me he would have a bolt waiting for me when I showed up. This is a big concern to me. I served in the Air Force for 24 years as a master mechanic on Fighter aircraft (you have a copy of my DD-214) but I retired as the Superintendent of the 68th fighter Squadron. I know maintenance, and even in my senior years, I enjoy working on cars. I have a 1990 Volvo I bought new and it still runs. After the Air Force, I worked on multi million dollar tools at Intel Corp. My concern here is that changing the engine air filter is a very simple task, and in my world, if you can't get the simple tasks right, you're not going to be assigned the more difficult tasks. The issue here is I would bet that most of the people who bring their cars to you, wouldn't know a engine air filter housing , from a fuse box. Most people would be driving their car with missing hardware, until the next service, which could cause bypass and allow particulate into the engine. I don't write this with any joy, nor do i want anyone to loose a job over this. But attention to detail is incredibly important, and the dealership needs to be aware of this. I would suggest a second set of eyes to check the maintenance performed moving forward. Most likely I'm going to go elsewhere for service needs to another Honda dealer.

The whole process was honestly better than I could have hoped for. I worked with Dan Falls, Josh Stiles, and Thomas Darby, and they were all incredible. People always talk about car salesmen being pushy or shady, but they were the complete opposite. They were genuine, kind, and totally transparent throughout the entire process. Since it was my first time buying a car from a dealership, I had a lot of questions, and they were so patient and helpful explaining everything to me. At no point did I feel pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. Instead, I felt like they were truly helping me and making sure I understood everything. I left the dealership insanely happy and confident in my purchase. I can't emphasize enough how positive this experience was. Because of them, I'll absolutely be recommending this dealership to all my friends and family. Thank you Dan, Josh, and Thomas for making my first car-buying experience such a great one!

They needed additional time to determine whether the leak was coming from the upper or lower oil pan seal, so I scheduled another appointment several weeks later. When I dropped the car off, I was given a loaner but was never told my vehicle would simply be placed in a queue waiting to be diagnosed. There was no expectation set regarding the timeline. It has now been 8 days, and I have received zero proactive communication. No status updates, no diagnosis, and no estimated completion date. Every update has required me to reach out first. Delays can happen, but a complete lack of communication is unacceptable, especially from a dealership. I've escalated the issue to Subaru of America because this experience has fallen well below what I expect from a Subaru service department. If you need anything more than routine maintenance, especially a repair that requires diagnosis, I would recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. Based on my experience, this dealership does not communicate with its customers or manage expectations effectively.

Chuck took the situation seriously from the start. He acknowledged my experience, made it clear that this was not how they operate, and stated that this was far from the values of both their dealership and Chapman as a whole. He immediately took action. Chuck personally looked into everything and went out of his way to make things right by ensuring I was placed in a vehicle that truly met my needs. He arranged for me to work directly with one of his trusted salesmen, Andrew, and made it clear that when I arrived, I would be handled exclusively by him--no confusion, no runaround. From that point forward, the experience was a complete night-and-day difference compared to what I dealt with before. The level of professionalism, communication, and respect shown by both Chuck and Andrew completely turned the situation around. I genuinely appreciate the time, effort, and accountability Chuck showed in taking control of the situation and making sure it was handled properly. Because of that, I can now confidently say that I am beyond satisfied with my experience and would return again.

I'm a retired service manager and give props to Cade for his handling of my issue (5 stars). Issue: The scheduling. I called the scheduling department to make an appointment as this dealer is really far from me but they had the best price on oil changes for my 2021 Trailboss. The scheduler said the wait will be one hour. Ok no problem I can do that and made the appointment. However... right when I get there I was informed it would be a two hour wait. I didn't really have that much time to spare but had to get it done as my emissions were due. 2.5 hours later my truck was finally done with a standard oil change with no rotate and no other services. Someone really needs to address this issue with the scheduling department. I'd almost rather pay the higher prices at other dealers (that are closer to me) than have to wait that long for a standard oil change. Especially after being told it would only take one hour. Express Lane? I think not.

Unfortunately, my recent visit left me disappointed in how the dealership handles long-term customers. I came in to have my washer fluid topped off and requested a wash. While this is a minor request, I was shocked to encounter unnecessary drama from an employee, who not only reacted rudely but also gathered other staff to comment on the situation in a way that made me feel embarrassed and humiliated. This was completely unwarranted and unprofessional. There is a respectful way to communicate policies, and this employee's approach was not it. On the other hand, Brandon, Stanley, and Jordan went above and beyond to ensure I was treated with the courtesy and professionalism I expect as a loyal customer. Jordan immediately addressed the issue without hesitation, and all three demonstrated exemplary service, professionalism, and care. They are true assets to the dealership, and I believe they deserve recognition, raises, and consideration for management roles. It is disappointing that after years of loyalty, the customer experience seems to diminish for older vehicles. BMW prides itself on excellent service, and I hope this incident serves as a reminder that all customers new or long-standing deserve respect, efficiency, and care. With proper training and attention to professionalism, the dealership can ensure that every customer leaves satisfied, and the outstanding employees are recognized and rewarded as they should be. I was very leary of purchasing pre-owned as I have heard so many horror car buying stories of shady salesman, selling faulty vehicles and lacking clarity about the true vehicle condition, so I started my research. It took me close to a month of research, before I found a preowned dealership that still honored integrity. I knew the cars I was interested in and found my way to Goldie's. I was working with another dealership, as I had been pre-approved, but let me tell you what made the difference.. the service at Goldie's ! Through text and email, John, my sales-friend, (I call him) was so relatable and communicative. Walking in I have to admit is pretty cool, in the show room they had a old school IMMACULATE Corvette, a skew ball machine, and arcade games it felt unlike any other dealership I had walked in. The owners son greeted me and asked if I needed anything and to let him know if I did! He was the sweetest teenager. When they say Goldie's is a family business they really mean it ! I was working with John and let me tell you he was so transparent and honest it was like a breath of fresh air. I had considered other vehicles they had but he talked me through the maintenance cost, resale value and common mechanical issues each of the cars I had considered. Once I settled on a vehicle he was able to check for me the maintenance records as well as reviewed the carfax report with me. When I took the car for a test drive he told me to take my time get to know the car and make sure it was right for me. I never felt pressured to purchase. I was having a horrible time in dealing with the insurance payout of my previous vehicle and John was very empathetic in understanding my situation. He had set expectations before I came that with the insurance payout being delayed I may not be able to take the vehicle the vehicle home. I was thrilled with the no pressure atmosphere, and just came to take a look at the vehicle in person, with zero expectation to buy. John and his manager worked magic. I did in fact decide to purchase my vehicle and was able to take it home, there is a small cosmetic issue that I requested to have repaired and he called immediately and got the approval to get it taken care of. I'll be returning later this week to have that completed. I'll keep you guys posted after the service appointment. I had a great experience and I feel I got a good deal on my vehicle and, I felt like my business was valued, my concerns were heard and they've made a lifelong customer out of me !
