Came to this place on my lunch break during work. Located in the food court at the Ontario Mills mall. The service is a standard or what you would expect. Friendly folks. The vibe is what you would expect in your average mall food court. I haven't been to a Hot Dog on a Stick in a very, very long time. Just wanted something quick so I decided to try their two dogs on a stick for the 7.99 deal. I got one regular and one vegetarian. Surprisingly I really enjoyed the vegetarian. I used to think they were too expensive, but it's been years and their special which gets you a choice of any two corn dogs for $6.49 seemed down right cheap in times of. Ovid. Their drink specials were pretty good too, but just got a pepper jack and beef stick on this occasion. They recently released the app so I was able to order on it without interacting with people. I ordered the 2 stick combo with the original with fries and a lemonade. They do have a veggie dog, pepper jack, american cheese, and beef corn dog to choose from. The food was hot and crunchy. The corn dog was not burned or overcooked. Located at the food court area Entry 3 . DJ @ 12pm lunch hour rush was solo. He have this smiling face, a friendly attitude and he can multi task like nobody's business. He took customers orders and able to cook their orders and still manage to promote the souvenir cups special. I was impressed with all that, he had all the other customers orders and mine correct . He never once looses his friendly customers service with a smile . My turkey dogs / fries are hot fresh from The fryer. My only gripe is the lemonade are just way to sweet for my taste at every location. My kids and I had to always water it down. read more

The workers made me feel heard for once while keeping professionalism. When I presented the coupon from the app I was informed "Our system doesn't accept app coupons." As my order came up, almost 15 minutes later, the employee accidentally spilled powder sugar all over my dogs and cheese. He said he would remake my order. As my fries sat, sat and sat a little longer, they became stone cold. I asked for new fries. Almost 35 minutes later, I sat down to eat cold dogs, cold cheese and cold funnel fries. Guy here offered me two sizes for the lemonade. I asked for regular size, which apparently weren't one of two sizes he was holding. He ignored my order and gave me a large anyway. Normally LOVE hot dog on a stick. I've actually got at least 4 of those huge refill cups because we go there so often and my family loves their cheese on a stick . I went to this location around 11 when my daughter and I were shopping. I walked up and Selena looked at me and continued to finish what she was doing. No problem I wasn't in a hurry. So she moves over to the cash register and gives me a look. OK so I guess that means she wants my order? She seemed awfully grouchy so I tried to be nicer to get a smile. I ordered a large lemonade and when I saw the new plastic cups with the penguins I asked if I could switch since it was only a dollar more. She huffed and stared, then asked me "are you serious? ". Hmm I think so. So she changes the cup and proceeds to give me a dollar plus change and I tell her that I owe her money and if it's possible she gets more annoyed with me. I still an trying to be nice and tell her I don't want her drawer to be short and figure out the difference between the two drinks but at this point my daughter had come over to witness the rudeness.
