Professional, kind, generous, and overall a good experience. Will took care of me and he was very professional, genuine, and caring. He was very knowledge about tints and cars in general. He took the time to explain the different types of tints and the percentages, and his personal recommendation. He took great care of me and my vehicle. I was a bit nervous at first cause they only had 2.5/5 review but the tinting process went well. Took 3 hours. The guys even doing my tints did a very good job. Not sure what his name was, but I do want to thank him. I will update my review in a week or so to see what happens with the tint. Then I'll start making recommendations to friends and family. customer service is trash. 1st of all they put the wrong tint on my Windows. Asked and paid for 35% and they put 50% without any explanation. 2nd of all my windows has little bubbles. 3rd of all they return the car dirty as hell. I wouldn't recommend. Go somewhere more professional where they return the car just how you want it and clean how you gave it to them. read more

i buy a remore start for my rogue HORRIBLE JOB i cant belive this is a profesional install, all the cables under the dash tied with cable tied, after two day tha cables fall when i was driving, the "technician" forget some parts and Brand new black tape under my sit, I ask if there put the sensor under the Hood if somebody try to open, the manager i thing he was say it is imposible to open the Hood from outside i hope the thief know that too dont loose your money in this place, bad service, and over all manager with very bad actitud read more

Their work on tints is exceptional and very good, tint looks good and no peels or anything unusual. However my biggest issue is pricing ! When one gets a deal on Groupon I would expect it to be for that exact same service. This "trap" of confusing customers with this same old line of this is just basic tint, for better higher tint you need to pay 100 or this amount more ??? Really ? When one goes to redeem a groupon they already have a budget in mind. Having read along this reviews it seems this is a persistent issue and trust me it's gonna cost you a lot. It's better to have a deal with a straight forward amount and if it's 300 $ so be it and let the customer decide. Also don't assume that some customers don't know about a particular aspect of cars and then take advantage of them. Some customers will be silent and watching how you handle business and latter use platforms like this one to express their own honest opinions. Improve on the con's and all will be better. read more

I've been coming here for over 10 years now and have had 3 Jeeps, 2 trucks and one Acura sedan tinted and customized. I've gotten everything from auto starters, bull bars (custom painted) light bars, ghost lights, running boards, window visors, and upgraded LED lights. My husband had a train horn installed in his truck and so my son decided he wanted one too but he made things a bit more difficult. He brought Rich a set of 4 horns that were quite long and a very large compressor, each of which was by a different manufacturer and of course no hoses, wiring or connectors. Rich and the team definitely had their work cut out for them especially since they got very little help from the actual manufacturers. The job involved a lot of custom fabrication on their part. They didn't complain or try to sell him one of the sets they had in the store, instead they got to work and eventually got everything hooked up perfectly. These guys are very proud of their work (as they should be) and it shows. I've gotten to know everyone over the years and feel like I'm visiting close friends whenever I come by. To summarize: I wouldn't trust my vehicles with anyone but Rich and Will and will be a lifetime customer. It's time for a new project on my new addition and I can't wait! read more

Had a Groupon for a remote start. After speaking with Hot Tint over the phone I decided to upgrade to the better model with 2 remotes. I am very satisfied with the service performed, the job was completed sooner than expected. Hot Tint has window tinted several cars for me over the past 5 years or so, the work still looks great on the 1 car I still own. The only issue is the so called waiting area which I give 1 star. read more

You will truly get what you pay for here and I don't mean that in a good way. I don't understand why they're not banned from Groupon yet. They have the worst customer service, and they will try to charge you for a bunch of extra stuff to the point where you're spending at least 2 to 3 times your Groupon. Then, when I told them I would like to get a refund through Groupon because I didn't want their services they told me my money was redeemed for my Groupon the day before I receive any service. This was a lie to try to get my money, but I called Groupon and was issued a full refund and I suggest you do the same if you've already bought yours. read more

Lady at the reception was friendly , but she assumed I knew all about tints. She showed me 50 and 70 % options which she stated were legal in VA. I asked so that's what normally cars have as I have an Acura and the tint on that is decently dark. Then a guy got me into buying a better quality tint for 70$. When the car came out it hardly had any tint on it - so my 3 hours and around $180 in waste. I was asking for a darker tint the least they could have done was shown a car on how it looks with different tints as I wanted the tint for a better look as a primary purpose. Didn't explain it properly and didn't show any cars to demonstrate how it looks. My wife and 2 friends were also planning to give them business based on my experience. I am so not happy with the look and yes as others stated they returned the car dirty. Not giving them any more business. read more

Really exceptional experience here installing two remote starters. One of my vehicles had a bad battery, preventing completion of the job. The team stayed open two hours beyond their scheduled hours while we, first, tried to charge the battery, and second, purchased and installed a new battery. They even installed the battery--for free. In addition to completing the work, they went above and beyond to remain open and install a new battery. Highly recommend. read more

I got the groupons for the tint and the remote car starter. The tint turned out well and I have no complaints on the tint. ***MANUAL TRANSMISSIONS - the starter used for manual transmissions at this place is set up to where if you leave your car in gear accidentally and turn on the starter, it will drive forward!!!! I went to a different place using a groupon couple of years ago for my old car and the device they used on manual cars was different and it would not engage unless the car was in neutral. The remote car starter: it needed a bypass and charged extra because it's a manual which I completely understand. Within a week, the box fell from underneath the dash and I was stepping all over the cables and the remote would not unlock the car after it was started. the cable issue was fixed but right after I left my maintenance light came on and now I need to take it in to the dealership. I just bought my year few months ago and it's a 2015, nothing wrong with it. The issue with locks was a software issue and I was told they'd call within a week to get me to come back and update. I never received a phone call. I would not recommend, go somewhere else! I have no complaints on the customer service, I had a good experience with the staff, but the issues with the starter are too much. read more
