I just paid $12 for 6 of the saddest bagels ever. Do they not let them rise? They are not NY bagels, I think the food store makes a better bagel.

    Jalapeno cheddar Egg - A - Bagel (*) w bacon

I ordered this as takeout this morning, we were in a rush before swim practice and my six year old was ravenous! Had 3 orders of bacon (regular), one jalapeno cheddar bagel, pepper jack, bacon, and egg sandwich w a cold brew and a garlic bialys w cheddar, scrambled egg, and bacon. All of it was really good! I DID ask for the sandwiches to be toasted and may consider not doing that next time, as they're a bit crunchy, but the flavors are great and I was really impressed w the cook on the bacon...not too crispy, but not limp! I live down the street and have never been here, not sure how I've passed it up for so long!

We've been here many times and it has been going down hill every time. Today's experience has led us to needing to find a new usual breakfast place in this area. The server was slow. We were sat but had to ask after 10 minutes for silverware and water. When the food arrived, things were smaller than the last few visits and the most disappointing part of the hard poached eggs on the Benedict. We originally asked for extra hollandaise sauce because there was hardly any on a Benedict. After cutting into the eggs and finding them to be overcooked, we asked for a new eggs and we were then served a bowl of undercooked poached eggs still sitting in water. After speaking with the manager who recognized us as long term customers, the hash was taken off our bill but we were then charged for the hollandaise and remake of the poached eggs. The other locations of this place seem to be much more organized than this location.

Bagels are amazing - don't get a fountain soda!!

I immediately got a response from the VERY kind owners and thought that was awesome. Not many owners take ownership. Everything they have here is worth a try. I love New York but I love good service even better. the reply addressed my concern and I'm offered a correction. I'll absolutely be back. and I'll try a Diet Coke again next time!!!!! SERIVE is what gets proper coming back and you have just shown the truest example of that!!!! I LOVE these bagels!!!! I've been in a couple times. The Bagels are great. cream cheese great. I got a fountain soda and it was AWFUL I am almost positive this fountain machine has never been cleaned . You could actually taste the bacteria in the soda. I truly havrxhad this happen at a Circle K a few times but never at a restaurant. it was the worst I've ever tasted. I'd be worried for my heath had I drank that. clean you machine or make sure things are not expired idk what the issues was but you're going to make people sick. fix that seriously. DoorDash has to speak to the restaurant about this issue and were equally as concerned for consumers of their drinks!!

    Check in Minosa!

This bagel spot is my go-to for consistently tasty bagels that never disappoint. Each visit is a win, with fresh, delicious options every time. My only wish is that they keep an eye on their prices--while the bagels are great, I'd love to see them stay affordable. Keep up the good work, but let's hope the prices don't keep climbing!

Wow , this place is good !!!! Everything was on point . They have an amazing selection of à la cart items from capers, to extra tomatoes, onions, you name it we got the bagel and lox, added cucumber, and it was spectacular, they even have a separate pup menu for your dog and I have to say I think that is just so cool our dog Birdie was in heaven check out this local new spot..

    YUM!

Consistency good breakfast food and friendly employees. I usually visit on weeksays and the service has always been quick. My favorite breakfast is an egg-a-bagel with sausage. Much better than Einsteins and the portion is generous.

She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and checked on us just the right amount. We ordered two BEC sandwiches, which sadly are no longer on the menu, but wow, they were delicious! The bacon was cooked to perfection, crispy and flavorful, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Instead of the greens, we opted for the Million Dollar Potatoes and they were super yum! Such a tasty choice and the perfect addition to the meal. Great service, delicious food, and a lovely breakfast experience. Thank you, Arely, for taking such good care of us. We will definitely be back!

The interior is pretty long with a large number of seating inside the building so we had no trouble getting seated right away by the hostess. We decided on food relatively quickly due to previous experience with the business, however, our waiter never came around to take our orders or even give us water at the table. We saw one girl with dyed hair who unassumingly could have been our waiter since she was in our section but only worked with one particular table and ran to the back after each time, but never addressed our table or came by. We eventually had to flag a different waiter down who was able to help us place the order and service us for the rest of our visit, she also informed us that this other "Waiter" was supposed to help us but she wasn't sure why she never made an attempt to do so after having us wait 20 mins and other tables were being serviced. We ordered Flordian French Toast and Elote Breakfast Burrito (plus a couple sides and drink) which were both really good, and filling. Prices weren't too bad for what we ordered and was able to take our mind off of the rather long wait to get helped. Not sure if we'll come back to this particular location again, but it was nice trying the restaurant out another time.

The staff was friendly throughout our stay, and the overall property has a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. We booked an upgraded suite with a separate bedroom and TV room, which gave us plenty of space to spread out. While the layout was great, the room itself could use some updates. The bathroom fixtures were older--the Kohler toilet didn't flush well and was a bit noisy, and the tub/shower combo had rounded sides that made it tricky to stand comfortably. The shower water also never got fully hot. The room had a slightly musty smell, and the carpets would benefit from a deep cleaning. The balcony screen door didn't close tightly, which let a few flies in, and access to the second floor required two sets of stairs since there's no elevator in that section. Even with those issues, the resort's location, views, and overall vibe made the stay enjoyable. With some room refreshes and a bit more maintenance attention, this could easily be a standout property. The setting alone is worth experiencing.

I found a great AAdvantage Hotel deal at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort and booked it. While it was a great success of a visit in terms of AAdvantage miles and loyalty points, my actual experience at the hotel itself was less to be desired due to the customer service and a big snafu on their part. I also have Hilton Gold status, though as I booked the hotel through a third party site (AAdvantage Hotels), I could see the stay and the stay history in my Hilton app, but I did not receive any benefits for staying there, which was fine as I didn't expect any anyone. I arrived in person to check in and already reserved and prepaid for a King 1 Bedroom Standard Suite, which had a nice view and reasonably spacious room (but not too much larger than a regular room at another hotel). The room was certainly not upgraded though there was parking available right in front of the entrance. I did not receive anything else at check-in nor did it appear that I'd get my regularly complimentary water. I did pay the daily resort charge which includes high speed internet access, access to the Falls Water Village, an hour at the tennis/pickleball court, an hour at the afternoon golf practice facility, two hours for a mountain bike rental, 20% off seasonal spa services, and 15% off select golf apparel. While I didn't use it, I had easy view and access to the Falls Water Village where you could lounge and play all day on their sun-marked terrace where you could find free-form pools, hot tubs, and cabanas. They even have a 138-foot enclosed water slide. When I checked out, I was told that a bill would be sent to me shortly since I did it on the app early, and when I received the bill, there was a charge for my room at the restaurant at the top of the hill called A Different Point of View. The catch is that I never went to eat there during my stay (or at any onsite restaurant since I live in the area and had my meals offsite). I reached out to the hotel who insisted that I did go there to eat. I promised them I didn't eat anywhere onsite and that they need to look at the receipt and see if it actually has my room number. They confirmed it did and that this meant I ate there. I told them to find my name on it and let me know if it was on there. After several more back and forth conversations, they confirmed it wasn't me and would remove the charge. They then mistakenly charged me double. Then they removed one charge, but it took more than a week before they removed the other charge. By the end of the exchanges, it felt like they were blaming me for their own mistake. While the resort is aged and rather pleasant, there certainly are training issues regarding the customer service offered at this property. I do not plan on staying here again in the future.
