Next time I will definitely turn up the heat and try one of their spicier sauce options to experience that flavor profile. The nicely fried mandoo pork dumplings were full of a delicious filling mixture that paired perfectly with the soy vinegar dipping sauce. Despite the crowded dining room, everything came out quickly. The servers were all incredibly kind, efficient and professional.
