Hot Table used to be good until they started messing up orders. We just ordered 2 paninis from the Enfield location on the phone, I had to explain to them how I wanted my sandwiches multiple times. When we got back home we went to eat and the order was wrong. They didn't put any cheese on a steak and cheese (ITS A STEAK AND CHEESE, HOW DO YOU FORGET THE DAM CHEESE). Then on the second one they forgot the extra side of ranch and didn't put mozzarella on it, when I explained I wanted mozzarella instead of blue cheese. It seems like they don't care about making the sandwiches how you want them. I repeated myself multiple times and still got it wrong. I very much enjoy Hot Table and make a point to eat there once or twice a month. They offer consistently fresh and tasty sandwiches and salads with infinite customizability, as well as soups, Mac and cheese, cookies and fresh brewed teas and coffee. My go-to favorites are the chicken Cuban, Italian cold-cut and sun dried tomato chicken. All sammies can be made in salad form too if you are carb conscious. The real star of the show, though, in my opinion, are the fresh made soups. Their Italian Wedding and Minestrone soups are so good that I always crave them- even in the summer! I have also loved the classic chicken noodle, Hungarian mushroom, and cheddar broccoli. I didn't expect a place that specializes in panini would boast such good soup but it's very very good! I also recommend Hot Table for catering your office lunch- I use them once a week at my job and I love the way things are delivered: every sandwich is wrapped and labeled and they include everything you need from napkins to silverware in one easy price point. They even give you a gift card with every order! They have become one of my favorite fast casual eateries in the area- great food, polite and friendly service and reasonable prices- they blow the competition in the area (Subway, Diangelos) out of the water. read more

Nothing short of amazing. The spread of potential toppings looks like you've entered into a garden in Heaven. And you just may have. They're not afraid to admit they close on Sundays for church and try to honor God. Good for them - that takes guts these days. Now back to the food. Imagine...the perfect panini. Crunchy outside....fresh and moist bread inside. Melted cheese...fresh vegetables...incredible meats. The staff is friendly and helpful. As others have said, this is like Subway but for panini. You order at the counter, all the ingredients are visible in front of you, and then the panini presses are further down. The ingredients are very well presented and seemed fresh to me. I opted for the Southwest Chicken panini for lunch one day and the Fireball panini for breakfast. Both panini were tasty, but not mind blowing. I totally agree with some other reviews that say that you should eat these sandwiches in the restaurant. These are NOT mobile sandwiches. They're WAY too messy to try to eat while driving (you'll end up wearing most of it). My only other complaint about this place is that it can take quite awhile to get your sandwich. They seem to only have 2-3 panini presses and the sandwiches take a few minutes each so if there is a line, you might be waiting for awhile. read more

Still love this place- very clean, interesting menu options and delicious coffee drinks. The only problem is that they are closed on Sundays. I find that whenever I am in the mood to go here, for some reason it is a Sunday, and they are closed. I respect the fact that they have a day off but I wish it was not on the weekend. Another great thing about this place is their reward cards. Be sure to get one for drinks and one for paninis. You get a free drink and sandwich for every ten that you buy. I also go to the Glastonbury location sometimes but I've found that the staff is typically friendlier in Enfield. There are usually also more staff working at a time, in Enfield, so I typically get faster service. I am a big fan of the BBQ chicken and the buffalo chicken panini. Can't get enough. read more

I lived in Enfield for about a year after this place was built and never stopped by. Boy do I wish I did! My fiance and I stopped by Enfield to take care of some business and decided to have dinner at hot table. There was a private lot with plenty of parking which is always a plus. We walked in and it was set up kind of like a panera bread with lots of tables and an area that had a fire place and some comfy chairs. There was a board with tons of panini choices listed. There is also a make your own option. I ordered the Chicken pesto panini and Lobster bisque. I watched as my panini was prepared and pressed then served to me hot off the grill. I took my first bite into my panini and it was love at first bite! Soooooo delicious that I didn't want it to end. The lobster bisque was good too. No huge chunks of lobster or anything, but this is a panini joint in enfield not baltimore harbor so it was great for what it was: well seasoned, creamy bisque. I somehow controlled myself enough to save half of my sandwich for lunch the next day. I ordered another small bisque and recreated my delicious experience again the next day for lunch. All in all a great experience: plenty of parking, nice clean restaurant, friendly staff, delicious paninis, good soup, great portions, good price. Their food is always delicious which is probably what makes me go back, even though i've been disappointed the past few times. We always try to order online as we have a limited lunch break and the lines can be long but after three errors, which haven't been noticed until we came back to the office, I might have to forfeit attempting it for lunch. The first time, I ordered a buffalo chicken salad, they had made me a buffalo chicken panini. I attempted calling to complain, but they must put on an answering service during lunch because you can't get through. Once I finally got someone her response was "oh, well, what would you like us to do? Did you want to come back or something?" The next time we ordered we ordered two caprese paninis and asked them to add pesto mayo to each one in the note section. When we got the order back to the office, nothing had been added. Today - we ordered the Tuna paninis and added in the note section - no onions on either. Sure enough, we got back to the office and right on the top of both was a whole bunch of red onion. Frustrating that they have a good product, but don't seem to take the time or effort to actually read what the guest wants. Granted all of these have been dislikes, but I imagine that's where someone would mention an allergy also. First of all I ordered online about twenty minutes prior to arriving because I had my one year old son with me and like to be quick and painless in and out. Hot Table is Enfields spiritual equivalent to Chick-Fill-A. God is mentioned twice in their "About us" section of their website. I take back what I said about the eggs and coffee. They have two blends. The Seattle blend is nice and bold. I'm a fan. Also, the eggs could be microwaved. I don't know.
