Awful customer service....I had a layaway that I had been making consistent payments on for almost…read morea year and when I wasn't able to make a payment I called and talked to several employees about my financial situation due to economic hardships of even being homeless and without my knowledge they cancelled my layaway which had a substantial amount of money accrued..and then charged me for canceling it! They had no legit reason when I found out through my mom which just happened to be in the area to check on it...and claimed that they couldn't find my layaway when she inquired about it! I immediately called them and the owner had a foul attitude when I complained that they never notified me that my layaway was intended to be cancelled...so after a back and forth argument of how they completely disregarded my rights as a customer...I just used the credit from one cancelled piece and used the balance to pay off the other piece of jewelry.....I would not recommend purchasing any thing from these shister people who lack integrity when dealing with pressing customer service issues and their valuable money!

I explained that to them and they advised me not to worry about the result. They charged me $50 for the cleaning which was higher than the $25 I usually pay but it was worth it.
