Fun hot pot place; you get to choose your plates directly from their refrigerators so you know exactly what you're getting. Pretty good range of options and everything is fresh. The ambiance is a little off, but is manageable.

Show case stocked with assorted vegetables, meats, and dumplings.

Stopped at our favorite Hot Pot restaurant "Hot Pot Heaven ". They have a great selection of broths to choose from and some of the menu choices like the Oxtail broth or the Sanagang broth. We've tried almost all of them. All all delicious but our favorite is the Mushroom broth. Great selection of fresh veggies, dumplings, meats, and seafoods. As well as a good selection of noodles and or rice. With the addition of a Sushi Bar it's an all around great experience. Family friendly the owners and staff always make you feel welcome. Highly recommended

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I am a massive hot pot lover and this has become a new favorite for me. This has been my second time at this location and I foresee many more in my future. The pricing is based on broth type and by colored plates and it's very reasonably priced. I think the portions are very big and you can also carry out what you didn't finish. The service is very prompt and they are very kind. They are attentive to your needs and ensure that you have everything that you need during your visit. The decorations and style on the inside is very minimal, but it's the food that matters most at this location. They also do PUNCH CARDS. I love that. I now have 4 punches. Once you get 6, your 7th is free and they punch per person. Ugh great incentive

Hot Pot Heaven is located in Kapolei Shopping Center next to Pho & Company. The shopping center has lots of parking but does get busy during lunch/dinner rush and weekends. The interior is always very clean and there are lots of tables inside, able to accommodate to large parties. There is no waitlist, you just go in and tell them how many is in your party. I don't think we've ever had to wait long to be seated and when we get there everything is ready. This hot pot is a la carte ordering, not AYCE. This is more of a sharing style. The broths range from $6.99-10.99 and you can either do a split bowl with two broths or just one big pot - their most popular is the Thai but we usually get chicken and beef and add our dipping sauce to it. The sides (veg, starch, sides, etc.) all range from $3.89-$6.89 and they have two huge fridges full to choose from. Meats and seafood (pork belly, chicken, beef tongue, scallop, etc.) you can order from your server Their dipping sauces are complimentary and you can create your own or follow the recipes on the sign they have up! Everything is reasonably priced and their quality is great. They also have some cooked appetizers to choose from such as: pork and shrimp wontons, seafood gyoza, and spring rolls. Some of the meats and sides we love getting are the pork belly, chicken thigh, ground pork and shrimp meatballs, mochi dumplings (the wrapper is so chewy and addictive!), rice cakes and enoki mushrooms. There are endless options and something for everyone. The service has always been 10/10 and the owner, Bang is very personable and does his best to round on and talk to the customers. The server is great and is awesome about checking in on us, refilling and answering any questions we may have. They also do takeout, catering and you can even rent the place out. After your meal, they give complimentary Jin dui (deep fried sesame balls with red bean filling). Tip: if you go between 4-6PM it's happy hour and you get 15% off your bill. We definitely will be back again and again; thank you Hot Pot Heaven and staff for always great service and yummy food!

Very attentive service as soon as you step in the doorway. Great place if you're watching your carbs since you select what you will eat. Lots of protein in the refrigerated cases as well as a variety of leafy greens. Hubs chose vegetable broth and I chose medium Thai. Next time I will select mild. You can add sauces and ingredients to add to your meal. Totally stuffed and glad we ate healthy. Many tables were occupied after 1 pm. Happy 4 th of July

We went for a last minute Mother's Day dinner with no reservation and we were luckily enough to be seated right away with no wait. We ordered the Thai and Mushroom broth which was recommended by our server and both were so flavorful! But if I had to choose one, I would definitely go for the Thai broth. There were five people in our party, and our bill came out to about $150 (we did 18% gratuity). Which is pretty good considering most AYCE hot pots restaurants are about $35-45 per person. We ordered 3 plates of brisket, 2 plates of pork belly, and one plate of whole shrimp. I'd recommend the brisket as it was super tender! As for all our other sides, we just walked up to the fridges and grabbed all our veggies and whatnot. The sauce station is in the back as well and has a good amount of options! The restaurant is not too big so I do recommend making reservation or calling ahead to see if there is a wait time. I Highly recommend this spot if you're not looking for an AYCE spot!

First time at this hot pot restaurant, the place was quiet, being a Tuesday at 5. Server explained the process, pick your broth, meat, and vegetables. Price based on number of items and type. We chose 2 different broths to create our soup with. The Thai and beef broth, as you can see from photo there is a divider in bowl. It was interesting to create our own soup and place our items in it. We picked ribeye, noodles, bok choy and mushrooms. Both broth choices were were good with the beef being more like what we were use to. I took home what was left of Thai broth to create my own soup. The server was friendly and fast. We enjoyed our experience. The ambience was was tidy and clean.

Perfect place when you're craving hot pot. We had the mushroom broth. It was delicious. came with lots of different mushrooms. There was a variety of proteins to choose from and all were reasonably priced. Fridge of fresh veggies and additional protein was fully stocked. Their sauce station probably had about 5 different house sauces and 5 different additional spices/sauces you can add to spice them up. Service was great. Greeted and seated right away. Staff was attentive. Ambiance is casual. Great for a group of friends or family. You also get a free dessert. Jin dui was just a perfect way to end a great meal.

I also really liked the free appetizers with the AYCE menu. Service was good, they were on it with our waters, checking in, and getting us more soup when our pot got low. No limits on order size, and service so fast that our meat was at the table before we could even finish grabbing our sides from the fridges! Speaking of which, they have great side dish options, and appetizers too! We really liked their beef and cheese gau gee and their spring rolls, both were stellar and perfectly crispy. We tried all of their meats, and none were disappointing. The toro beef and brisket were my favorite, the toro specifically came out so tender after just a few seconds in my tonkotsu broth. The broth was creamy and rich in flavor, and I had to stop myself from filling up on soup a few times. And you already know you gotta put some of that in your rice bowl, let the grains soak up that flavor, and slurp em down before you pau. So freakin delicious! All of their house sauces add a unique and distinct flavor profile, from the nutty sesame, the sweet and umami house ponzu, the pungent and creamy garlic butter sauce, and the salty, slightly sweet and spicy black bean sauce. Rotating between these four sauces made every bite enjoyable, even as I got full, as the flavors never got repetitive. And when the flavors begin to overpower your taste buds, that's when you hit your rice with a splash of white vinegar to cut the richness of the sauce/meat, and refresh your palate before going back in for another bite! And after a delicious and filling meal, dessert does not let down! I tried all the flavors of sago, but the ube sago was my fav. So freakin delicious and nailed my sweet tooth, while the sesame seed covered mochi balls with azuki bean filling were light and airy, and had a perfect amount of sweetness to close out my eating experience. The store has a beautiful wallpaper that shows Aunty's Taiwanese roots, and the local influence in her restaurant. Aunty herself was such a kind soul and really lived up to her reputation as "aunty." We were treated like family!! Will definitely be coming back, and recommending this hotpot place to anyone looking for a shabushabu or huo guo place on the west side.

So I wasn't hyped on going to this one. However, I was willing to try one more time! We walked into a cozy and welcoming restaurant, we were greeted and shown to a table. We were given cold water and the menus , loved that we were allowed time to look it over before we ordered. I looked at the banh mi which sounded good but I always tell my husband to get what it specializes in... Pho! There were many types of soup and Pho and it too awhile for me to decide. We ordered a bowl of chicken Pho and a bowl of chicken and pork won ton soup. This way we were able to try both. The bowls came steamy hot and the scent of the broth was no dirty water... it was a real chicken broth like mom used to make! I looked at my bowl and unlike L.A. it was packed with at least a dozen won tons, green onion, bits of chicken and a side plate of toppings. This was the best won ton I have ever eaten , usually I'll only eat a third of the bowl but before I knew it I had hit the bottom! This is what I have been looking for, the perfect bowl and the bowl of Pho was the same chicken broth! Who'd know I only had to come to O'ahu - Kapolei- to find the PERFECT SOUP! Definitely a must for every visit.
