Ultimately, we settled on Mogouyan Hand-Pulled Noodles. After a lot of hunger trying to decide, this ended up being an excellent choice. Server was friendly answering our questions. It was moderately priced. We got their hand-pulled noodles, which was a large bowl, and was delicious with beef, veggies, & plenty of noodles. I also got their Japanese Toki brand whiskey.
