Next time I will definitely turn up the heat and try one of their spicier sauce options to experience that flavor profile. The nicely fried mandoo pork dumplings were full of a delicious filling mixture that paired perfectly with the soy vinegar dipping sauce. The veggies, noodles and sauce were all perfect though. One of my friends had the Kooma roll and said it was extremely fresh and delicious. I'd definitely go back. I really enjoyed the experience and it being at the mall means parking isn't too bad.
