I have never been told by a company I'm about to pay thousands of dollars too, they don't have time to deal with me. After paying for a repair that did not fix my AC unit, that I also found out part of it should not have been necessary to start with, refused to reimburse me for the failed repair. Refused to even roll it a new one and then inadvertently admitting to price gauging! Filing a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and probably going to have to file small claims now too if I ever want to see my money again. Steer very clear of these people!!!

I had an issue where I needed to replace my pressure relief valve on my hot water tank. My tank was pretty old and they said that would be the cheapest fix but if the tank started to go bad then I would need a new one all together which was really expensive. A friend of mine recommended I call Force Heating and Cooling, they came out and quoted me a much more affordable rate for an entire new tank all together! Not only were they extremely friendly, their work for removing the old and installing the new was quick, clean and efficient! I was so happy with their work, I have used them since for my furnace and will only continue to use them for all of my HVAC needs! Highly recommended!

He kept walking back and forth to the truck acting like he was looking for something. The guy didn't have the right tools to pressure test the lines and had to call another guy to come out with the low-pressure pump. When said and done I asked for an estimate for repairs. John was supposed to email me my estimates for repairs, but I've been ghosted for about a month now. Paid the $185.00 for the 2 hours of the guy sitting in his truck and walking back and forth. Job should have taken no more than an hour to do. I do not recommend this company.
