    Cute curbside appeal!!

A very cool eclectic restaurant. We really liked the vibe. We were met at the door by the sweet pooch welcoming committee. We chose a high table towards the back and were pleasantly surprised by the wood burning stove that added some great ambiance and warmth on a cold winter day. You order your food from the counter and then they bring it to your table. The menu had some really yummy looking lunch options. We chose the Korean nachos which were amazing and I will be returning soon to have them again. I also had the pistachio latte. Again, I think the best I have ever had and wish I lived closer. But probably a good thing I don't as I would be a daily visitor for sure. Service was great and can't wait to return again soon.

Chai latte was perfect and Korean Nachos delicious. Hubby had BBQ slider and potato leek soup. Service was great. Will definitely return when in the area.

Fun space! Great light food, fun shopping, friendly people! The back patio is great with a view.

I only had a cup of coffee in the restaurant but stayed in the Air BnB above the restaurant. The restaurant is so cute and cozy. The eclectic decor makes you feel at home whether it's sitting in the picture window looking out to the street or getting comfy on the screened in porch overlooking the river. The coffee was hot and expertly poured. They are closed on Tue which is was the only day we were free. I wish they opened early so I could have a latte at 7am. There was live music on Sunday night until 9pm-ish. The band was a local family group and drew a great local crowd. The place was so cute and so inviting.

Meandered around Princeton today hoping there was a cafe or coffee shop to get a sandwich. Horseradish was the answer! Incredible setting and very cute restaurant, with views of the Fox River and a light and airy feel. I got the Capri sandwich with chips and a bottled lemonade. Everything tasted super fresh and was a perfect lunch portion. Especially good fresh mozzarella and plentiful tomatoes. Only giving four stars as it was a little pricey (likely given the fresh ingredients). I am glad Princeton has a place like this but at about $17 for lunch (including tip), you at least have to know what to expect.

Unique with a vision. Horseradish is a gem, among gems on this small strip of town. Sandwiches are elevated to a divine level. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming, light and clean.

Awesome place - we were in Green Lake for vacation and this was well worth the trip. The service was terrific as well.

Jillian's is a small diner in Princeton, Wisconsin that delivers on food…read more There is so much I like about this place that it seems almost trivial, but to offer a fair review I do have to address the disparity in service, not just today but over the years. If you are a local, the waitress/owner will talk to you and be super attentive. As an outsider to the Princeton community, I often wish we got that same level of attention. A small quibble, but it is part of the regular experience. The line cook, however, is the star of the show. On a busy weekend rush, he normally has American fries warming in the corner of a griddle, and the bacon gets cooked to order. He understands what over-easy means for eggs, and the toast comes crunchy but not burnt. Today my food came in less stellar than normal but still tasted great. The potatoes were not crispy, but that's on me. I'm so used to a rush that I didn't think to ask for them crispy. They tasted great, but had I ordered them crispy, they would have been superb. One of my over-easy eggs was slightly undercooked, leaving too much clear liquid in the egg white. The other broke open on the griddle, resulting in an extremely hard yoke. That make one bad set of eggs in twenty visits, so I know they'll be great next time. We brought our grandson along this trip, and he gave his seal of approval when he signed the symbol for more after one bite of pancake. He demolished a giant pancake in one sitting and thanked the cook on our way out. This gets four stars because my grandson was so pleased. It was not up to normal snuff, but everyone can have a bad day. I'll do an update review the next time we eat here.
