I looked up the reviews of their approved shop and wasn't too impressed. A friend of ours recommended we go to B&J Auto Body for the needed repairs and I'm glad we did. Not surprisingly the insurance company tried to lowball everything every step of the way. B&J did an outstanding job in dealing with the insurance company and getting them to understand that you cannot cut corners and the car needed to repaired properly. It took much back and forth with the insurance company but B&J prevailed and the car was done right. I know cars and I'm pretty meticulous. With that being said, I can say that I cannot find any flaws in their work and I'm 100% satisfied with the work that was done, the communication given and the professionalism shown. I will without a doubt recommend them to anyone needing auto body work.

The receptionist (never got her name) would call to update me on my car and it's progress multiple times throughout the week, and had an air of kindness and warmth that rivaled that of some close relatives.
