Great service. My daughters week old phone got a crack in the glass and it started glitching. We took it in and were told we need to get a new piece of glass for the cover. Wow they have rescued me again. I have seen her since she was at the car wash and I'm so glad she is still local. I've taken my wife's phone on and had the screen replaced on a lunch break. I have referred at least a dozen co-workers to her and each one has had a great experience. Today my phone stopped accepting a charge and I panicked because without being able to charge my phone, i wouldn't even have an alarm to say the least. I called and she said bring it down. She took my phone to the back and as I was filling out my paperwork she had it fixed. It had been clogged full of lint from my pockets. I went into Hot Spot Wireless with a water damaged iphone 5s and hoping to get it fixed for a cheaper rate. When I went in I was shocked on how young the staff was, but they were very respectable and well trained. I left my phone with them and they opened it up to take a look at it and gave me a call telling me there was more damage than they thought. It was going to be $185 to fix everything and hopefully get it working. I was worried about it and they gave me their honest feedback. Telling me to invest in a new phone. I ended up not using Hot Spot but was impressed on how honest and reliable they were. I had tried to do the newest update on my iPhone 6+ for about a week or so with no such luck and kind of just got over it. My phone had been acting pretty glitchy last night closing out of apps on its own, not showing notifications and then eventually it got stuck on the black screen with the apple logo and nothing I did would make my phone go past that point. So I tossed and turned all night checking up on it, and nothing had changed. I chatted with Apple for a good 45 minutes this morning and they said I'd fully have to restore my phone, meaning I'd lose EVERYTHING. No other option. After a good cry and frantically trying to find any option to not lose my 8,100 photos and videos as well as my contacts that I haven't backed up in ages I came upon this place and talked with Mary about my problem. She was VERY kind and helpful and was telling me not to be so discouraged and that there was hope for my phone. Sure enough, they were able to update my phone AND keep all of the contents on my phone! I was ecstatic! I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg for a days worth of work on my phone, because even she said my phone was being stubborn! But I was pleasantly surprised with the cost which again, made me even more thrilled. I highly recommend seeing Mary for any of your phone needs! Very helpful and thorough. I called Mary panicking because I lightly dropped my phone and damaged the OLED (but not the screen). She promptly gave me an estimate (which was a fairer price than other nearby places and she even offered me an additional discount due to my military service. I went in, had a bite at the local Mexican food place and she was finished as I finished eating. I wasn't happy with my case (obviously), and she hooked me up with a really nice UAG one. My I-phone 5 battery was not making it through the day without losing charge. I brought it to Hot Spot and they were able to put in a new battery in no time. I was so excited about this place. I came in, and got my phone repaired in 10 minutes and for a cheap price. Firstly, the shop owner hit on me during my first visit (I'm barely 18 years old), and made me feel super uncomfortable, as she tried to schedule a date with me (I politely declined as best I could). In addition, she nearly forced me to write a Google + review (positive of course...) and wouldn't give me my phone back. After about three weeks, my new screen (which I could tell was poor quality) started falling apart. I never once dropped it, mishandled it or anything. The paint on the inside of the bezel fell off, and the screen started glitching. I took the phone in to get a refund and a new screen, and instead the shopkeeper (same one from earlier) lied to my face!!! She said that the screen was not hers, and that I must have gotten it repaired elsewhere. How could that be possible??? She even said she remembered my face from earlier!!! It was barely three weeks! She refused to refund me, and scammed me another $25 to get the screen fixed (it was the cheapest solution I had). After my phone got fixed, they forgot to return my phone case to me. Mind you, I don't live in the area, and the case was expensive. A separate employee offered to drive it over to me, but has been ignoring my texts for three days now! I had a amazing experience at Hot Spot Wireless. I bumped my phone into some granite while walking and it shattered my screen. Walked into Hot Spot Wireless and they got my phone fixed in 30 minutes. Easy and fast, very king and very helpful. It way easier compared to driving out to Rancho Cucamonga or Brea to see a Apple Genius to fix my phone. Got my phone all fixed for a great price and Mary even went ahead and put on some tempered glass on my iPhone and Apple Watch for me. I would 110% go there again if I broke my screen again!
