Don't even think. Just drive. Ya'll. This place is SO FREAKING GOOD. Like I don't want to share it with you because I'm scared they'll run out of food for me kind of good. But, alas, a place like Kingdom of Pho be known. The beef pho was good - the flavor was definitely there and the broth was the perfect temperature. It's a great comfort food for a cold night in Rexburg. And the salmon bowl. Oh my heavens, the salmon bowl. Was it a little pricey? Sure. But the serving size was big enough for my boyfriend who often eats more than two normal people. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the teriyaki sauce should be illegal. I probably sound like I'm over exaggerating but I have a very high standard for food and Kingdom of Pho killed it with this salmon bowl. What made the experience even better was the owner, Wayne. What a cool dude. It was our first time here so he kept checking in & making sure we enjoyed our food. We live in Idaho Falls and I am fully committed to making the drive to Rexburg when I need a salmon bowl (or pho) fix. Highly recommend.

Great food and service definitely worth it! Great place to bring your family. Will return next time we are in town.

This was our second time trying Kingdom of Pho. We're excited that they've moved to Main Street and have indoor seating!!! The flavors of the pho were much better this time than our previous experience. The broth is light and refreshing, and they give you a generous amount of fixins for your bowl. While this isn't the best pho I've ever had, it's an awesome contribution to Rexburg! It's worth the stop!

I reviewed the other day but forgot to post the menu since I didn't see it listed elsewhere on Yelp. My previous review (great food, huge portions, accommodating different food preferences) still is the same.

Wayne is one of the best restauranteurs and chefs in town and around! He has always greeted us with a smile. Unlike many other spots in town that are ether rushed or not friendly. And I appreciate that. His food shed (already one of our favorite spots in town to eat), and now restaurant, well my wife put it best, (it has just elevated my love for this place). The ambiance is amazing. Peaceful, simple, elegant. This place has what many pho restraints are missing, the beauty warm fuzzy fragrance of Pho wafting around! The food is a good portion size for the money. We can recommend pretty much everything on the menu. We tried the newer addition as of the time of this review the beef bulgogi. It comes with a scoop of rice and homemade kimchi! The bulgogi was velvety, creamy, and savory in taste, having been marinated for a good amount of time. The phó was warm and heartwarming! This establishment really is a Kingdom of Phó! The Ban mí is delicious with the best sourced bread or so I've been told. The boá like little pillowy clouds with tender and savory meat are a treat as well. Highly recommend giving everything here a try!

Best phó I've had in Idaho! I've traveled several times from Utah just to eat there. Service and food quality is on par and very consistent. I love the new location and the ambiance I recommend their combo phó and dumpling.

It's good! You'd have to be goofy to complain about the broth. Maybe a little heavy on the anise, but it's up so you to add lime and herbs and sauces to your own taste. Customizing pho is part of the fun. The banh mì was the superstar for me and I like the almost comical scooby-doo length of the large. Great flavor profile. I think it'd be nice to get one of those "seat yourself/wait for host" signs or a little bell on the front door since there isn't a podium at the front

Okay it's time that I finally tell the whole city of rexburg the truth about this kingdom. I really hope that this review finds the reader well and it encourages everyone to come and try this one of a kind restaurant in our town. So I've have tried the food when they first opened and recently (yesterday). Let me tell you something, I've eaten in a lot of places east coast and west coast of the country. It is truly a rare quality for a chef and owner to adapt so quick to the needs of the locals and make impressive adjustments to the food. This place got my wife hooked on the food, literally . While I was away on a business trip, my wife had this place everyday, not because she didn't feel like cooking but mostly because we have a 8 month who keeps her busy and so it's hard for her to cook at times. So she decided to come here and since then she's has been a regular customer. Take in mind the menu is still developing and growing as we speak. I would highly recommend everyone to come and try it out for yourself. (Be honest) the chef ‍ himself will do everything to make sure your eating ( high quality) Vietnamese food. He is a very reasonable and respectful person so please be helpful and let him know (there and then), because his mission is to make sure you go away with a piece of his heart embedded with the food .... That itself is a beautiful part that I taste in the food. Im so happy we have a great chef, I hope to see more exciting new meals and more traditional plates to come. Come you won't regret it .!

The rice bowl was amazing as always and with the perfect amount of sauce that it didn't feel like I was eating a soup. My wife ordered the beef Pho with the beef fairly well done and the meat was still very undercooked and chewy. When we asked if there was a way to fix it , our server simply took the plate and must've microwaved it for 30 seconds because he brought it back fairly quick and nothing about the meat had changed. Our server was also very attentive about his girlfriend & at one point yelled at her to leave. For how calm the environment is, that made it very awkward.

Awesome food. Very fresh ingredients. Massive food portion. Would definitely recommend!

It was amazingly delicious, I normally think of takeout as a poor substitute. After I left the hospital, I was still convalescing, and my brother and sister-in-law had sent a door dash gift certificate, so we continued to order take-out. We love spicy food, so tried ordering it "Thai Hot" as they told us to do, rather than "American hot". And indeed, that's how it came, beautifully spicy! We used up the gift by ordering from Dee Kitchen multiple times, and every time it was perfect. I've been back to eat in once since then, and they said they realized it was "us" by the fact we ordered it Thai hot and also they were our favorite dishes. Shows how much we like Dee Kitchen!

I tried them again in July of 2025 and had their Beef Salad with the Green Curry vegetable dish. Both were excellent. I got them spicy and they actually believed me when I said I like Thai hot. It was wonderful tasting. It's a fantastic place if you like Thai food. They are very good at spicing the foods at a level the customer requests. The food comes out hot and on time, unless it's one of those days where everyone wants to dine there. Then there might be a wait. But for good food I'm willing to wait and Dee Kitchen has good food.

The service was great and pir waitress was kind. Although the noodles looked good, I wasn't sure I had a big enough appetite so I thought I would start with the Papaya Salad, amd if still hungry get noodles after. The Papaya Salad was huge! The spice was good, but the papaya was definitely not fresh. Everything in the salad was hard & raw amd slightly pickled. I ended up ordering a side of chicken to get some protein, which was a decent portion, but definitely boiled chicken. The BKK Noodles my husband ordered was a good portion but there were so few pieces of chicken they were gone in the first few bites. In addition the flavor was bland. It had the start of good flavor, but fell flat. In addition to the "fine" food, $30 for the noodles was insane! We have amazing thai at home all the time and it's nowhere near $30 for authentic & delicious noodles. I had heard of happy hour options, but when we looked at the menu, it seemed like that wasn't an option anymore. The food was delicious. I will say, similar to many places downtown, it was expensive. The dumplings were 15$ and came with four. I'd pass on these in the future. I also ordered and shared the BKK street noodles (22$ with no protein) and Mongolian beef (27$). I've seen other reviews that say the street noodles taste poorly, but that wasn't my experience. The noodles were not saucy via the "pad thai sauce", but the flavor was there and seemed somewhat authentic. The Mongolian beef though...was soooo good. That was definitely my favorite of the night, and I mixed it with some of the noodles for a yummy bite. The one negative was the service. Our waiter was not friendly and never came back. Though that was frustrating, I'd come back and try more if we're in the area again.

The bar seating was available and allowed us to watch the kitchen staff hustling. Once seated, we waited for Beste to take our order, about 10 minutes. She was MIA most of the evening. Our evening started with the braised beef bao bun with carrot, kimchi, sesame seeds, kimchi aioli, and pickled onions. The flavor was good but it was grossly over-sauced and extremely messy. The bao bun was delivered broken in half. The lemongrass flavored pork dumplings were accompanied with onions, radishes and fermented black bean chili crisp. The dumplings were boiled and had no crispness from being pan seared which left a doughy taste. Our favorite was the Caeser salad with gem lettuce, tahini Caesar, aged parm and nori dusted rice crisp. A truly crisp bite with little taste crunches from the nori and tasty tahini Caesar. Homerun! Our final dish was the shrimp toast with kimchi aioli, pickled jalapeno, toasted sesame seeds on a milk bread slice. There was no shrimp taste and was told it was a "thin" shrimp mousse spread covered by other ingredients. I would bet there is less than a teaspoon of mousse on 4 pieces of toast. I have several issues with tonight's dining experience. A waitress, Beste was MIA, left empty plates piled up with limited room at the bar, did not change out plates coated with kimchi sauce between services, and a short attitude when we asked about "where is the shrimp". I hope the restaurant can correct these issues or find help that truly cares. Hospitality means pay attention and "Anticipate" the patrons need prior to them realizing it. This also falls on management who needs to guide and set a culture that employees can emulate. SHOW THEM THE LIGHT!

Both scarfed down in seconds. Do wish the soup had a little more mushroom or something in it though. All the dishes were great and were good portions. We ended up taking most of the dishes home for breakfast the following day. The Thai Fried Rice with Shrimp and Duck Noodle Soup were a little on the plainer side but still good. The Pad Woon Sen is a lot, it comes with noodles and rice, was surprised when I got it. The sauce it came was not spicy but the dish itself already was flavorful so didn't use it much. The Pad Gar Pow was a little similar but a little more saucy. The Massaman Curry was probably my favorite. This was so good especially with rice.
