I started to get nervous the day before my appointment, and tried calling several times throughout the afternoon and evening to get a hold of someone. My son is getting married in May and I wanted to do a trial and see if I liked the result. I am over 70 years old and so my skin is not quite as firm as younger girls... Bre gave me a moisturizing spray first before the actual tanning color which I thought was very kind. I am now on the second day after the tan and it looks really good! I have followed her directions both before and after and I think that helps a lot! Thank you Bre for making me feel so comfortable and for a great job! I really appreciated you coming to my house. She told me I needed to pay $5 for eye covers so I ran my credit card. When I got my receipt, I was charged $70!!! I asked what the charge was for and she said the walk in fee and the eye covers. I told her that I've had a membership for a long time and even showed my bank statements with the reoccurring monthly charges. She was adamant that I didn't have a membership. I asked for her to refund me the $70, and she couldn't because her manager wasn't available. Had she told me the price before charging my credit card, I wouldn't have swiped my card. I was angry and frustrated so I called the original store where I opened my membership. They said it was still active so I went back in and had her look it up by my name and sure enough the membership was still active. Unfortunately, she ran the time on my bed while I having this debate so I couldn't even tan today and have to wait another 24 hours to come back. Meanwhile, I was still charged $70 and still couldn't tan. I don't know who hires people here but I think they need a little more training before they allow them to run the store by themselves. This was the worst customer experience I've ever had. Very displeased and still haven't resolved getting my money back. Not sure if I ever want to return to this location.
