Instead of trying to calmly de escalate the situation and maintain professionalism, the employees were loudly arguing and making the entire atmosphere tense. I politely asked if they could open the second register so I could simply pay for our shirt and leave with my family because we were feeling uncomfortable. Rather than helping or acknowledging the concern, one of the employees started yelling across the store saying they had "someone stealing inside." That response was unnecessary, immature, and honestly shocking customer service. Situations like this are exactly why management and staff training matter. Customers should never feel trapped in the middle of store drama or loss prevention issues. A mature and experienced team would know how to handle situations discreetly while still taking care of paying customers respectfully.

I walked in and start looking at the suits and within 5 minutes, Rey came out of his office and asked if I needed help. I told him I was looking for a suit for a funeral. He acknowledged what I said and he recommended a black suit. He asked if I knew my size and I told him what I wore a year ago. He gave me a 2 jackets to try on and 4 pants. He wanted to make sure I had a comfortable fit so he gave me various options, which in the first time, I felt he went above and beyond. I told him I needed a bigger size for the pants and he told me to wait in the waiting room and he'll get me it. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. He didn't know if I was going to buy the suit or not and he already went above and beyond. I did buy the suit and love it. I really appreciate Rey as my personal stylist. Thank you again, Rey.

One of the things I love most about PacSun is that it carries other popular brands, like Brandy Melville, which is where I do most of my shopping.
