Love this spot... always busy, best to make a reservation. They have a great blend of asian / fusion.... I had black cod and a cabbage salad... check out their Happy Hour menu, great deals and drinks.

We had the a wonderful meal at The Kitchen. We got a reservation a day or two before for an early dinner. Perks of an early dinner is the happy hour was still going on for some of our drinks and appetizers. Everyone at the table loved their entrees and the plates were clean by the end. Portion sizes were respectable but not huge. If you come with a large appetite after skiing I would recommend getting an appetizer or two and prepare for dessert at the end. The interior of the restaurant was cozy and the staff was friendly. I will be returning on my next trip to Jackson.

Very good. Spontaneous meal, with seating at the counter for two. I tried the duck, which was well done - if a little salty and rich. The sauce was pretty spicy too, certain Thai flavors. My mother went for the salmon, which I found to be uninteresting. But that wasn't my choice, after all. People sat next to us had the pork chop and steak, which looked quite good. Maybe next time... We got there during happy hour but neither of us ordered drinks. We lucked into the 2 for $2 deal, which makes the value worthwhile.

We were 0 for 2 trying to find a place to eat dinner when we were directed here by a local. And what a wonderful recommendation it was. This place was HOPPIN'. I honestly thought we weren't gonna get in. But thankfully there was room in the outdoor seating area, which was quite nice. The weather was perfect. We didn't get to see inside the restaurant, but we still enjoyed our dinner nonetheless. Our service was fast and friendly, and we got great recommendations from our server. And that's all great, but we went there for the food. And the food was outstanding. The drinky drinks were stiff and smooth, and the food... Oh my goodness! The food was amazing. We started with the tempura scromp-scromps (shrimp) appetizer. It was incredible. A perfect crisp and a little spice from the spicy aioli, with a little cabbage to cut the heat. For our main course, my wife enjoyed the wild mushroom ramen, and I had their roasted pork shank. Both were excellent. When she tapped out, I threw some of my remaking pork shank into the ramen to finish it off. Chef's kiss. And then for dessert, our server cleverly enticed us with a dessert menu full of items I desperately wanted to try. Sadly, I was already stuffed, so I agreed to split one item with my wife. And by split, I mean, I think she took one or two bites and I finished the rest because she also was stuffed. I don't usually overheat to the point where I'm completely stuffed, but I did not want to stop eating at The Kitchen. Everything was so incredibly good, I just couldn't leave anything behind. Admittedly, I was hurting a little bit after dinner from overindulgence, but it was the end of the night so we simply walked back to our hotel and relaxed. THAT was an outstanding meal.

Pork chops were delicious. Everything on the plate paired so well together. The salmon crudo was very flavorful. There were some parts that were a bit too salty. I was expecting raw salmon, but I think they used smoked salmon. Either way, it was delicious. The beef tartare didn't taste like anything to me. It was really disappointing.

    Best tofu dish ever!
    Alison G.

The tofu dish was the absolute best tofu dish I've ever eaten anywhere! The flavor was incredible! Some kimchi would've been a nice addition. Loved the cilantro Microgreens! The tempura shrimp was good. The steak was just OK. Certainly could have used quite a bit more vegetables. We would've liked more than one leaf of bok choy! The happy hour prices sure were nice.

We enjoyed dining here during our last night in Jackson. The highlights of the meal were the Cabbage Salad and the Salmon and the Caesar Salad was inventive. My husband enjoyed the Coconut Rice Panacotta. The only downside was the duck had the skin left on.

    Lovely plating.

A unique setting in a wine / liquor store with a tapas bar in the back, amongst the wine racks and liquor bottles. Reservations are not taken, instead you will find the host making people scoot to make room for new arrivals at the long tables. Our servers were spot-on with service, drinks and sharing her favorites. It is cozy and casual, people meeting people. The spirits here are for the pros with knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and bubbles. We started with the wild mushroom mozzarella with balsalmic butter, parmesan and balsalmic glaze served on crunchy baguettes. It was unbelievably flavored and tasty, a great start to the night and must have! The Spanish salad with arugula, apple, fennel, almonds, manchego and a honey-sherry vinegarette was good but not on par with the other dishes. The tuna crudo with cucumber, arugula, crunchy grains, orange wedges, citrous vinegarette, fried capers and preserved lemon was light, a real palate cleanser, and refreshing. A pleasant surprise and would order again. The lamb pintxos was our final selection and a great dish to end the night on. The fork tender lamb tenderloin was served on 2 skewers with mojo verde, Spanish aoili, and pickled red onions on crisp baguette slices. Another Homerun! The menu changes frequently and the tapas allow you to try several different delectable dishes. It encourages sharing and forces you to open up and try different dishes. Hands-down my favorite food and conversation while visiting Jackson, WY. To the staff here at Binn 22, congrats on a unique and completely fabulous dinner and concept. I mean how greedy do you have to be? It's a small thing but it sets the tempo to offer some bread. The service at Gun Barrel moves on the slower side. Food took 30 minutes to reach the table after ordering. I'd say that's a bit tardy for a steakhouse. The decor is exactly what you'd expect and it does a good job of feeling like a hunting club cabin. Wish they'd put a fire in the fireplace though, if it is an actual functioning fireplace. I ordered the ribeye. The steak had good crust, flavor, and seasoning. It was pretty damn tough. I had to revisit the menu and yep these were choice cut steaks. Kind of pricey for choice meat at that. Even the cap of the ribeye was needing to be chewed on repeatedly in order to swallow it. It was tough even by choice standards. It was a shame because the chef knew what he was doing. The temp was right, it was seasoned well, beautiful crust... just a crap steak he had to work with. A quick word on my side of mashed potatoes. They were okay but you get a pathetic amount, maybe about a cup worth. Just another thing that makes this place feel cheap. My date ordered the salmon. It tasted fishy and had no seasoning on it at all. Like zero salt or pepper. The fishy taste was notable, like it was starting to spoil but they cooked it up anyway instead of throwing it out. I would avoid this place.
