Almost transports you back to the 90s with all the wood and the way it is setup. Not to mention that the style of the clothing they offer really hasn't changed on a whole. I came in here in search of some gift ideas, I get hit hard for like two months straight when it comes to gifts. Of course I am going to hit up some outlet stores and this just happens to be one that I happened upon. I browsed for a bit and checked out what they had. I found myself looking at items more for myself than for gifts. I refocused and browsed where I needed to browse. I waivered back and forth on items and ultimately decided since it was for a baby it wasn't really worth it price wise. The customer service here was pretty top notch. They greeted me when I entered and asked if I needed any assistance. I asked for suggestions, even though I didn't buy, and they were really gracious with helping me.

Caught this store in the middle of a MAJOR sale this weekend. The staff seemed almost as excited…read moreabout it as the customers. The sales associates were cheery and delightful, offering ideas and suggestions, helping shoppers make some very tough decisions ("Do I get this bag in every color, or should I get this one color in a different style?") and making the men in the store feel slightly less out of place (like my very patient boyfriend!). They walked around with cheat sheets to help customers get an idea of how much their purchases would cost, and they happily did dozens of price checks for customers, when asked. I was having a hard time finding the right bag for me. I was in the market for a black patent leather bag (which they didn't have), that I could comfortably carry on my shoulder and tuck underneath my arm, that I could both wear to work and dress up, and that had a full zip closure. Nothing I found seemed to be fitting the bill. One of the associates (I think my receipt said her name was La H.) stepped in to help me and nabbed my (almost) perfect bag on the first try. It wasn't patent leather, but it was still pretty damn fabulous. And when the whole store is on sale, you can't stop at just a hand bag... that would be rude. No, one must share the love. So, I picked up some accessories for myself and for a friend (also on deep discount!) and STILL walked out paying less than I would have paid, full price, just for the purse. That, ladies, is what I call a score!

It's an outlet store with no outlet pricing. The store is rather large and packed full with items to pick over. But, like I said, there is nothing outlet about this place. It looks and operates like a regular mall store. Areas are set up to reflect distinct areas in the stores for sections. Then there is the clearance section...which is always a mess and hidden from the front of the store. Of course the clearance section is a mess. I bypassed those and ended up browsing through the store. I did take notice that there were select sales for items in different areas. I picked up a few items and made my way out of the store.

The selection wasn't as good as other Gabe's I've been too, and it seems like they are trying to cram so much stuff in a smaller space, so much that you have hardly any room to navigate your shopping cart. That's how you know you're a shopaholic when you find something within the first two minutes you enter a store. Rugged Warehouse use to be in this exact location but I'm not sure if the prices are similar or less. The customer service on the other hand was horrible! They had one person at the register while the other two were chatting on the side. Another reviewer complained about the same issue so I hope they get it together and provide decent service for their customers. I will definitely be back to shop for gym clothes and spend more than five minutes in here!

Oh, what a visit this was. This was honestly the only reason we made the trip to Hagerstown. My dad…read morehas a love for his Skechers and wanted another pair. We walked in and looked around for a bit. Not seeing what he wanted where we were looking we asked where in the store would be the style he was looking for. We were told it was towards the back of the store. We started to head that way. Ten seconds later and they are yelling at us. Why? Because where we were, we were kind of blocked in. A gentleman in a wheelchair was trying on shoes blocking the one aisle. They employees were blocking the other part of the aisle, leaving for the only way to get to the back of the store behind the register. That was exactly why they were yelling at us. Because we walked the only way we could. We were told that we weren't allowed to walk behind the register. Well, one of two things here. Have an employee at the register so that we would know it was the register. Or be understanding that this is the ONLY direction we could walk. When my dad did find what he wanted and went to pay he asked if there was a senior citizen discount. Instead of saying yes and giving it to him they had a very harsh tone asking his age. We all know how a man near 70 year-old doesn't care if he hurts your feelings with what he says. That was my dad at that point. He ended up getting the discount, but only after the employees felt like their attempt at embarrassing my dad failed.

Really great selection of shoes and accessories for men, women and children. Terrific shopping. Grabbed a few hoodies, gloves, a pullover and some beanie hats as gifts for my nieces. I thought the dressing room was really cool as the exterior walls have artwork that delivers a history lesson about the business. Very cool.
