He had to argue with them until they realized they printed him a quote. After fitting him for Invisalign, they said he would have to wait a month and a half to get the first tray installed. (They said a hygienist does it, not even the actual dentist.) He asked for a call if something earlier opens up. They received his trays and had an opening much sooner, but they DID NOT call my husband to tell him. The reason I found out is because I called to ask what's going on, to which they lied and said they tried to call him. There is no record of their call on my husband's phone log. We thoroughly reviewed it because all the receptionist could do was fixate on her lie that someone called him. We are extremely worried going forward since Invisalign will be a very long journey full of many appointments and the receptionists cannot be trusted. Lying is unacceptable, especially in a professional practice. Update: I went with my husband to get his first Invisalign tray put in and they bought "Dandy" which is not Invisalign. I asked why they quoted us for Invisalign but then gave us Dandy, and the person opening the box said, "Dandy works with Invisalign," which they absolutely do not; they are competitors. Dandy is about half the cost of Invisalign. Bait and switch scammers. Avoid at all costs. The dentist had a bad attitude about it, too, as if they didn't just get caught lying. Thankfully, they refunded us at least. We will never come back again.

I think this is my third or fourth time back for adjustments since I got a bottom denture from AFD. They are so accommodating and kind. They keep going until it is working for you. I think we finally worked out all the kinks and I was overwhelmed with emotion about how good my denture felt when I left today. All the staff is so personable and kind and I am so glad I found this group of excellent women. Highly recommend!!

No problem this women run business has all the cool tech and amazing client care I have come to adore and they have amazing bedside manner. I appreciate that your first appointment is thoroughly checking your baseline and you can see over your next cleanings what progress needs to be made and they track it for you. They have the coolest 3D imagery technology too. I also had my teeth whitened (over $1000) for my wedding and it whitened my teeth 2 -2 &1/2 levels which made a difference in the close up pictures! He numbed me up--slowly and painlessly! He then loosened the tooth--using a slow, careful rocking notion. When the tooth was completely loosened and unmoored from its dock, like a mussel, he lifted it out--painlessly, and without the drama of my previous extraction! I had no pain last night and I have no pain today! But wait! There's More! Piling on the Potential for Pain and Drama at the Dentist! I also got a crown removed and a temporary crown installed yesterday, on the #3 molar, next door to #2 extraction. This was done before the extraction, to keep the blood and gut potential out of the vacuum, as nature abhors a vacuum!there was the usual loud banging drilling pushing and pulling.then pushing tapping on typewriters ribbon, then more drilling to place the temporary crown that fit perfectly. I thought perhaps it was the anesthesia that kept me from ever feeling the temporary. But no, I don't even notice it today. So that's two potentially very painful dental procedures, done painlessly. As a dental patient, That is everything I could ask for! Dr. Shelton has been my dentist for 30 years. He listens and he is kind and caring. I also think his pricing is very fair and reasonable. I was in a period in my life where I did not have dental insurance so I was a cash pay patient. When I went in the last time, they insisted that I have x-rays and that if I didn't, they were not "running the business as they were taught ". So as it turns out, Dr. Peters wouldn't even clean my teeth! She talked to me like I was an errant child who was misbehaving. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I reached out to the owner of the practice and she called me back and apologized for how things happened and even offered to do the x-rays for free. Although I greatly appreciate that, I have no desire to go back and have to see Dr. Peter's. Parking: big free lot outside. Always a plus! First impression: visually, the office is very outdated and old-looking. I was initially taken aback when I arrived, because I have never been to an office that looked like this before. I had pretty low expectations because of this. The chairs in the waiting room are ripped up on the bottoms, so the material is sagging down to the floor. Decor is minimal inside, and it is stuffy and has no natural light. Same for the exam rooms in the back. The technology (exam chair, moveable lights, etc) look like they are all older than me! Dentist: I was seen by Dr. Stanley Lin, D.D.S. Right from the beginning, he was extremely polite and personable. He easily built great rapport and was thorough with my exam and cleaning. I felt immediately at ease and the appointment went by quickly. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Lin, just know that the office is not the most visually appealing one!

Thirty days ago, I scheduled new patient appointments online for both my spouse and myself. I received an email confirmation at the time of booking, followed by an automated reminder shortly before the appointment date. When I arrived--on time--for the first of the two appointments, I was informed that I was not on the schedule at all. The receptionist initially asked whether I might be at the wrong location. I showed her the confirmation email from their own online booking system, at which point she acknowledged that their online scheduling system does not work. This is not disclosed anywhere on their website, and the system presents itself as fully functional: accepting appointments, sending confirmations, and issuing reminders, creating a reasonable expectation that the appointment has been properly recorded. While the receptionist was courteous and apologetic and did reschedule me, a more serious concern arose during intake. When intake questions began, I asked whether the forms I had already completed online, including extensive personal, insurance, and medical history information, were available in my chart. I was told no, because the website does not track or transmit that information to the office. At that point, I had to stop the process. The intake forms required the upload of significant amounts of personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI): data that is protected under both federal and Texas law. The staff could not tell me: where that information is stored, whether it was transmitted securely, who has access to it, or whether it is retained, audited, or properly safeguarded at all. Given these uncertainties, I formally requested that a manager and/or the organization's privacy officer contact me. When an organization invites patients to submit legally protected data through its systems, it has a legal obligation to know where that data resides and how it is protected. Failing to do so raises serious concerns about privacy compliance and patient trust. This review reflects concern, not hostility, and I am hoping the organization takes this feedback seriously, addresses the operational and privacy gaps, and demonstrates compliance with applicable law so this review can be updated accordingly.
