They damaged some small items and never followed up after I told them about the items. They said they would send it to a manager, and I never heard back. I even sent a follow up reminder. We haven't unwrapped everything and I'm really worried when we do. Isn't this why they have insurance? I mean, it was less than a couple hundred dollars worth of "valuable to us" items. We paid them thousands, and I tipped their workers more than the damage would have been. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I've given them almost 2 months to reply. I will say, the movers were some of the most polite I've ever met!

I think I can safely assume by now that Jacob telling me he is checking his emails to find out what happened, is not happening. Granted this was AFTER their estimator came a week before. But no worries. Everyone showed up. All the guys wrapped, and moved our 2k sqft home into our new 4k sqft home. Lots of guys, lots of boxes. We even had a drink with the remaining crew after because they were so cool and good. 4-ish scratched or damaged pieces. 4 scratched chairs that were suposed to be wrapped but were not (photo proof). and 1 cracked cabinet. The mover guy said "I am sooo sorry I broke that". He was genuinely sorry. Here's where the problems start. We paid for the extra damage insurance/waver thing. Extra money per pound. They said they could not do ANYTHING about the scratched items... ok. WTF. But what about the cracked cabinet? They wanted to either fix it for 5 WEEKS (LOL) or give us $250. It's a 300lb piece of furniture. I am not letting you carry it back downstairs and keep it for 5 weeks for the "possibility of repair" then carry it back up. The damage to the house alone wouldn't be worth that. This goes against the contract they had signed. It's been 2 months of communication with Killian. 2 months since the move. Caution all looking to move with College hunks. Hit or miss. Mover guys = great. management and claims department = horrible.

This is my second move in less than two years and my last experience with Two Men and a Truck was horrible. MASH showed up right at start time and made magic happen. Mike and Gary handled everything with care and were very fast given the heat and flights of stairs to repeatedly climb. Gary took a queen sized Nectar mattress down in one arm! I hadn't seen that before. Lastly, they were both very sweet to my dog and without going into detail, they both had life kick them in the ass a couple days before my move and they still both showed up. The second issue was I suggested to come and look to know what size truck he needed. Didn't pick a big enough one so it was done in two trips, which should have only been done once. Since there was two trips it was 35 fee. Considering I didn't pick the truck, not sure why, I was charged. But oh well. Also several times Mike was on his phone instead of working. There was only two people when they needed a third person, maybe two more l. My father and I had to help since it was going on almost 7 hours but was told he could do it in 4 at most. He was my first moving company, so this is all a learning lesson for me. I would still recommend, as they were very professional and accommodating. Things were taken care of properly. Only two things I noticed broken, but who knows when and who broke it. It migjt have even been me and I forgot. So it is what it is. I am not worried about it. Thank you for getting me moved.
