Lots of choices for phone covers but the service is not very good. I went to get my iPhone 6s screen fixed because it was cracked and they gave me a wrong price. Got it fixed even though the new price was not in my budget and it turns out that the installation was and still is wrong and not working properly. The touch screen is off, the screen was lifted, the keyboard glitches, and my 3D feature (since my iPhone is a 6s), does not work 95% of the time. The lady in charge assumed I didn't have a case on it, or the battery was charged too often, or that I kept the phone in my back pocket, which was not the case at all. I either work or go to class everyday so my phone is always safe in a bag or purse. The problem was still not fixed when I returned a second time, so I decided not to waste my time there again since the multiple problems were not fixed. read more

It was fixed. But I'm not going back unless I want my phone fixed and not ready when told it'll be ready...twice. Told it would be ready the next day. Went to pick it up, not ready. Told it would be done by 8 am next day. Called them not done. Told after 11... What service?? When asked for an sort of discount for it not being ready when told I got told " no and my attitude wasn't appreciated. When you take a car to get serviced it might not be ready when told. Technicians get busy". Bottom line. Phone fixed. But poor service and bad attitude by owner. read more

Almost wish I didn't have to leave this review because they're Great people, I got a good vibe from them right out the gate... In the end, I had a Bad experience. I went in to fix my iPhone... After I got it fixed, the glass was lifting from my phone. Went back in and one of the employees said the tech isn't in but sometimes they need to glue the screen more or whatever. I didn't understand what she meant by glueing it... Came Back in on another day and the gal that put on the screen initially (the tech) was there. I gave her my phone and almost immediately she said (while she was doing someone else...) "It's bent.... You see it." I was like "not really..." I wear suits all day and I don't put my phone in my back pocket which is how she said most people bend it. I asked "Can you fix the problem..." Her response was "no Hun, you gotta be careful now." So I left... Went to the Apple Store and they fixed it and what do you think they said?... It was the replacement screen... It was bad quality... The actual screen was coming off the brackets that holds it in place... You could see the glue on the bracket and the glass was completely off by that point... I remember asking the tech when I first came in if there's a difference in quality if I were to go to apple and get it done vs. going through them because they were charging more then what apple was going to charge me according to quote I got from the apple rep I spoke to before I went into this store... She replied there'd be no difference... Same manufacturer etc... So I went with this place for convenience, and saving time waiting to book an appt with the Genius Bar.... I factored in a convenience charge in my head which is how I rationalized paying more. I learned my lesson... Anytime I have something going on with my iPhone... Go straight to Apple for quality and no BS.... read more

Like many of you I had wonderful experiences with Mary and sadly now I am left feeling very cheated. I bought a tempered glass product from her and a week later my screen shattered and not the tempered glass. I was so disappointed with the product she spoke so highly of. The way she handled the situation in my opinion reflected horrible business ethics. She not only made money off of me for the product but refused a refund and then proceeded to charge me for my screen replacement. She was rude and not companionate at all. When I expressed my disappointment in the situation she was reluctant to understand my issues that I had with her and played the victim as if I disrespected her. So sad that her true colors ended up being so ugly. I hope no one else experiences the manipulation and poor ethics this so called business owner displays! I got a yelp account to specifically write about this place. I brought my iphone 5s here, I had a broken screen but that was it. Other than that the phone worked fine even with the shattered screen. Firstly, I was charged 100 dollars just to fix the screen, which was already steep but I was already there and needed it fixed. Whomever "repaired" my phone sent it back to me looking worse than it did. It looked like they used a metal file to get the glass out and tore up all of the edges of my phone and the new screen looked like it was going to fall out, like it wasn't completely snapped in or something. Luckily for them my husband picked up my phone not realizing that all the damage was new and caused by them because if I had picked it up I would not have paid for that. I've had old iPhones repaired and they never looked like this when I got them back. Then it started acting crazy and opening apps I didn't touch, pushing all the wrong letters when texting and the brightness kept going up and down. I ended up having to take the phone somewhere else because it turned out the screen wasn't put back in correctly. Don't waste your time and money here, poor workmanship and overpriced. read more
