I got a groupon and they did a really nice job on the front 2 windows of my 2017 MDX. My 9:00am appointment was completed by 10 am. They did have a bit of a mess on the outside of the car however they said they don't do any wiping or cleaning due to the fact that they're not a car wash. The inside was a bit drippy as well but I was able to clean it in less than 5 minutes. Overall I'd come back. read more

I will NEVER come here again. I have used them with 3 of my other vehicles and NEVER experienced what I have today. The customer service SUCKED. I bought a voucher off of Living Social and ended up paying an additional $90 06. The male at the front started in on getting an upgrade from the voucher I purchased due to what I explained The look that I wanted (front 2 windows tinted to uniformly match the back windows). He said that they could do that and I agreed to proceed.The male at the front desk was a little brash, but I took that as part of his personality, so I didn't trip off of his demeanor. He talked me into the upgrade. When I saw my vehicle, I was totally disappointed. The tint doesn't match the back widow, they used a lighter tint for the job. That is not the look I wanted!!! They left water and soap dripping down both sides of my car. I asked them if they would wipe that off and they said NO, We don't do that and for me to take it to the car wash and get it off that way. I just had my car detailed so that was not the answer to hear. I was mad. I didn't want to make a scene, but they acted so nonchalant, like they were doing me a hard favor instead of providing me a paid service I paid for. I went off as I paid for this bullshit job. The Asian women acted so nasty about my complaint that she purposely took her time about giving my change. I just wiped my car down and left. I have given them references before to my friends and family and my clients, I will NEVER have a good thing to say about them again. I could have tinted the windows myself and did a better job than this. Im done with them. DON'T come. here, YOU will be sorry! read more

BUYER BEWARE: This has taken me a long time to write, but it does not take away from how disappointed I was with this process. I started out with a Groupon deal for a remote starter and set up an appointment. When I got there, they told me I would need to pay an additional $100+ because of the kind of car I had. They said they told me this over the phone, but I am certain they did not. When I brought up my concern, and said I was going to write it on Yelp, the person at the front desk started getting angry at me. I thought it was interesting to see a sign at the cashier's desk which said "$5 for a 5", meaning if you give them a 5 on Yelp, you would get a $5 discount. This kind of marketing is definitely working the system and misleading to customers as it inflates their scores. As for functionality of the remote starter, I was very happy... at first. About a month after the installment, my keyless entry stopped working. Another week after that, my car completely shut down while driving on a highway. Never had any issues with either of those prior to the remote starter. I called them up and the first person I spoke with was very defensive and said they were sure it was not their fault. When I called back a week later after my car didn't start at all, the person on the phone said they might have done something wrong and to take it in. When I pushed to make sure I would not have to pay anything extra (because I already felt taken advantage of by over $100 when I initially got the starter installed), they said they would have to see. This to me was not worth the risk, and I also was not confident they would even fix it correctly. Since I got it installed a year ago, my keyless entry still does not work, and my car has not started at least 8 times. Again, never had any issues before this was installed. I've gone to a mechanic and they confirmed my battery is fine. Unfortunately, I'm probably just going to have to find another place that does remote starters to see if they can fix what these guys did wrong. read more

Positive: Time frame was as expected, price was cheaper than competition. Negative: I called ahead of time when scheduling to confirm all additional fees beyond Groupon price, knowing the base fare wouldn't cover it all. I was told a price. When I arrived I was told the same price. 20 minutes later I received a call telling me it would be $40 more for the factory Remote to work with the auto start. Then when the car was finished they informed me Honda's don't allow a takeover so the factory Remote won't work and also, the car will shut off as soon as doors open. Not what was explained or expected, pretty frustrating experience. read more

Bought a Groupon, guy explained my options, showing me interactive examples of various types of tint and I ended up upgrading. I was impressed with their knowledge and how quickly they did it. They were nice enough to only charge a small fee to remove the glue I left behind when I removed my old tint. There was too much glue on the rear windshield so we'll remove that ourselves and probably just slap some cosmetic tint it. Thanks for the front windows though boys! I do wish I could have made an appointment via email instead of having to call (most businesses are able to do appointments via email or on their website these days - like my business that I have moved completely online), but it all worked out in the end. We even had a lovely French toast meal at the cute little restaurant next door while we waited! read more

bad service, less than a month ago we installed a remote start for more than 300 dollars and it does not work two days after installing it it did not work we have returned twice to repair it and for the third time it still does not work we have to go back to them to have it repaired. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I am an active duty soldier who trusted these people to do my tint. Not only have I wasted two different weekends there my tint is still peeling off of my back glass. I am finally resorting in going to a new place and having them fix it due to the lack of knowledge that hot tint has. They told me that they are going to write back to my review telling me that it is because of "how my car was made" they are basically saying that they cannot do Honda accords I'm guessing. DONOT BRING YoUr CAR HERE. I am reporting them to the better business Bureau and to Groupon. Do not waste your money on their groupons either people! The groupon deal is a lure to get you ripped off for several hundred $ more for tinting and remote starter. In the end, we paid quadruple the price of the groupon. This is unfair and false advertising practice. Groupon should have stated EXACTLY that you're expected to pay four times more on the spot. Don't see much difference with the tinted windows.
