My husband got a quote for Invisalign which they printed out on a piece of paper and gave to him and then a month later they tried to increase the price on him $800 more. He had to argue with them until they realized they printed him a quote. After fitting him for Invisalign, they said he would have to wait a month and a half to get the first tray installed. (They said a hygienist does it, not even the actual dentist.) He asked for a call if something earlier opens up. They received his trays and had an opening much sooner, but they DID NOT call my husband to tell him. The reason I found out is because I called to ask what's going on, to which they lied and said they tried to call him. There is no record of their call on my husband's phone log. We thoroughly reviewed it because all the receptionist could do was fixate on her lie that someone called him. We are extremely worried going forward since Invisalign will be a very long journey full of many appointments and the receptionists cannot be trusted. Lying is unacceptable, especially in a professional practice. Update: I went with my husband to get his first Invisalign tray put in and they bought "Dandy" which is not Invisalign. I asked why they quoted us for Invisalign but then gave us Dandy, and the person opening the box said, "Dandy works with Invisalign," which they absolutely do not; they are competitors. Dandy is about half the cost of Invisalign. Bait and switch scammers. Avoid at all costs. The dentist had a bad attitude about it, too, as if they didn't just get caught lying. Thankfully, they refunded us at least. We will never come back again. read more

Jennifer has an amazing caring approach to her job. Best cleaning I can remember having in decades. Dentist was non nonsense, detailed, and also non invasive. I have been a patient here for about 6 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are so quick and efficient at scheduling, checking you in and completing your appointment/treatment in a reasonable time. My husband and I actually have had 2 children since coming here our first time and now they are patients as well. Both Dr. "S" and "Z", as my daughter calls them, are friendly and great at what they do. My 4 year old needed 2 cavities filled and sat through them like a champ and actually cheered when she got her "take home" bag. Dr. Zayed is the most thorough and honest dentist ever. My mom comes from Dallas just to see her - other dentists may have told you a $4000 procedure is necessary and she will check out your imaging and do a thorough exam and somehow you do not end up spending all the other dentist has estimated. She does her own cleanings (so not done by a hygienist!). She's great. Front desk staff is great. Place is spotless and conveniently located. I like this place and have a few reasons for it: 1. The doctors are experienced, pleasant, and seem to be really good at what they do. 2. The office is brand new and so far, appears to be run properly. 3. They just opened and what that means is no wait for appointments - you can get to see a doctor within a day or two, not 1-2 months. My regular dentist was out of town for the Christmas break and I developed a nasty root canal. Called these guys and were seen the same day, two days later had the root canal taken care of, and was able to celebrate the New Year ...err... in style and chewing. Great doctors, great atmosphere, and no wait on appointments - what's not to like? And I'm sure the no appointment thing is not going to last. read more

Love this place! My boyfriend and I discovered this Office a year ago, tucked away just a few minutes from our house. The staff is unbelievably friendly, I swear these people have hospitality degrees as well or something! Everyone always remembers us when we come in and they always greet us with smiley faces. They even let my boyfriend do his Dental observations on me while I got my teeth cleaned (he's applying to dental hygiene school) I have really sensitive teeth and they're always so accommodating and sure to make sure I'm okay as the procedure goes on. I wore my retainer for a while, but it was screwing with my bite (wtf?) so I switched to a "real" night guard. The problem is that between multiple sleep disorders, my body often goes to sleep without my consent so I'm not able to get the night guard in. I noticed that it looked like I chipped a premolar, so I went in again. Well, turns out they read these! And I'm glad because my communication needs were better met this time. The dentist was saying something about when and why she had her mouth covered last time, but it didn't fit with what I remember. Whatever, I'm glad she took the feedback and improved. Some further feedback would be that "hard of hearing" is the PC term these days. While I don't get my panties in a bundle over "hearing impaired," it can be offensive to others. Fortunately, the premolar turned out to be no big deal at this point; it was just a filling. The dentist is going to work with my sleep specialists to see what we can do about this darn teeth grinding. Hopefully we'll get it sorted. read more

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had at a dental office! The entire staff is very personable and welcoming, they're great at what they do and I've never had to wait long for an appointment. I saw Dr. Keri Zayed there and she was undoubtedly the best dentist I've ever had. Over the past couple of years I've seen a few other dentists that have told me different things and they all involved thousands of dollars in crowns, then they called me non-stop to hound me about getting the work done. Wonderful group of people here, I can't say enough good about it. I'm not sure who the others spoke with over the phone but everyone I talked to was pleasant and helpful. The office is easy to find and really nice, there's an area for kids and plenty of seating in the lobby. All the equipment and rooms are up to date and clean. I was able to talk openly with the hygienist and dentist about all my questions and they talked me through everything that was going on. I absolutely love this place and the staff here. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and patient! The office is always clean and there's never a wait. I've recommended them to my own family and friends. Changing dentists a while back made me nervous but I'm happy I did. They are awesome here. After a couple of years of not seeing a Dentist due to the thousands of dollars of work they said I needed, I was looking for someone new and decided to give this firm a chance. I was extremely impressed by the entire experience!!! The ultrasonic teeth cleaning was much better than the traditional scraping, and weeks later my teeth still feel smooth and not all gritty as they usually did. I felt that they were straightforward and honest in highlighting work that should be done as a higher priority, and pointing out things that were less important and could be delayed. The estimates I received were much more reasonable than two other Dentists I had previously seen. The TVs to watch on the ceiling and wall is a nice touch, and I was done before I even realized it. I have not been to the dentist for awhile and was a little nervous. I decided to go to this place since it was close to home and they accepted my insurance. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. I had Dr. Zayed and she was great. She made the entire procedure very comfortable for me and she helped educate me on exactly what she was doing throughout the entire process. I was able to understand what I needed and what was going on with my teeth, such as cavities and all. She seems very experienced and caring for her patients. She constantly checked on me to make sure I was ok during the procedure and was very intricate when it came to cleaning and inspecting my teeth. The place was very clean and welcoming. Please reconsider if you plan on having a wisdom tool pulled here! I had a check up 3 weeks prior to the extraction appointment, and specifically asked " is it impacted" and they said it wasn't and could be pulled right there in the office, great i thought no oral surgery...... boy was i wrong! The day before my appointment, after they called me to confirm that i would be there at 3:30pm. They called me back and asked if i could come in at 12 noon instead of my scheduled appointment because the Dr. had a "medical emergency" a day and half before my appointment, which happened to be on a friday afternoon. A little annoyed i decided to go ahead and take the noon appt even tho i would have to take a half day off of work. (which is why i made the 3:30 appt in the first place, to prevent this) so i get there and they get one tooth out with no problem, then comes the second wisdom tooth. After 2 hours of pushing and tugging, she decided to CUT THE TOOTH IN HALF. Then after about 15 more mins of struggling, she decided to take an x-ray and realized it was in fact impacted. So they call up an oral surgeon across town and tell me to go over there to get it finished off...... I get there after they are closed, with a bloody hole and a half pulled, cut in half tooth and almost get kicked out because I couldn't find a ride home with in the 5 min time frame they gave me. Luckily, I finally get ahold of some one. 5 hours later from my original appointment time, after being told it should be no problem to extract these 2 teeth in their office, i wake up from anesthesia. The staff was friendly but this was by far my worst experience at a dentist ever. Will NOT be going back. read more
