The chips, salsa and guacamole I ordered were good but not to the level of the Mongolian taco. Relative to the restaurant itself, it is kind of tucked away on the side of a small strip mall and not readily visible from the road. You need to be purposely looking for this restaurant to see it , which based on all the good reviews, a lot of people apparently do which means its business is being generated by word of mouth. Nice! Also of note, this is a counter order take out business model with no indoor seating and just two small tables on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant (4 total chairs). Something to keep in mind if you are looking for an indoor dining option. Overall, I believe the more traditional Mexican food options are good at this restaurant but it is the unique/fusion options that make this business stand out from other Mexican restaurants in the area. These unique food twists will be the primary driver of my return visit, which I will definately be doing, to sample some of their other fusion options that they offer. Definately a restaurant to seek out and sample if you are in the Milford area.

While I was waiting for my burrito (around 1:15 PM, just past the lunch rush), I noticed a steady stream of customers coming in for takeout along with multiple DoorDash pickups. That alone told me this place is doing something right. When my burrito was ready, I was pleasantly surprised that they actually brought it out to me. The burrito itself was a great size, packed with flavor, and incredibly filling. I left feeling completely satisfied. I've seen people mention that the dining room is limited, and while it is on the smaller side, there's still plenty of seating for dine-in. The vibe is really cool, the place is clean, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Overall, Taco Bros absolutely lived up to the hype. The frosting was different from the filling between the layers. I thought the frosting on the cake was fine & should have been used between the layers too. Unfortunately, the floor was very sticky. As you walked, you could hear the stickiness on your shoes. I'm not sure what the reason for that was. The napkin dispenser on our table had a coating of dust on it, perhaps it had not been attended to for awhile. When we paid for our food after placing our order, there was no "thank you" or no checking on us during our meal. There was one person waiting for an order when we arrived. A few people picked up orders and left while we sat there and ate. The traffic in the restaurant was sparse for a weekday lunch hour.
