We did just that. Note: even on Monday they were very busy so this might just be a reservation only type of place. My mother in law got a regular polish pedicure and I got a full set of Gel-X nail extensions as well as a gel pedicure. I asked for a nail design (polka dots on cat eye) and showed them a reference photo and they did an amazing job! We left super happy with the quality of service and the cuteness of our nails. There was no warm welcome when I came in the same lady I assumed was on the phone just pointed at the screen and said "sign in", asked me which manicure service I wanted I said "the shortest one because I have to go". She said "you will be at station 2" and turned away, walking quickly. I followed her assuming, she was taking me to the station. No she was just walking away. How am I supposed to know how you number your stations? Hot day today and I was thirsty- other customer had drinks. I asked if they had any drinks, like water or such. The lady said "ya" and walked away, did not give me options and came back with a mini water. Ok. Whatever. I'm sitting there waiting for 10 mins 20 mins, assuming my appointment will start at any time now, mind you I was never updated regarding what was happening with the wait time. I finally asked and was told it would be another 10-15 mins! Why would you not tell me that on the phone? Or when I came in? Or when I told you that I was looking for the shortest service possible? I understand a walk in is a walk in but at least explain to your customers what is going on instead of making them sit there thirsty and wonder. This woman had no warmth, every time I asked her something I felt like she was annoyed. On top of that, there was nail dust at the station I was sitting in very obvious spots. I read through some previous reviews regarding people getting infections after services at this salon.The lady who was going to be doing my nails did not seem anywhere near done with the previous client. I decided to leave. Sad because I have been looking for a nail salon in this area-the search continues.

They kept checking in to make sure the temperature felt okay and that I was comfortable. You can really tell they genuinely care about how you're feeling and not just rushing through the service. The massage was definitely the highlight. I loved it. So relaxing and exactly what I needed. It's also a bonus that they're in West Park Roseville, super convenient. I looked around for a few places in my area with decent prices and decided to try Get Nailed Salon. The initial experience was fine, but within two weeks one of the nails came off. I went back to get it fixed, which they did, but then the same nail came off again about a week later. My girlfriend has told me (politely) that this really shouldn't be happening with acrylics. After losing the same nail twice in such a short time, I've decided I won't be going back.

I walked in for a pedicure and had such an unpleasant experience. The man was so rude and so rough with everything he did. I really had to check several times to see if I was bleeding. The scrub and massage was rough and painful and unpleasant. By the end of the pedicure it was clear he was done with me and wanted me to leave so he took my flip flops and made me walk barefoot (slippery and also gross because lotion was still on my feet) to the fan area to dry off, threw my shoes on the ground and left without a word. I sat there for 10 minutes before putting my own shoes on and checking out. The pressure to tip is intense, when I didn't want to leave anything. It wasn't until I got home that I realized how sloppy the paint job was. Paint everywhere on the skin and cuticles, uneven file, the worst job I've ever had. I got this particular pedicure because I just had hip surgery and can't do my own toes and instead I was doubled over fixing his job, exactly what I was trying to avoid. I will never go back here.

When we sat down right away we didn't have to wait, I've told the lady I wanted an acrylic fill and nail shape change to almond, lady responded "okay but it's $10 extra charge." And I agreed with that, then I wanted chrome I wanted a green chrome color. I think she found what she looking for the nail last responded with"it $5 extra charge you want!? " I said no. Then she's started cleaning hear station and while filing my nails she started talking to her colleagues in their language I couldn't understand of what was being said but very unprofessional. While she was filing my nail; the nail lady filed down my nails a lot harder than before. And when she was filing my shapes to create the shape that I chose; I looked at my nails I didn't say anything yet. The nail lady said" what's wrong with nail?" I answered my left thumb and ring finger is crooked." Then she said " I know I'm not done." I sense attitude from her and kept her to her colleagues in their language. (She kept on talking to her colleagues in the entire appointment and spoke to me and husband in English). Over all experience was fine not the best, I like the overall shape of my nails but the quality wasn't best. There are some spots that are properly filled down and uneven buffing, the acrylic application was not properly it's uneven and she's the wrong tools for filing and buffing my nails. I never once was used a proper tool or even sterilized her after she used them. All of tool were dirty. (She use the same brush to wipe dust on my nails and use the same brush to dust off dirt/dust on the counter and used it again on my nails. VERY unhygienic!! )) We won't be coming because my nail lady gave me attitude and I didn't feel comfortable when everyone was speaking in their language and I don't know any what they are talking about, not professional.
