Our first stop after getting picked up from the airport. There are some vegan options available here kinda wish there were different veggies instead of the ones that were in my pho. Aside from that our meal was delicious! A smaller inside but it feels cozy. Our server was very helpful when we had questions regarding the food and drinks!

Best Pho place I've had in Idaho. Amazing service and peaceful ambiance. Would always recommend to a friend. Spectacular food, I always crave it.

If you want pho in Idaho falls this is the place to go. Pros- big portions , fresh veggies, nice service , good selection. Cons- limited seating , limited parking , credit card fee if you charge your meal.

Last couple times we've gone haven't been great. Prices have gone up & quality has gone down. Today we ordered Pho. It was really watery broth with no flavor except salty. It sucked. Very disappointing, especially with the price.

This is the best Pho in Idaho Falls, hands down! We eat here nearly once a week! The flavor is right on point and they don't skimp on portions. We were so excited when we moved here 5 years ago to discover there was an authentic, good quality Pho restaurant and have been eating here regularly for many years now. It's one of our family's favorite places! Tucked in a cute little spot downtown... the service is good and quick, and the restaurant is always clean. The atmosphere and ambiance of the restaurant is decent also - a quality other restaurants in the area are significantly lacking. I highly recommend you give this place a try!

I was NOT expecting good Asian food in Idaho Falls, but came across this gem on my first night... thank goodness! In the week my fiancé and I were in town visiting family, we dined here three nights. There are so many things I love about this place (from a Californian's perspective): 1) vegetarians/vegans have ample choices to choose from (pho, sandwich, rice, non-soup noodle dishes) 2) they serve enormous portions -- for example, the vegan pho basically comes with a full case of tofu if you order the large size (only $1 more than regular) 3) the price is amazing for the portion they give 4) the veggies/ingredients in the pho are super fresh, broth is tasty and not salty 5) they give you an option to save a bit if you pay in cash 6) there's easy parking right outside the restaurant Honestly, there's nothing to not love about Hot Spring Pho especially right now when it gets down to the 30s outside... we'll be back :)

    3. Chicken Fried Rice

So delicious! I had the chicken fried rice, and my hubby had the pho. My fried rice had a 'crispier' texture, which added so much flavor. The chicken also was so tender. My husband really liked his pho also. Highly recommend this place!

I did not have photo, #2 regular soup tastes good, beans sprouts was fresh but meat was very little, also amount of noodle is small for some people, it was perfect for me. If you using CR they will add 4% add to menu price. May be try " Large" next time

This was a decent Vietnamese restaurant, but cannot be compared to the ones in Westminster, CA. I was craving pho and was curious what the pho in Idaho Falls was like. I ordered the Pho Tai (pho with rare slices of beef). It was $11.50 for a regular bowl and $13 for a large. All but one slice of beef was fully cooked when the bowl arrived at our table, so the meat was a bit tougher than expected. The broth was also on the sweet side and lacked the pho flavor that I'm accustomed to. I fixed it by adding 4 pieces of lime and plenty of sriracha. Not too bad for Idaho Falls. My guy ordered the Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef noodle soup) for $16.50. The broth was very mild. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the most spicy, this was a 1. The broth lacked the beef flavor, and all we could taste were lemongrass and fish sauce. This bowl was also missing many of the traditional characteristics of the noodle soup. The owner explained he had to "westernize" it, thereby intentionally omitting some of the key ingredients that give the noodle its uniqueness. It's missing the pork hock and pork blood cubes. In my opinion, to westernize this, they need to consider reducing the amount of fish sauce! It has a pretty strong smell and taste. Overall, it wasn't bad, it just wasn't the real Bun Bo Hue. I'm spoiled by the Vietnamese restaurants in Westminster that are noted as the best and most authentic. My mom also made incredible Vietnamese food. Removing the bias, I would say this place is deserving of 3 stars. I recommend bringing cash to this establishment, as the menu prices were listed for cash transactions only. They charge an extra fee for credit card. I don't know how much more. The menu prices were already relatively high for the small portions, so I wasn't about to pay more.

Since I can't seem to find an actual menu for this restaurant, can someone at least tell me what the prices are like? What would be the most expensive menu item?

They aren't overly priced. Average is like $12-$13 for main dishes. I don't remember the most expensive item, but thought they were moderately priced.

It was amazingly delicious, I normally think of takeout as a poor substitute. After I left the hospital, I was still convalescing, and my brother and sister-in-law had sent a door dash gift certificate, so we continued to order take-out. We love spicy food, so tried ordering it "Thai Hot" as they told us to do, rather than "American hot". And indeed, that's how it came, beautifully spicy! We used up the gift by ordering from Dee Kitchen multiple times, and every time it was perfect. I've been back to eat in once since then, and they said they realized it was "us" by the fact we ordered it Thai hot and also they were our favorite dishes. Shows how much we like Dee Kitchen!

I tried them again in July of 2025 and had their Beef Salad with the Green Curry vegetable dish. Both were excellent. I got them spicy and they actually believed me when I said I like Thai hot. It was wonderful tasting. It's a fantastic place if you like Thai food. They are very good at spicing the foods at a level the customer requests. The food comes out hot and on time, unless it's one of those days where everyone wants to dine there. Then there might be a wait. But for good food I'm willing to wait and Dee Kitchen has good food.

We asked the staff about the spice level and they said it was all based on American spice so if you're looking for spice just get the highest level. The staff were really nice they brought us some chili and jalapeños to eat with our food (probably after seeing us fein for some spice). We started off with the Laab Gai and Tom Yum Soup. Both scarfed down in seconds. Do wish the soup had a little more mushroom or something in it though. All the dishes were great and were good portions. We ended up taking most of the dishes home for breakfast the following day. The Thai Fried Rice with Shrimp and Duck Noodle Soup were a little on the plainer side but still good. The Pad Woon Sen is a lot, it comes with noodles and rice, was surprised when I got it. The sauce it came was not spicy but the dish itself already was flavorful so didn't use it much. The Pad Gar Pow was a little similar but a little more saucy. The Massaman Curry was probably my favorite. This was so good especially with rice. If anything I would recommend this dish and the Pad Woon Sen. This place was great, the hard cider they had was also great. Overall recommend if you're in the area and looking for some good Thai food with good sized portions.

The crispy duck was fantastic- juicy, tender, flavorful, and freshly fried. The noodles and seasoning/sauce in the pad kee mao were also good. As for the tom kha soup, the broth was very flavorful from the lemongrass, lime, galangal, etc. And the coconut milk added a nice creaminess to the soup. The bar seating was available and allowed us to watch the kitchen staff hustling. Once seated, we waited for Beste to take our order, about 10 minutes. She was MIA most of the evening. Our evening started with the braised beef bao bun with carrot, kimchi, sesame seeds, kimchi aioli, and pickled onions. The flavor was good but it was grossly over-sauced and extremely messy. The bao bun was delivered broken in half. The lemongrass flavored pork dumplings were accompanied with onions, radishes and fermented black bean chili crisp. The dumplings were boiled and had no crispness from being pan seared which left a doughy taste. Our favorite was the Caeser salad with gem lettuce, tahini Caesar, aged parm and nori dusted rice crisp. A truly crisp bite with little taste crunches from the nori and tasty tahini Caesar. Homerun! Our final dish was the shrimp toast with kimchi aioli, pickled jalapeno, toasted sesame seeds on a milk bread slice. There was no shrimp taste and was told it was a "thin" shrimp mousse spread covered by other ingredients. I would bet there is less than a teaspoon of mousse on 4 pieces of toast. I have several issues with tonight's dining experience. A waitress, Beste was MIA, left empty plates piled up with limited room at the bar, did not change out plates coated with kimchi sauce between services, and a short attitude when we asked about "where is the shrimp". I hope the restaurant can correct these issues or find help that truly cares. Hospitality means pay attention and "Anticipate" the patrons need prior to them realizing it. This also falls on management who needs to guide and set a culture that employees can emulate. SHOW THEM THE LIGHT!
